Definitely a unique fast food restaurant with menu items you won’t find at other chains. First time having a butter burger and it was certainly tasty though a bit messy. Had to also try their flavor of the day frozen custard which was turtle something and it was quite good. It’s a bit pricey though.

Go if you like your orders to always be wrong. You would think that Homer Glen is such a nice town that this Culver's would be great. I have never had good experiences every time I came here. We were excited when they first opened but every time our orders are wrong. I mean every single time. Thought I gave them a chance, nope, still wrong. Let's try again, nope, still wrong. Well, at least I gave them multiple chances but NEVER again! First time they did not give me fries when my Burger meal comes with fries. Second time I wanted a fried shrimp dinner with onion rings and they were out of onion rings. Third time I went there and my mushroom swiss double burger with grilled onion did not have swiss, mushrooms, or onions. So I called back and they said to come back for it the next time. I didn't get my shrimp dinner either and they said that it was only the burger that they were willing to give me. Today after 2 months I want my burger back because they owe me a burger and I also ordered two shrimp dinners. It didn't come with dinner roll and they said oh I'm sorry we're out of dinner roll. How is that my fault that you are out of dinner roll and didn't substitute anything for me. I practically have to beg for a piece of bread that usually comes with my meal that I paid for. So they gave me sourdough bread instead but they only gave me one piece. So I had to go back and ask for another piece because I ordered two shrimp dinners. So if you say, oh I'm sorry I'm out of burger, does that mean I paid $10 for just some fries and a drink? Absolutely unacceptable. Let me know what the substitutions are. Not just oh I'm sorry we're out you're basically SOL. Get the hell outta here. I will never ever go back to this Culver's in Homer Glen and I love Culver's. I only started going to this one because I worked in the area. But now I'd rather go out of my way to another Culver's to never have to experience this again. Go if you like your orders to be wrong with no substitution and terrible experience.

Enjoyed a nice meal here after work. The Atlantic Cod sandwich and cheese curds were great. My wife and I really enjoy the Peanut Butter mixers as well. The service was great as well.

I love Culver's. Wendy's used to be the fav but they've fallen off the map as far as good food and nice employees. Pretty sure I've had just about every menu item from Culver's. My orders have always been correct and the employees have a positive engaging attitude. And when you ask for sauce, they don't just give you one packet for a large side of fries. Been to many locations and it's the same nice service.

I went here a few days ago while in Orland Park, and I loved the general atmosphere of the place. Food was good, as Culvers food usually is, and we got our food pretty quickly. Recommend!

Brought my son to have dinner. Special treat. Turned out that it is very expensive for a mother and her young son to eat here. Food is a little greasy. Customer Service was good. Cashier was polite. Good came out quick and while we were eating we received a free calendar for next year with coupons in the calendar. The total cost between my son and I was $31. That included an adult meal, one kids meal, a concrete mixer, cheese curds, and a kids free scoop that we were charged for.

I recommend training the workers on how to properly prepare food according to Culver's standards. If they were trained properly on the details and proper service, people could love this location. If not, it would be better to close this location. The frustration about half filled containers and over cooked food is legitimate.

This message is directly to the Owner Matthew Herrmann- I've been a loyal customer with several Culver's locations! This by far is the best that stands out! I was welcomed by such a joyful staff member by the name of Hannah. Who made my experience amazingly unforgettable! Although this location is out of my area I will definitely be back at this specific location just because of her warm welcoming. The food was absolutely fresh & delicious! Staff was awesome! This is a great location with an amazing staff. Please Promote Hannah she is an asset to this company and because of her this has gained 2 new customers to this specific location all though it Is slightly out of our way! Please continue to recognize this awesome staff! Happy staff leads to happy/loyal customers that gain to the business! Thank you,

Can never get an order right whither is take out or dine in. Bought two hamburger meals. Asked for crispy bacon, and grilled onions on one. I have learned is to check your hamburgers before you leave. Crispy bacon is very stringy, 2 out of the three hamburgers they had to remake, as I stood there with the rest of my u order getting cold. As I stood at the counter, in front of the window where you can see into the kitchen. I could see a small boy 10 or 12 running around the kitchen. Also a young women with a cubs backpack on. Kept asking to talk to a manager, well the Manger finnialy came out, she took off her back pack. I watched them through out 2 of the 3 hamburgers they made me. The last I told them to forget the bacon. Still wanted grilled onion that they also couldn't get right. Does anyone back there read the pink slips that tells them your order. Was treated so rudely by the rest of the staff. Particularly the two women at the point where the pack your order. Have they not heard of all the viruses going around. Yet the young boy in his coat ran around the kitchen. After 15 to 20 min. To get what I thought was the right hamburgers. Was sure that without the bacon, they had got it right. No grilled onions!!!! One of the young women packed the meals and said to the cook. Grilled onions, right? Yep. WELL, GOT HOME RAW ONIONS. REST OF MY FOOD WAS COLD. My 2 large orders of onion rings cold. This is one of many terrible experiences I have had at this Culver's. Others, including in other states, don't seem to have this problem. New trip just yesterday. Why I even go here is beyond me. But my daughter likes the hamburgers. Never get the order straight. Even though it prints out on a pink ticket. I ordered grilled onions. My daughter corrected the cashier 3 times. To put only grilled onions, mustard, and ketchup, cheese single. Fixed the pink ticket. When I received hamburger. Got the grilled onions. But no ketchup and mustard. DO ANY OF THE COOKS READ THE TICKET. THIS PLACE IS THE PITTS. I'VE BEEN TO CULVERS IN OTHER STATES. NO PROBLEM. BUT THIS HOMER GLEN CULVERS IS THE WORST. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!

