This place is the best spot in Wildwood. I took my children many years ago, and I will forever return. Clean, awesome service, reasonable prices, great atmosphere. I met a lovely lady by the name of Erlene & her grandson Lincoln who come every year hope to see them again.. meeting lovely families @ a lovely place 💕

Went down Wildwood with my 2 youngest grands, 2 grandaughters.. Stayed 4 days/ 3 nights recently. Tried this motel for the first time. Its very clean, maid service is very good daily. Pool was heated & cleaned daily. We had a unit with 2 queen beds & a kitchenette too. Front shared patio. The owner helped carry our suitcases up to the 2nd fl room, which was nice.Parking spot was good, right next to outdoor pool. he location was right across from the park on Atlantic Ave. Playground was there, very clean. There was a concert on 1 of the nights. We had brkt & lunch at the room, but ate out all 4 nights. Did beach 2 days, pool daily, & boards x2.. Its a family motel, noise not tolerated after 9. We were glad to get to Wildwood, we did us...⚓💙🌊

We love staying here. The owners work nonstop to make sure you have the best experience possible. The pool is heated and cleaned daily. Housekeeping is polite and they also clean the rooms daily. Staying here makes you feel like you are meeting up with family. They have a pavilion and a place to grill from hotdogs to steaks. They are 2 blocks from the boardwalk and the beach. They are across the street from the basketball/tennis courts and playground.

Have stayed here twice with my girlfriend, both times were great. Few blocks from the beach, restaurants all around. Rooms are clean, overall low key vibe from guests/employees which is great. The owners are very nice and attentive as well. My girlfriend left a hat there and the owners took the time to mail it back to us which was extremely thoughtful and appreciated by us. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Wildwood.

We were lucky to get a room due a cancellation. While the room we had was small, it was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we had maid service daily with new towels given and shampoo replenished. The rooms were quiet and while our room was outside a seating area, we never heard the people. The cleaning staff worked hard at cleaning the inside and out, as well as the owner could be seen several times a day cleaning and maintaining the outside area. The other owner manned the front desk and was extremely kind and helpful. Great places to sit outside and in the back they had two large grills and a large sitting area, with an area to hang up wet towels or suits. The hotel provided free beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. They also had free sports equipment to use in the park across the street. The motel is only a block from the boardwalk and beach. There are several restaurants within walking distance. It was a truly great place to stay and we would definitely go back again.

So glad I found the Marlane Motel. I would never stay anywhere else in Wildwood. It was clean, great location and they were very accommodating. The owner is very nice, full of local information and responds promptly. They are right across from the sports courts and lend some small sports equipment. Parking is very tight so if you have an SUV beware. We had a very nice 2 night stay.

Great place to stay for American Legion NJ Convention. With coffee provided in the morning. Very meticulously maintained. Highly recommended!!

Love the Marlane! Super close to everything, boardwalk is 1 minute away, great food places all within 2 minutes walk, friendly staff and clean rooms. Great pool too. An easy choice for an extended or short stay. We got an efficiency and it has everything we need to store and make food too. Can't complain about this place at all, great music by the pool too! :-)

My husband and I just got back from our 7th year being here. We love this place, the owners Chris and Lisa are so friendly. We make sure that we make a reservation early in the year so we know we will get a room at this motel. We will definitely be coming back next summer. This will be the place we stay at everytime and we don't plan on staying anywhere else while in wildwood.

My family has stayed here 2 summers in a row during the covid pandemic. The owners are very friendly and take great care of the grounds and pool. You can tell they care about their guests and providing an enjoyable experience. The room was clean and my family took advantage of the kitchenette. The cleaning staff were accommodating for our random requests. It's quiet probably because it's towards the lower end of the boardwalk away from the pier even though it's just 1 block from the boardwalk. It's located right between wildwood crest and the amusement park/pier which was nice especially for biking. The beach itself is about a 10-15 minute walk from the motel to the water mostly due to the length of the beach. I would recommend staying here.

What more could you ask for at this gem by the sea motel. The family owned and run inn by Lisa and Chris is a wonderful cozy and super clean establishment. Our family of four with a 2 year old toddler had such a great time here the past week or so. The toddler section of the pool was such an awesome thoughtful feature that our son enjoyed to the max. The motel is a short walk to the boardwalk and beach as well as numerous places to eat. It's easy to understand why families make MarLane their go to beach vacation place year after year. Very friendly staff! Clean rooms & extremely close to the board walk. We loved every minute! We also felt very safe!

First time at Wildwood and we were so lucky to find this great motel close to boardwalk, beach and community tennis and basketball courts. Loved the retro vibe combined with modern amenities and the owners and staff were top notch. Hoping we can visit again in the future!

The atmosphere was amazing. Very clean, family oriented, but best part felt safe. No parties or drinking and no noise at night. Room was clean and property well kept

Everything was nice and clean. I walk with a cane and chris came and helped us unload our truck and take everything to our room and when we were leaving he loaded it back up. Pool was cleaned everyday and loved the coffee cart in the morning. Will be coming back again.

This is our second time staying here and plan on doing so in all our future visits to Wildwood. The rooms are spacious and by far the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. Everyone is extremely pleasant, accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to many more!

Feeling nostalgic about my childhood summers spent in Wildwood ('60-'80s) and found here that the MarLane Motel is still alive and offering great vacations to a whole new generation! It's a great location and easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. A nice pool where I learned to swim and do a little diving, though I'm not sure many motels have diving boards anymore. Thank you for the great memories! I'm trying to remember the family restaurant on or near the boardwalk where people lined up down the corner street about an hour+ to get in. I believe it was a few blocks north of you. I hope to get back someday.

My family and I stayed here from 7-24-22 to 7-31-22. Upon arriving, you check in with Lisa. You finish paying for your trip and she gives you a parking permit for you to keep displayed in your vehicle for the length of your stay. Lisa was friendly, very welcoming and you felt like this is your vacation home for the week vs just another motel stay. 2 block walk to the boardwalk. 1 block walk to the tennis/basketball courts and playground. Upon entering the room you could just smell the cleanliness of it which was such a refresh feeling. You could get room service everyday if you wanted. We didn’t need it everyday but we did swap out towels and washcloths each day. Their are 4 housekeepers, 2 to cover the upper floor and 2 for the lower floor. They do a fantastic job keeping the rooms and property clean and spotless! They even clean the concrete floors and steps! Never seen that before! My only issue was the beds. The mattress was hard as a rock. My wife and I never really got good quality sleep all week long. I understand this is subjective, but still has to be expressed. They offer plenty of coupon books and brochures for discounted activities and restaurant’s. They provide basketballs, tennis rackets and tennis balls along with grilling utensils. In the ‘backyard’ are 2 grills on site for your cooking out needs! I believe complimentary coffee was offered from 8:30am til noon (can’t remember the start time) pool was opened from 10am to 8pm. Before the pool opened, they would run a vacuum inside it to get the debris and sand out of it. Before you step inside the pool area they have a shower like knob for you to rinse your feet off so you don’t track in dirt and debris inside of the pool. Pool was always clean! We all had fun on our vacation to Wildwood and my kids already said they want to come back next year! Thanks to MarLane Motel for playing a part in that with clean rooms, property, pool and extra amenities that other properties don’t offer! We look forward staying here again next year!
