I have used your services several times at Berlin Tegel airport. Nice and without any reservations, the waiting time for the transfer was acceptable, that's why I was coming back. Berlin Brandenburg and Parkplatz 2 unfortunately work much worse. Maybe by exception, maybe not, definitely should not happen. The transfer from the parking lot to the airport takes about an hour, even though we provided exact arrival time. You must be in the parking lot much earlier, otherwise you may miss your flight. It was impossible to contact with the driver, the message was the connection cannot be made. Lack of telephone contact with the driver, especially at night, is consternation and stress for families with children. Passengers from Germany notoriously squeezing in front of longer waiting peoples, observed several times. Some suggestions: More seats in buses, their greater number and frequency of journeys. Possibility of direct communication between company and passenger using instant messaging, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc. Bus waiting for scheduled transfer. Possibility to track the position of the bus on mobile. Possibility to report the needs of transfer using internet application. Passenger transfer ordering system. Keep improving the service then customers will appreciate it and come back. I am able to pay you a few euros more to have better quality of service.

Unfriendly and rude staff. After arrival we waited 30 minutes for bus. They arranged too many transfers on one time so some people's was left on the rain.

Its difficult to communicate with stuff. Most of them speaks only German. Unfriendly and unhelpful 😬

Advantage: 1. Location - 10 minutes from airport. 2. Good and quick “check-in” in parking. Disadvantage: 1. Unfortunately person that pick up the phone do not speak English which should be “must” for all businesses related to international airport. 2. I think even that he couldn’t speak English he was not helpful enough as he could understand something. Instead of knowing few words like “reservation number” or “send me picture” what could help in whole process he try to end up a call as soon as possible and you do not know what to do. 3. Please give on instruction how your cars looks like. This information is missing so after a long trip we simply do not remember that. Especially that you are not only one buses on airport. So in general parking is very good but service could be better only is speaks English.

Everything's okay, you can do it.

Simple and understandable booking, before you start you will receive a reminder email with instructions on how to get there. When you get there, you unpack your luggage at the registration desk and park your car. There is a nice little container at the registration desk in case it rains or is cold. Children can keep themselves busy in there. There are some toys there, everything is lovingly furnished. The shuttle always goes back and forth, there is also a live link in the app where it is currently located...everything happens very quickly. You stand back at the pick-up point and can let us know in the app that you are there, everything worked perfectly. Thank you for your top service, we will definitely book with you again 😃🙋🏻‍♀️

The worst service possible. I would pay 6x the price not to deal with these people. They made a mistake on the document and the shuttle brought us to the wrong parking even though I told the driver that this was the shuttle I had taken to get to the airport. I tried to explain that I had never been here and my car isn't here and the guy is just arguing and screaming at me in German showing me the parking receipt. I can clearly see what it says but I'm telling them my car is not here and they refused to help or resolve the situation. They just screamed at us in German even though we repeatedly said we didn't understand. Lastly, i was supposed to get a refund as i returned early and i've not received a reply. crooks!

Good price. Enough space even for a last-minute booking. But we had a problem that the driver didn't find us on his passenger list and said that we have to go with another driver. But after I asked him to check it again he found my name. So be careful with it. You can miss your bus and will wait for another but in 30 minutes.

Great parking space near BER and various hotels. We park there often and are happy to come back. The cars are recognized by the license plate, the car is scanned and parked safely on the monitored and fenced area. Great transfer to the airport included.

There is simply nothing to complain about here: everything went smoothly! The app is also really useful and well thought out. For just 60 EUR I was able to park my car safely from Monday to Friday. It was only that much because I really wanted a larger space so that no one would bang the door in my side - if you weren't that anxious, you would have just paid 40. But I had a comfortable journey - car sharing or even a taxi would have been significantly more expensive. I am really more than satisfied and can fully recommend the service!

Highly recommended valet parking! Very professionally positioned. Here you are not driven around in old, rickety buses, but in a new shuttle bus that runs regularly every 20 minutes. The parking lot seems very safe and I didn't have any concerns about leaving my car here for a second. Everything is well described in the app and everything is well signposted on site. Nice a large parking lot, not too far from the airport. Pricing is ok. Big advantage is that they have everything digitalised so it’s easy to check in, find your place and request shuttle from airport back to the lot. From disadvantages I would point out that some staff members do not speak English so sometimes it’s hard to communicate.

