Great BYOB Italian restaurant in the heart of wildwood. Very spacious and clean. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. Our waitress was very nice, attentive, and the service was fast! We got the bruschetta, calamari, and crispy rice balls for appetizers. All of our entrees came out fast and were delicious! The dessert was their turtle cheesecake that everyone loved. Definitely recommended if you’re wildwood. No reservations required.

Poppi’s Brick Oven Pizza and Kitchen was exceptional. I’ll provide a lot of detail of our visit but I can cut to the chase and say this place was excellent. Today was our first visit to Poppi’s. We went in on a Saturday night around 8:30pm. We were immediately greeted and seated at a table. Our waiter came over a moment later to take our drink order. He bright some bread for us to munch on while we looked over the menu. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan platter and Linguini and Clam Sauce. The linguini and clam sauce was delicious. I elected for the white clam sauce. The portion was a good size and had a generous amount of fresh clams. My wife ordered the Chicken Parmesan entree and loved it. She let me sample a little. It tasted homemade. The sauce was really well balanced. Not too garlicky, with a good amount of mozzarella cheese. We also ordered a couple pizzas to go, because I have to try pizza everywhere I go. We ordered a pizza with mushrooms and a cheese pizza. Both were delicious. The sauce, cheese and toppings were fresh and tasty. The dough was great. It has enough chew, puff and char. Really good pizza. I only wished they made a bigger version. I felt like the price was fair for what we ordered and the quality of the food and service. I liked that they didn’t charge for refills. I highly recommend trying Poppi’s.

Avoid this place if you actually enjoy pizza... how it remained opened since 2014 is beyond me. Maybe this joke works for the Philly crowd but passing this off as pizza in NJ is a travesty. $60 in and 3 pies later each worse than the next. The Pepperoni is cheap and so was the cheese. It was overcooked, dry with the consistency of a saltine cracker but the saddest had to be the little Bianca pie... what a sorry existence this poor "pizza's" time on earth was only to be left half eaten and thrown away. It literally was just paper thin layer of dry burnt cheese. We literally started to eat 5 mins after pick up and 15 mins after ordering by phone *red flag was being told ready in 10 minutes*. If you like burnt tasteless flat pieces of dough and using your imagination of how the toppings would taste than this place is for you. Unless this place offers a full refund there is absolutely nothing they can offer for me to come back or delete this review.

Poppi's is awesome, always make a point to stop in for lunch or dinner when we visit Wildwood/Cape May. The restaurant has a great vibe and all the employees are always so friendly. The food is fantastic! Extensive Appetizer list and great Neapolitan pizza. It always hits!

EXCELLENT! We got to enjoy an outstanding meal on a Sunday night just before the real Vaca season starts. Everyone from the hostess to the servers to the food runners were top notch. Our waitress was great very personable and friendly. I let her pick my pizza and while she felt some pressure she nailed the choice with the calabrese pizza which was perfect. Sooooooooooo good. Perfectly charred on the bottom and the sausage, peppers, onions and mushrooms were flavorful and the pizza has just the right amount of toppings. The salad with the pears, candied walnuts and honey glaze was delicious as well. Fresh and delicious. The house bread garlic and oil to start was very good as well. Thanks to everyone for a great meal. FYI to the owner our waitress was great she was very tall, blonde hair and worked outside on Sunday June 11! Give her kudos as well as the hostess and food runner!

Have ordered takeout from here before but never dined in- also we thought this place was more of a pizza shop with some other food. It’s so much more than that! Full menu and great atmosphere. The outside dining area is super cute with a lot of landscaping and a fire table. Service was great. Food was delicious! We had the nonnas meatballs, a chicken cutlet sandwich and I had cheese tortellini with veggies. We loved everything! We didn’t realize it’s byob but they do sell bottles of hawk haven vineyards and a can of cider if you didn’t bring your own. It was our favorite meal this trip and we’ll definitely be coming back.

This place was super busy when we arrived. We were put on a wait and sat within the quoted time. We requested the patio which was a very nice vibe. The only small complaint here is that our table was on uneven pavers on the patio and rocked backed and forth pretty badly (maybe some rubber wedges at the restaurant to prop a table leg up in this situation would be nice). Our server was very courteous. He was obviously very busy but the food came out much quicker than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. He wasn't the most attentive (likely due to being so busy), but we were in want of nothing so no complaints. I ordered the clam chowder soup and a 9 inch margherita pizza. WOW! Absolutely delicious. A thin crust with just the right amount of char and excellent flavor on the sauce and fresh mozzarella. My wife ordered a sirloin sandwich with fries that was super tasty as well. This spot is worth a visit.

Wonderful... their Truffle Fries are the Best!... but all their Antipasto & Small Plates are delicious. My Wife, THE Vegetarian, can select from the many yummy Pasta and Salad dishes... as well as their Personal "Designer" Pizzas! I prefer the Fresh Seafood options. The Outdoor Seating is light and airy, with the fans to keep you cool in the Summer and heaters to keep you warm in the Winter. I've fallen in love with their many Salad Entree options with low Weight Watcher Points... tasty & filling & only 6-10 points (including a piece of Italian Bread!).

