The receptionists are not that friendly, the dentist assistant was strong and clumsy with my mouth and at the time of taking the x-rays. Also my mouth protection sample was taken wrongly and had to go again to re take the sample. The dentist was friendly and spoke english, eventhough I felt he made me an extra procedure so my insurance had to pay more. I felt in hell coming to this dentist in Germany with out speaking german, after always attending to top dentist in my life.

Came for a renewal of a root canal - they completely missed a forth canal and could not resolve it even after visiting them 2 more time. They caused me a sever sinus infection due to that treatment and I'm still on antibiotics 2 months later. All the doctor had to say is "I didn't have time to treat you well, and I'm sorry for you but not really sorry". They want your money and have zero accountability, not to say zero ability as doctors. Avoid at all cost!

Cost or root canal in 2019 at Doe Praxis (2 roots): 600 or so EUR. Cost for a very similar procedure in 2021, again for 2 roots: 1,400 EUR. There is really no excuse for such a huge price increase. What is more, the second procedure was unsuccessful, the inflammation remained, and the tooth had to be extracted by a surgeon. In addition, die Praxis is really poor in handling any administrative requests. One need to send tens of requests, calls and emails until anything gets done.

Ich bin seit einigen Jahren treuer Patient der Praxis und mir wurde immer schnell und umstandslos geholfen. Das gesamte Team fand ich sehr freundlich und professionell aber vor allem muss ich Rene Toman ein riesiges Dankeschön aussprechen da er mir einen Zahn durch einer wirklich komplizierten Wurzelbehandlung gerettet hat. Seit 2 Jahren ist René Toman der Zahnarzt meines Vertrauens. Nicht nur, dass er sich bestens auskennt und die Ausstattung der Praxis gut und vor allem angemessen zu nutzen weiß. Er ist auch immer gut gelaunt was ich mir schwierig vorstelle in diesem stressigen Umfeld. Egal ob kurz vor Feierabend eine Knirscheschiene oder ein Kind, das ein bisschen Zeit braucht, um beim Arzt anzukommen: alles kein Problem! Das ist als Patient natürlich eine absolute Erleichterung und macht die manchmal nicht so strukturiert wirkenden Abläufe in der Praxis wett. Dass Kinder René am Herzen liegen spürt man sofort - da hat Angst vor dem Zahnarzt gar keine Chance. Wir werden weiterhin zu René durch die halbe Stadt fahren!

Der Zahnarztbesuch war so unterhaltsam, dass ich fast vergessen habe, warum ich dort war! Der Herr Toman hat ein Talent, selbst das Geräusch des Bohrers klingt wie Musik …Er ist nicht nur ein Experte auf seinem Gebiet, sondern hat auch die Kunst des einfühlsamen Umgangs mit Patienten perfektioniert. Die Praxis ist makellos und das Personal strahlt Freundlichkeit aus. Ich verlasse die Behandlung immer mit einem Lächeln – nicht nur wegen meiner Zähne, sondern auch dank des großartigen Teams. Klare 5 Sterne!
