dirty plates on more than 5 tables, watched a worker remove the plates on one table and leave without cleaning it! there was sticky food all over it, it stayed like that all the time we were there 30 mins+ the food not worth it as most of the time is arrives cold after a long wait, needs improvement

Good place to have something to eat and drink when going shopping. Food was good, only point for me the chips weren't cooked enough for my taste. Hot chocolate and mocha were delicious.

We had a full English. The service was fast and very friendly. The food was well presented and served. Also a very fair price. Will definitely go again.

Been there for breakfast, not expensive and served quickly, food was good, 2 stars down as most of the tables were dirty(they've been open for 15minutes and there was just one other person).

Would've given 5 stars if they had used.proper gravy and not coloured water. This is a willenhall cafe not a Michelin star restaurant . Please bring back gravy, not piddle.

Worse morrison to eat at. I went in for lunch with the kids after shopping and I had to get my own wipes from the car to clean the table and chairs. Food came after 25 minutes and was dry, burger meat was burnt , pie was hard and tasteless and so on. Spent £22 wasted as even the kids spat they food out

Visited the cafe and petrol station as Breakfast stop during a long journey. There were plenty of Covid safety measures in place, so we felt very comfortable eating in the cafe. The ladies at the tills were friendly and helpful. I had the vegetarian breakfast and my friends had two other meals. The meals were delivered to our table by some very cheerful ladies. All the meals had very generous portions and we were full afterwards. No pictures, we were too hungry to stop and respectfully admire the food. Petrol is always a very competitive price here so great for filling your tank on long journeys. We'll be back!

Been in cafe today. Staff nice and pleasant. Ordered a bowl of chips to go with sandwich.i waited over 10 mins to be given a bowl of brown chips that looked and tasted as though they were the dregs. Wouldn't complain as I wanted them with my sandwich and didn't want to wait any longer. Why do I always seem to get soggy stuff??? They must see me coming!!!

Great little cafe but some staff don’t like it when you don’t want to use the computer ordering system 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

No cups,forks,milk, had to wait. The few staff there are very friendly and helpful However it seems not enough staff to cope with demand. No one cleaning or replenishing the cutlery milk,cups etc.