This place is awesome, they serve the best pizza around, they use top quality ingredients. We ordered the fried calamari, meatballs, rice balls mussels and bruschetta all were delicious. The service was impeccable. It’s an BYOB which is cool and there is a liquor store right on the corner. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back soon.

At the end of June we hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner at Poppi's before going to Mudhen for welcome drinks. We cannot get over how wonderful it was. We worked with Ply to set up this dinner, and she went above and beyond. Poppi's is generally a very nice atmosphere and vibe but she went above and beyond to make it special with place settings, decorations, etc (see pictures). We had the "porch" and it was perfect. We had plenty of room for our 30 people and everyone had a great time. The food was DELICIOUS and we were able to separate out dishes for dietary restrictions (for example half the order with cheese and half without). The food was so so good and we were able to take the leftovers and use them throughout the weekend too!! As a plus, Poppi's is BYOB, so we brought in our own wine and they provided buckets of ice and servers to help us out with it. The space was perfect, the service wonderful, food delicious and we felt so incredibly special and welcomed. Thank you!!!

I had my daughter’s baby shower at Poppies. Ply, the event coordinator was so easy to work with and she always got right back to me when I had any questions. The patio was the perfect spot. It is so pretty with the trees and bistro lights. We were able to come early and decorate, we even set up a balloon arch. The food was amazing! Our server was so nice and attentive. If you are thinking about having an event and looking for the perfect venue contact Poppies. They did an amazing job for us and what a wonderful day we had celebrating my daughter and her little guy. decided to check out poppi on a sunday during a holiday weekend around 6pm. as a party of two we were seated immediately in their outdoor area. the decor was cute and inviting. the starter bread with garlic oil was okay, wish the bread was warm instead of cold. for entrees i had the cheese tortellini with veggies and my partner had the gnocchi in tomato sauce. the portion size of the gnocchi entree was smaller than expected and seemed to be more sauce than gnocchi but the flavor of the tomato sauce was fresh. the cheese tortellini portion was better. had the canolli for dessert and it was pretty big and had a good amount of filling. the plating of the dessert was cute. overall i probably would visit again if i was in the area to try one of their pizzas.

The atmosphere was beautiful, part of why we chose this restaurant. Sitting out on the patio was lovely, I really enjoyed the lighting and decor. Calamari was delicious. Meals came out quickly and were fantastic. Good service. Our wine and cider from the local vineyard were delicious! We are so glad we came here

Came for the Pizza, will come back for the Pasta App: Margherita Pizza Entrees: Caesar Salad and Penne alla delizia Other: Espresso, off season visit (April) Great experience and vibe overall, service very attentive and a good pace. Pizza was solid, dough is a little harder than I prefer for a Neopolitan, very tasty sauce, and the mozz was exceptional One of the better Caesar salads I’ve had, dressing and croutons were impressive. Pasta and sauce was perfect and solid portions of shrimps and scallops Would highly recommend for a nice dinner out and will be back, keep up the great work!

We decided to try this pizza restaurant last night and they were closing in a little while but they still were very hospitable and let us come and sit down. The pizza was delicious and the service was wonderful. I highly recommended

We just a wonderful dinner! Liam was a great server. We ordered the burrata appetizer which was phenomenal, chicken parm sandwich and the Bianca pizza. Everything was great. This is a must visit for us when we get down to Wildwood.

5 stars for the Roast Pork Sandwich hands down. The broccoli rabe and long hots on the sandwich were delicious. Fries were nice and crispy as a side. The chicken ceasar salad was very good, only complaint was the croutons were a bit soggy. This order was take out so I cannot comment on service or atmosphere until next time...but there will definitely be a next time because I have to have that sandwich again!!

When you are looking for some pizza different then the normal boardwalk/beach town pizza, Poppi’s is definitely a nice change with a variety of flavors of thin crust pizza. Buffalo chicken was a hit, but looking forward to trying others. Service was prompt and friendly, and the outdoor eating area was clean and shaded.

Went to Poppi's for the first time tonight and it was delicious! I was so happy with the food. I got the linguini with clam sauce and it was packed with clams! I just wish there were more alcoholic beverage options but that's only a small thing. I would highly recommend this place if you want great Italian food with a great atmosphere!

This place was unbelievably good. Firstly, I was obviously underdressed for the place. I had just arrived in wildwood after an eight hour drive and had not yet showered/changed. The staff didn’t treat me badly for it, in fact they were incredibly amicable. I was extremely hungry, and ordered both a pizza and a steak hoagie. They were both delicious. Actually the best pizza I’ve ever had. Will probably stop again before I leave.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I ordered the margarita pizza, my mom got the beet salad, and my dad got the italiano burger. It was all gone within minutes because of how delicious it was.

The place has real nice vibes, service was good, I especially loved when (management) checked up on our table to see how our food was. I absolutely loved the truffle fries so please try it. I had the caprese pizza with the basil that was real good. 👍
