fantastic gelato and fries! super friendly employees

Drove 2 1/2 hours each way to wildwood for a pizza cone.. worth it

The pizza cone was very tasty. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The cheese is not oily/greasy and the sauce was good. Eating a pizza cone is a great idea if you want to eat pizza on the go. I also ordered the cheese fries with bacon and it was also really good. The fries were thick and the cheese sauce was better than average. Best of all ... There was a generous amount of bacon. I found myself getting a fork to eat every last bite. The staff there were very friendly. I haven't tried the gelato but I would expect it to also be very good. This place doesn't cut corners while keeping the prices reasonable.

Interesting concept but the slice form factor doesn't really need an upgrade. You fold it and go.. no need for a cone.. biggest issue is the levels need to be perfect or it is a sauce bite or cheese bite.. also it's a salt bomb 💣 great crust in cone form though

Pizza cones were really good, and they have vegan cheese! Daiya for now, but they said they're looking into Violife.

This place is awesome! My friend and I came in around 10 last night and they let us come in, order, and then sit with our food. I think they were closing, but they didn’t kick us out and we’re actually really nice. Great customer service and the food was so yummy! I got the plain one!

TOTALLY AWESOME!!! The pizza cones were delicious!! Not greasy tasty sauce and very filling. Dont forget the fries. They are the bomb. Service is the best I ever experienced. I would drive 2 1/2 hours down just to try other food on the menu. A place you must visit.

The pizza was amazing, and the dough is from Italy. They gave us a bunch of free samples and were super nice! 10/10 recommend and 10/10 customer service

Absolutely delicious!! Nothing bad to say about this place. The pizza cones are the best thing ever and don’t make you feel bloated. Tim is awesome and so are the other staff.

Awesome service. They were super accommodating and gave us extra food. I'm a vegetarian, so I'd appreciate more vegetable options. But really happy with everything overall 👍🏻

Tim the owner was incredibly friendly. He was so nice to my kids and gave them free samples of some of the gelato and slushy. Food is excellent... tomato sauce is incredible. I am definitely coming back and I highly recommend

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW! I AM A VEGAN - and I not only put five stars because I want this to be read, but because this place honestly deserves it. I went to this place before we went home because it was the only pizza place on the entire board walk that had a true vegan pizza and made Food with vegan options. (no, I didn’t have the order a cheese list pizza yet again with a bunch of vegetables) they actually have real vegan pizza with cheese and meatballs and it’s just amazing! I’m not even kidding. I got a cone pizza and it’s literally was so good that I had wished I had gotten three, but we were already driving home as it was late. I also made a mistake where I had no idea what a pizza cone was-so originally I ordered an entire pizza but then when I saw a picture of the pizza cone, I had to change my entire order to a cone and the owner was extremely nice about it and did it. No questions asked even though it was a lot cheaper that I would be paying. The young man who made my pizza cone, did such an amazing job! He layered it perfectly, loaded it perfectly. It was like amazing. (I wish I had gotten his name so I could write a special thanks, but I didn’t-however he was blonde and was working Sunday night around 7 o’clock) but they are an amazing pizza place especially for vegans if you are vegan or if you are vegetarian, but ESPECIALLY if you are vegan, you must try this place. The food is good!!! I will definitely be visiting this place and ordering their pizza, pizza cones and more every single time I go to Wild Wood! I wish I had discovered them sooner! Their pizza and sauce was so good that honestly it’s very comparable to Mack’s. (however, Macks pizza doesn’t have the vegan options that this place does… and Macks pizza doesn’t have pizza cones) The sauce is excellent, and the vegan cheese that they use in the vegan meatballs are just amazing. So yeah, give it a try and review them five stars because literally that’s the best way I can give my thanks. Thank you so much for having vegan options that is more than just vegetables and bread. (Ps. when you order a pizza cone-order more than one-trust me, I didn’t think it would be as good as it was, and it really was amazing and I had wished I had gotten three)

This place is unique. I remember hearing about Kono Pizza a few years ago and always wanted to try it but no locations we're close by until now. The pizza was pretty good, it's definitely worth a try if you haven't had it yet. While I was waiting for pizza, the owner also gave me a sample of the gelato. I had the vanilla and it was amazing. Oh, and speaking of the owner he was super friendly along with the rest of the staff. I highly recommend stopping by this place if you're in wildwood for the week.