The service was simply perfect. As soon as I reached the parking, I was given the place to park my vehicle. I took out all the bags at the reception and parked my car. Then, the shuttle to BER was already waiting for me. We put our bags in the carriage trailer and left for the airport. Similarly, when I landed back at BER, I took my bags and went to the bus parking as instructed in the email. Again, my bags were handled by the employee. He himself put my bags in the carriage trailer and we headed back to the parking. The service was completely professional. I would totally recommend Dein Stellplatz for travellers who want to travel for a long period and want to park their car with safety.

Drop-off at the airport is inconveniently far from terminals, if you travel with luggage. Plus we were charged extra to use the shuttle with 5 person although there was space and 5p would have been included when pre-booked. Summary too much hassle and complication for a simple airport parking.

We have used the stellplatz many times. Buses run frequently, there have never been any problems with arrival or pickup. You can communicate in German, English and Polish. Prices are probably the lowest. I recommend using the application because of some cool features, including: calling a bus or a 5 euro discount on the reservation. I recommend

Since we live in Berlin and are physically very limited, we would no longer use the service. Whether arriving or departing, you have to be good on foot, because the bus doesn't stop directly in front of the terminal, which we would have liked at least when arriving, but in the bus parking lot.

All around great service! The app works brilliantly, the nice employee called us on the way and asked when we would be there, just like after the return flight. We also called again and asked whether we had found everything and whether we had landed safely. Everything is under video surveillance and the prices are totally ok! The shuttle service also went great!! Overall, everything worked out great once again. Employees and processing top. A bit of a disadvantage is that you have to wait until the transfer bus is filled with guests. This sometimes takes up to half an hour. Parking at the bus stand at BER also involves a lot of walking, especially if you have to get to T2.

If you want to go on holiday in a relaxed manner and cannot or do not want to use public transport to get to the airport due to the unreliability of the DB, you are best served by traveling with your own car. Generally I used this parking twice and am happy to continue. convenient, on time and flex. only one thing to update is fact, that toilet at place is not free of charge, but 0.5€. not much, but travelling to holiday means i do not have coins with me (I normally do not use € currency). So for me it's an issue because of lack of such coins. but other hand i know it is norm in Germany to pay for toilet. all the other things just perfect.

Booking was completely uncomplicated. The arrival and departure were very well organized. No unnecessary waiting times. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Avoid the place if you fly early morning!!!! It ridiculously took almost an hour from the time we passed their gate until they droped us off at the airport. 🤦‍♂️ You must checkin first, like in the bloody hotel 🫣, then better be sure that you stated amount of travellers. They run the place in the ancient Soviet style, where minibus does not depart unless full, therefore they must know how many People to expect, unlike other parking places... if you did not fill the amount of travellers and you are more then 1, the angry and arrogant parking manager will charge you additional money and send you to the furthest place in their premises. With winter black ice you consider yourself lucky if you survived the few hundred metres long way Back from your car to checking reception. Of course the minibus leaves at the very same moment you reached the reception, but no worries, there will be another one in appx 20-25 minutes based on your luck... 🫨 So Long story short, go there only if you have an extra hour to spend, which unfortunately does not get along with the early morning flights. Otherwise you risk missing check-in like it happened to be in my case... I've been frequently travelling for past 20 years and do not remind myself any airport parking where it took more than 10-25 minutes to actuelly get from the parking to the airport. Here with little bit of bad luck it can be an hour. You do not want that...

I'm happy with the experience. Leaving the car was very easy (maybe some indication where to leave the car would be better. I didn't know if I should use the places with cones, or the free places). I called the number, and the shuttel buss appeared in a few minutes. Also, it is very helpfull to use the app to see in real time where the shuttel bus is (it helped me to know that everything was under control). Picking up the car was also good, I arrived more than an hour late and almost at midnight. I thought it would be more difficult to go to the parking or at least that I would wait a long time for the bus, but again, I called and in a few minutes the shuttel bus came for me. I was glad to see that the parking gate is locked every night, and that there are plenty of security cameras. I will repeat.

Perfect parking and very good service for a good price. During the Innotrans exhibition in Berlin we must park a big van for almost a week (Sprinter / Master), it was easy to book, the people of the parking helped with it because of the bigger size of the van we needed 1,5 parkplatz. Emails are good, the shuttle was easy to find at the busstop and also a quick transfer. So for us, next time we will go again to this parking !

Very good value for money and best of all the parking area is well monitored with security cameras. The shuttle bus was well on time and made available the child seats we specified. Each step felt pretty smooth, from dropping off the car to picking it back up again. The staff and the driver were very friendly and understanding of delays due to delays at the airport on our trip back.
