My favorite place for a meal any time of day. I loved the meat lover's bowl with an English muffin. Out of their many sundaes they have to choose from, my favorite is the forbidden brownie with added peanut butter sauce. Service was excellent from start to finish.

Best food i’ve ever had. Staff is amazing very friendly and love joking around! The young girl fountain is the best!! The ice cream she makes look incredibly delicious! 😋😛

Nothing special about this place. Regular food, regular prices. No scrapple, no biscuits and gravy and no corned beef hash. For that reason, we won't be going back. Waitress served everybody but one person who had to wait and watch us eat with nothing in front of him.

This place is a joke. Food was terrible, service was a freaking joke. I ate my meal without a drink because the manager of the store Judy and my waitress were on their phones with another customer ordering disney on ice tickets. This place need to be shut down and burnt. and have the ashes destroyed so no other restaurants can be made from them. .

... I've tried with this place, 3 visits, and likely my last. Service is OK to start with but once your served, it's like you don't even exist. 38 minutes to get our check with only 7 tables used. Was planning to order dessert and some to-go, but after the wait, I just left instead. The kicking chicken platter was still good, but the tenders are about half the size as they were a year ago. The table next to us got a bunch of misplaced/incorrect order items - the same waitress that was waiting on the only 7 tables in the building was "empty soul" with an apology for each issue. Bathroom, disgusting.... kitchen floor, pretty grody... questionable cleanliness. You have driven 1 person to do the job of 2 or 3... customer service in the toilet (take it from a Fortune 10 customer service manager).

Food was terrible. Prices are off the wall. Pancakes tasted like they were a week old and turned my stomach. Sausage was cold. Coffee tasted like cardboard. My son's French Fries were overdone and tasted like they were cooked in month-old grease. Very unhappy and won't be coming back to this place any time soon

Took my daughter here for dinner she ordered the double cheeseburger sliders there were 2 single sliders and burnt waffle fries which she ordered loaded waffle fries. I ordered the crispy chicken wrap and it was falling api not cut n the fries were also burnt. Was wondering why we were the only people there should have read the reviews before we went. Don't waste your money 🤑🤮👎

Great service, scrumptious food, and amazing milkshakes not to mention clean and friendly atmosphere. The manger was very kind and courteous to are needs

Went there for a table of 4 around 2p.m. Sunday August 27, 2023. It wasn't crowed and there plenty of empty clean tables available. We waited for someone to seat us, it never happened after being told by 2 separat employees that they would be right with us. We waited 20 minutes and since they never came out to seat us we left.

The food was good but I have to applaud the young man serving, bussing tables, cashing people out. That young man is something you do not find often. He was efficient, courteous, and professional. If you don't know it, you need to treat him well these kind of employees are gold

Mac & cheese bites and the quesadillas were awesome. The weather was great and allowed us to combine the fudge brownie ice cream sundae with a side of peanut butter. Highly recommend.

Great hometown place. Ice cream is underrated....Huncky Chunky is 5/5 stars. Peyton our server was so sweet!

Oh my gosh! We got our food, the fries were cold. I asked for no tomatoe, got it anyhow. Couldn't even tell the waitress cause she never came back to our table. We even had to get up and ask for our bill. Then to top it off, our bill was 50.00, not a happy camper.

I order my breakfast to go. Everything was done on time. Everything was made correctly and tasted great. Best of all the prices are cheap compared to most breakfast places.

I was there once with a group of friends. They nicely put 2 table's together. What I ordered was very good and the young waitress was very sweet. I could only speak for me and I would go back. We were being treated by my friend's Mom after her graduation.

Had the Cheese Skirt Burger with fries. Burger was perfectly cooked. Loved the melted cheese skirt. Cheese had a crunchiness to it that i love. Fries were hot and crisp. And the meal included a Happy Endings Sundae for free.

It's just Friendly's. However, my waitress was good, and my simple meal was fine. Quick service. Clean, and quiet

Can't get Friendly's in MI any longer so it's a nice surprise to see one when traveling. Fribble is still good but like everything else at restaurants it's way over priced. This location looks like it's been around a while and could use a little maintenance and some clean up.

This place needs to just be shut down. I ordered 10/10/2022. The food I received was beyond disgusting! My kids mozzarella sticks where still frozen. My quesadillas where not even quesadillas. The tortillas were burnt and falling a part. My waffle fries where gross as if they sat out for over an hour. My chicken in the sandwich was so over cooked I couldn't even bite it. Please stay out this restaurant and save your wallet. Possibly even your life if you get food posing. Very very disappointing and so not worth $64.xx

Love this simple place. I visit it every time I'm in Wilkes-Barre. The people who work there are so sweet. I recommend the Big Two-Do. Eggs, choice of meat, and get the french toast as your bread. It's amazing!

The service here was so bad it's literally only the 2nd time in my life that I did not tip at all. 3 servers with ZERO sense of urgency whatsoever. When we arrived there was only one other table and we could actually hear them complaining about the lack of service and that their food was wrong... foreshadowing. Long story short, we were never checked in on at all throughout the meal, meaning we sat through the meal with empty drink cups, couldn't ask for the apple slices my daughter ordered and didn't receive, and did not get to order the free ice cream that came with my and my wife's meals. It got to the point that instead of asking for the ice cream, we thought it best to cut our losses and get out. I haven't been to a friendly's since I was a kid because they mostly closed down and aren't in the South really. If they all ran their locations like this one, I can see why they're a relic. Walked in hoping for nostalgia, a decent meal, and fantastic ice cream, walked out with disappointment and a "never again" outlook. Good luck with your impending extinction Friendly's

Was there last night for dinner took a long time for food to come even though only 3 booths in use...waitress was not focused with not bringing utensils until after coming with food & she forgot my husband's salad which should come before the food and she was already coming asking if we wanted dessert while we were still eating the meal. Then leaving scrounging for change the manager since the register would not open screen frozen. Prior to covid this location was the really good but this was our second time since reopening from covid not impress with the service. Food was okay but out of ice tea & croutons for salad & lobster pasta and the lobster pasta had bread not toasted like advertises

It was so nice to eat here as all of the friendly's back home have closed. The food was wonderful. They were very understaffed, but the service was still excellent.

Staff were very patient with our larger group. We had appetizers and desserts which all were as advertised and accurate to the menu. No complaints, very affordable, nice staff, clean.

My family and I love eating here the food is always good so far never had a bad experience! The place is clean and the wait staff is always (friendly)!😁

Waitress was friendly and attentive. Food was mediocre. I got an upset stomach immediately after leaving. My son liked his Mac and cheese and ice cream.

The service was very slow and the food was just okay. We had two salads, two sandwiches, and two ice cream sundaes (one was free with a coupon) and our bill was almost $65! Friendly's used to be reasonably priced, we won't be back anytime soon.

My Daughter ordered two ice creams I called the manager to let her know who ever made the chocolate and strawberry with pineapple strawberries and bananas made it to perfection!!!!!! I have lived a long life and I have NEVER HAD a better one so if u get this wonderfully Done!!!!!! I will sto in soon with my very own tip for u …thank u Again God Bless you