The food is delicious and the staff is super friendly. An allergy to seafood was mentioned and brand new bags of ingredients were opened just for us. The pizza cone is definitely worth trying.

Very good! They layer the ingredients so you get all your flavors in every bite. Mess free, cone is nice and crispy. Fried Mac & cheese wedges were also delicious 😋

Delicious pizzas in a cone. Layers of cheese and sauce throughout. We also got the mushroom and onion, and the pepperoni. All were good. Their loaded cheese fries with bacon and onion were crispy and cheesy. The granita was smooth, more like slushy. They had mango, blue raspberry, and lemon and will give samples. Employees were very helpful and kind. Update: Pizza cone is still delicious, tried their fried pickles which were super crispy and flavorful.

Wow! I walked in and thought I could order and ordinary slice! But no, I got something way better...A pizza kone!! I tried the sausage and pepperoni Kone! It was out of sight! So delicious and different! Super quick and didn't have to wait long, even on the 4th of July! I'm definitely coming back and recommend this spot for something different and an upgrade from a standard slice of pizza! Yummy 😋

Had a really great experience! The owner and staff were very accommodating to my dietary needs. I ordered a gluten free vegan cheese pizza with pepperoni and it was probably the best pizza I’d ever eaten! Will definitely be back :) thank you to the owner for creating this dough that made it so tasty!

The pizza cones are pump tomato sauce and cheese, plus 3 flecks of whatever makes it that version of the cone. The cheese steak and margherita cones are identical minus the fleck of meat in it. All boardwalk food has been atrocious and was really looking forward to the pizza cones. I

SO GOOD!! The pizza cones are amazing. They are not greasy at all and are actually very filling. The owner and workers are so friendly and welcoming. I 100% recommend stopping by when you are visiting Wildwood.

The cones are amazing! The sauce is very flavorful and the crust is crunchy yet chewy. The gelato is also VERY good, so creamy with a great texture. The employees are also so friendly and the service is great!

Great concept. Cheese steak was a little salty. But def worth a shot my 3 year old loved it called it pizza ice cream.

Best idea on the boardwalk!

Stopped by spontaneously with some friends. Pizza was great, got buffalo chicken.. layered cheese and chicken, very filling and delicious. Would definitely recommend, good portion. Staff was very friendly and welcoming!

By far the best pizza place in wildwood. It’s right on the boardwalk by the crest. I’ve had some great pizza from all around but Kona Pizza by far is the best. The service there is amazing and friendly. If anyone is planning a vacation to Wildwood NJ go check out this place out!

Was so delicious! I got the cheesesteak pizza cone, so good. They were so helpful and nice. Exceeded my expectation and the funnel cake fries are so good! Definitely stopping there a few times on the next trip. If you havent tried this place you should, it's worth it!

We found Kono Pizza when we were looking for food in Wildwood. Pizza as a cone intrigued us. We went for it and definitely worth trying it. We had Chicken Parm cone, Margherita cone with tenders and fries to eat. Everything was good. The only challenge with cone pizza is that all the cheese settles down. In the end, there will be lots of cheese. Kids and adults loved the Kono pizza. We had Bobba teas as well with mango pearls and strawberry pearls. It was decent as well. We went late, probably 10 minutes to close. However, they let us eat inside and served as well. We had a great experience with Kono pizza and great staff as well.

Great place for an interesting experience! The service was friendly and fast. Luckily, we just beat a large crowd and got seating outside on the boards. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, safe for our treenut and peanut allergies, although they do have Nutella in the store (I wasn't concerned about that being in any pizza).

Awesome idea. Taste great, pizza as a cone. The shop is the last spot on the boardwalk on the Wildwood Crest side but it's worth walking down to that side of the boardwalk! A must visit!

We came in and two gluten free personal pizzas with vegan cheese and they were fantastic! We also watched the guy behind the counter wash the pizza cutter before cutting our pizzas. I know that seems minuscule and silly but it was really nice to see someone do that without us asking and it means a lot to us with dietary restrictions/allergies. Thank you for the awesome food from such awesome people!

The Pizza cones have a great flavor. The crispy top is the best part.

Great location at south end of boardwalk and music catches your attention. Tried a boba tea, mango delight in particular. Large sizes available 20 or 24 Oz and expect at least $8.49 despite printed prices. Overall, seems watered down despite being a milk tea, but good sweet drink for walking the long boardwalk.
