Perfect Family Getaway From the moment we arrived at the Sea-N-Sun Motel, everything was absolutely perfect. We were warmly greeted and check in was flawless and professional. Upon our early arrival we were advised that our room was ready for us and we were able to unpack our car. How amazing is that!!! The room was perfect, large enough for a family of three with all of our suitcases. The bathroom, beds, sink and all amenities in the room were spotless. We did not have to call to the desk for extra towels as plenty were left in the room. The location is perfect. You are right on the boardwalk and steps to the beach. The hotel is quiet and caters to couples and families which is perfect when you just want to relax. We could not have found a better gem. We will certainly be back!

Great place to stay. Receptionist is the best. Very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and modern rooms. Swimming pool is very clean and well kept.I recommend this place to everyone.

There is a longer story but I’m going to keep it simple as possible. Last summer a few of my friends and I wanted to stay here for MDW. We made a reservation and everything was fine. We booked through a 3rd party website and everything went smoothly so had we thought. We later discovered, after paying, that you have to be 25 or older to book at this motel. When we called to confirm this, the owner told us this was correct. My friends and I were not old enough to book. We then politely asked the owner if we could cancel the booking and he said no. We then asked if we could add one of our parents to our reservation, and he still denied us. After getting hung up on and ignored multiple times by his staff, he finally answered. He then said we could cancel, but for a fee that almost reaches the total cost of our stay! We were left to assume that he knew we were young and that he knew he could get away with it! After a few months, a lot of frustration, and contacting the right people whom were not associated with the motel, we got our money back. Do not trust these people!! Their policies on the website tend to fluctuate, and I am sure we are not the first people this has happened to. Do not for a second think that they will not try to scam you when they get the chance! Anyone thinking about booking here this summer should try to look somewhere else.

Me, My husband and both daughters under the age of 13 say here every year! The staff is amazing and attentive. Very Family friendly at the pool which is always so clean. We love teh Ocean front rooms available that overlook the boards and beach. The room service is always very attentive and our rooms are always SPOTLESS. The best location on the boardwalk, we are literally right in the Heart of Wildwood close to both Piers, waterparks and restaurants. We Highly recommend it here and go back every year! RATING 5 STARS!

This place is a joke. Not well kept and super dated. Terribly over-priced for what they offer. Location is right on the boardwalk, literally on the boardwalk, which to me is not really a good thing as the noise is non stop from people walking by. They sell you this upgraded room with a view of the Ocean, but one can't even see or hear the Ocean, as Wildwood Beach is very far out. And the tower of this so "upgraded room" is just terrible, old, dirty and not worth the money. Don't stay here, go somewhere else. Places like this shouldn't even be able to sell rooms to the public. Even the toilet paper here is just useless, one can't even use it , its such bad quality. That's how horrible this place is.

The front desk staff was amazing so helpful with everything we needed especially Anji she was so sweet and helped us choose the perfect room and location for our family. The rooms were amazing we were right by the pool and the room itself was clean and spotless, we had a kitchen in the room too which made it easier to not eat out every meal. The service was outstanding I’m definitely coming back next summer, I’d recommend the Sea. n Sun resort to anyone looking for an amazing time at the Jersey shore! It’s right on the boardwalk and beach !

Very clean and nice room. It's pretty close to boardwalk. The only thing is that it is a little bit expensive. I stayed only one night and could not check in till 3pm and had to be out by 10am. I wish check out was 3pm so it would be 24hrs stay. Other than that I will definitely stay here again in the future.

This used to be the cleanest, nicest place to stay in Wildwood. Since it merged with AA Heart of Wildwood it seems to have gone downhill. The first room my daughter was in had sneaker prints on the bedspread and hair and dirt on the sheets. They were able to change rooms. Our room was a deluxe ocean side room and had the smell of gas. They came and sprayed lysol to cover the smell. It didn't work obviously. They moved us to another room. Then we found out that there was a gas leak!! The workers there try hard, but management didn't seem to know how to run the place. Our room didn't have a blow dryer, nor kitchen towel, wash cloth, or dish detergent as they had in all the previous years we stayed there. We will not be returning.

Clean rooms! On the boardwalk! Great staff! Near all the fun! What else can you ask for?? It was a wonderful stay. My kids loved it there! Will definitely come again!

I didn’t stay there but the pool looked beautiful, it’s no longer called sea n sun , it is now called Heart of wildwood

Zero stars. Definitely not worth the money. Where do I start? Musty smelling rooms, windows are filthy.They advertise a kitchen, it’s more like a hot plate. Very disappointed

Stayed just recently this weekend and I enjoyed my stay. First off we made our reservation on a Thursday for a 2 night/3 day stay (Fri-Sun). Which I was honestly in denial that we could find a place for 2 adults/2 kids, in season, close to the boardwalk. But we found an awesome place,located a block from the boardwalk, price extremely reasonable, the staff so kind and our room was the cleanest room I think I have ever stayed in. (Spotless). The pool was an added bonus which was also super clean and relaxing. We 100% will book again and cannot wait to come back.
