Not a 3 star motel. Room - cramped, very dated, desperately needs an update. Bed - uncomfortable (mattress & linens) and old Bathroom & Shower - passable, but barely Pricing - comparable to others in area, but expensive (think "surge" pricing) A strange one, almost no accessible & available outlets in the room for charging your phone! (I found exactly one) Cleanliness - a bright spot, given what the cleaners are working with, they did well. Other notes: Ice machine - available, but is not free, and wasn't even working my first day Parking - tight (no different from every other motel in WW), but gave me a hard time when I asked about leaving my car for a few hours after checkout. 3% surcharge for Credit Card payment (given the markup for a weekend room, ~$600/2 nights, seems excessive) One other bright spot, Julie was responsive and helpful. Overall, low Value motel. I've stayed at much better motels in WW for similar pricing.

For Wildwood, the prices are great people are very friendly. The rooms are very clean. The pool was well kept. Can't wait to go back.

easy access rooms. cute& quaint. little odd of a building layout but i love it's uniqueness. plenty of area to sit& enjoy the ocean breeze outside. cameras for security. a pool. some parking. located less than 3 blocks from the beach/boardwalk & WWconvention center. family owned & operated.

I was accused of stealing shelves after I spent $4,000 to stay in one of their condos for 7 days. Lol. Not to mention I spent additional $4,000 on food and the board walk every night. It was me, my girlfriend and 3 kids. Wildwood is expensive!!!! I would have bought 50 shelves for less. Also they have access to my credit card, who steals shelves, Knowing your credit card is on file. These people don’t think to clearly. Lol

This is a nice family owned motel, there are only a few left that are still family owned rather than bigger corporate run ones. The lady is very sweet, when we were there at the pool there was a storm coming across and she made sure everyone had plenty of notice before the downpour started to safely get out.

Our stay at Fountain Motel was great. The room was sparkly clean. The staff was very friendly. It is close to the boardwalk, and the heated pool was a plus. We loved it!

Decided to go for a quick trip. Room/Bathroom were clean. Kitchenette had dishes, pots, pans & ect. Wasn't expecting that. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Daughter liked the pool. Only wish had a little more room parking lot wise. Have a large SUV, was kind of a tight fit but made it work.

Nice motel. Not modern could use some updating. Making reservations and checking in was easy and the staff was friendly. We stayed in the back away from the pool. It was very nice. Quiet and plenty of seating. Will definitely stay again

They had a great day at the motel. I would have liked the rooms to be a little bigger than they were. We were supposed to get a one-bedroom and we ended up getting two beds which we didn't have room for much else. But the stay at the hotel was a wonderful stay and we made the best of it. And we met some good people there

This was definitely a different experience. The rooms are small but cute. We had a regular room, so we had a microwave, mini fridge, the beds were a bit big for the room. If you're just 2 people, it's fine. It was quiet, which was nice. They honor service animals, but do ask what they are trained to do. Julie was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. The decorations are so cool in the breezeway, it was a nice change from where we usually stayed.

The positive experience started when we booked our stay here. Julie was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay. One block to the beach-boardwalk and many other restaurants and activities. Tony was very friendly and helpful at check in. Our room was ready early. It was clean and had all we needed. I saw a comment about small bathrooms and showers. That is true but the water pressure is awesome. Had a great getaway and would recommend The Fountain to others.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room! The staff was super friendly. The accommodations were perfect for a relaxing beach trip. The pool was nice, they cleaned it daily and you could tell the owners took great care into keeping everything looking and working great. It was an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants!

Rooms are small but good service and good prices.

Cora and Tony along with Julie are very friendly they want to make sure you are ok and having a pleasant stay is only a block away from boardwalk and beach got a pool

Stayed here back in June 2021. To be quite honest, it has got to be the worst motel I have ever stayed at. The bed's we're terribly uncomfortable and stiff. I had two beds in the room and neither one was great. I had to use the pillows to try to get comfortable. There was blood stains on the sheets. The shower head was so low I had to bend down low in order to get my head wet. I have gotten much nicer hotels for a much cheaper price. The room's need a much needed remodeling. I had to print out my own motel agreement at home to sign. I guess they don't want to pay for their own paper. The only thing is the woman that checked me in was nice. As a whole, I don't recommend.

Nice Mom and Pop Motel 450ft from the beach. Was staying for TROG (The Race of Gentleman), but Hurricane Ian had other plans. Race was cancelled by the town, even though the event committee said rain or shine. Drove six hours to only find out 13 minutes after we checked in, that the event was cancelled. Motel would not give us back our money and didn't even offer a credit for next year. I know it was not the motel's decision to cancel the races, but a credit for next year would have been nice. Update: After some texts back and forth about a credit for next year's event, the owners graciously granted us a partial credit for next year's event. Very much appreciated.

Rooms are very very out dated the doors of the room do not have dead bolt locks the steps are very steep and the shower did not have a shower head best thing about motel is location stay here if you have nowhere else to stay ijs

Very clean rooms but slightly small. Very close to boardwalk and the beach, only about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the shore

First of this is most important thing to have very clean place to lay my head....It's a VERY CLEAN MOTEL....owners are very nice very helpful...This is our second time staying here we love everything about it...There is nothing bad I can say about this place....Beautiful and clean.....I would definitely recommend The Fountain Motel....AWESOME PLACE TO STAY!!Hope to see you next year ....Rate you a 10!

Horrible stay! Took a stroll to Wawa at 10pm and returned to my room at 11pm to a note on the door, "come to front desk for key" Management actually entered the room and changed the locks with no explanation of the urgency. I couldn't sleep all night. Total violation of privacy! On top of that I left my Roku stick attached to the TV upon check out. When I came back in person I was told They "couldn't" go up to ask because it was occupied. 🤔 I just left my number and haven't heard from them since. Absolutely my mistake but where's the common courtesy your entire business should be based upon!? Not recommended!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better for my needs. The room was not impressive, but the bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Small bed for 2 people, found hole in back of bed covered by styrofoam, tiny bathroom, dirty toilet, cheap doorlock, rug was filthy, microwave had a piece of old food inside, dirty clothes under bed from other people. Only thing We enjoyed was pool. Would not stay or recommend this place to anyone.