Owner visits the Automotive shop I work at frequently. Genuinely nice guy. Food is always fresh, environment inside is clean, and the people serving are always so nice. Great place to stop for a bite!

My son gets his meals at least every other Friday, so far no complaints from him and he seems to enjoy his food. I especially like their prompt service and very friendly people that eork there. Also, the food is made made fresh to order.

I ordered a double cheeseburger deluxe meal with fries and a drink. Everything was hot, fresh, and made to order. The staff are polite, friendly, very hard working, and always get your order correct. It's a good feeling to come home with all your items in the bag and not have to reheat everything in the microwave before you eat it. Yeah, you know what place I'm talking about. P🌭'S

The food was great, the new bbq cheddar burger was amazing. Though when I ate in the lobby I couldn’t help but notice a creepy grown man with the tag “Ashley” starring at me and my children. My kids felt very uncomfortable so we left, other than that, great food.

New now @ Culver’s. Order cheese curds. Spend $7+ for just the curds. Okay BUT then if you want a dipping sauce, even only one, it is more money. Usually spending $30-75 dollars for feeding 2-5. Really! No mention of charge on the menu at all. Young management said “Since we have new sauces we started charging for all/any of them except for Chix tenders two weeks ago.” Is this a local or chain decision? Not happy with the new Now!

Service is terrible at this location. I ordered a small concrete mixer and the cup I received was less than 2/3rds full. I paid $18 to get the amount that I ordered. Every time I visit this location they give you less and less. The manager on shift is incredibly rude and has zero focus on customer service…she prefers to take offense/argues as opposed to resolving the problem. She proceeded to bad mouth me to her coworkers when I was at the window and could hear everything that she said. I’ve been to a ton of Culver’s in my lifetime and have had zero issues at every other Culver’s I’ve been to.

It is terrible that a place with such great food and ok service does not know how to make a sundae and if you order 1 scoop of ice cream they give you a 1/2 of scoop.they argue that sundaes are in twice the size cup because of the toppings which is pretty skimpy. Be careful what ice cream you order because it’s a rip off but you can’t reason with the daytime lady manager she thinks she’s right. Good luck you all.

New restaurant. Floor so sticky it almost took my shoe off. The male cashier was so busy trying to act cool he had to reenter it twice. Asked for mustard and ketchup on burger, barely had a streak of each on it. The owner from the commercials should stop by this location.

I've never had Culver's before just wanted to see what the hype is about and honestly really disappointed with the sandwich, especially after waiting for soo long. Would not eat it again!

The new Culver's in Homer Glen is awesome! We were greeted in a very friendly and courteous manner. The young man that waited on us was very sweet. The food is outstanding. Welcome Culver's in Homer Glen.

We went to this culvers as opposed to one closer to our house because it had a better flavor of the day. We got there to find out they were out of French fries and onion rings which seems really odd for a burger place. Service was fairly slow for the fact that it was not too busy when we placed our order. The restaurant did fill up later so I understand the slow service with our custard, but not our meal. Also kind of stinks that we had to pay the upcharge for a side of cheese curds instead of fries when we really didn't have any other options on sides.

this location is usually okay food wise, besides the fact that they get more orders wrong than right but when the order is made right it’s decent. however the way i see interactions between staff is appalling. managers are more concerned with ripping people off than the quality of their work. i was here last thursday and asked for a couple extra napkins to which the manager replied “i’m sorry but one napkin per food item” i thought she was joking until she turned around and walked away to ignore me the rest of the night. i payed $1 for a quarter cup of cheese and nearly $8 for a turtle sundae that wasn’t even half full. every time i come the portions are smaller and the prices are higher. i have even overheard managers yelling at staff for asking to get sips of water. no employee there looks happy or even sane. it’s obvious the children working are petrified of their managers and i can’t enjoy a meal without feeling sorry for the poor kids working. i have never had a bad experience with the teens but the adult staff are just blatantly rude to your face and have no regard for customer service or even a sense of human decency.
