It's a small mall with supermarkets, cafes, bakerys, movie theatre, one expensive art shop and a gym upstairs Good layout, always busy after school and all day on week ends. It CLOSES VERY EARLY even on Thursdays. It's so inconvenient that it closes do early. It's the only place like that I know of that does. There is a lot of parking wich is good, and bike racks as well.

Enjoy stopping in at this shopping centre. There are many specialty shops including bakery, butcher, fruit and veg, fish shop, reject shop, shoe shops, clothing stores and a few cafes. I loved my roast capsicum and chick pea salad and coffee that I ordered from one of the health food shops. And check out the beautiful mosaic designs on the floors.

Easy access, lots of shops, carpark can be absolutely packed sometimes. Expect a flood of children during pick up/drop off times.

Good cluster of shops at the moment although they seem to be getting rid of all the clothing shops and replacing them with supermarkets. Aldi coming soon.

This place has really lost its vigour over the last 10 to 15 years I've lived in Willetton. It has simply been reduced to a bunch of grocery stores and a bank. Pretty disappointed how all the stores I loved have simply just been removed in the recent years, like Thingz and Cotton on. Even the food court is pretty disappointing upstairs. I hope Aldi will make a small difference, but I don't see anything other than heavy traffic happening with this poor effort for a shopping centre.

Added a few photos of festivals.(2022-02) Just a quick summary, this shopping centre has major anchored tenants such as Woolworth, Coles, Aldi (coming soon), Reject shop, spectacle shop, bakery, few cafes(such as Bon Bon, Cookies Donut, etc), restaurants, Hoyts, mobile phone and carriers, fashion shop, gift shop, bank, Gilbert Fresh, Southland Sea market, Asian restaurant, a few Aussie restaurants near Hoyts, cloth alteration, Quickcut, key and souvenir service shop, Aus Post, Asian groceries, and many more. These supermarkets are not far apart but within a short walking distance. Good lighting, clean, spacious, nice air conditioning and comfortable to walk around. There were many restaurants just outside the building including Macca's, tavern, Subway, Silver Sushi, and many more restaurants. One could spend a few hours here. Oh, free car parking bays too. Enjoy your visit mate, cheers! (2021-12)

Really great shopping centre with lots of variety stores and services and will be even better now that Aldi is coming! That's all 3 major retailers in the one complex which is so rare to find. The centre is well laid out and kept nice and clean and the Coles and Woolies here are well stocked too.

Everything is great about the Southlands shipping centre. Parking is the problem. Not enough disability parking spots. Also covered parking is premium.

The most disgusting toilets ever . Always dirty it’s like they don’t even clean them and they are so run down. If I could do negative stars I would

Great place to shop. The parking area is exceptionally large with easy access as there are several entrances. There are a large variety of different shops in the building ranging from groceries to books, clothing and others. Hoyt's cinema is upstairs, a restaurant and a games center. From the parking area there are three entries to the building and at each entry there are crosswalks and a small incline at the pavement entry to minimize the small step.

One of my local shopping centres. Good variety of grocery and specialty stores. Prefer the Hoyts cinemas here as well as it’s not too busy compared to larger centres. Great food options available in and around this shopping centre too. Only annoying part is the parking at times.

This is a commercial development business. I called the wrong number and had a short n sweet conversation with the telephonist regarding this. Courteous, precise and quick.

Been going to Southlands for years. They have Cole/Woolworths/Aldi all inside which means you don't have to drive around. The butcher is honestly the best in WA. The owner Nick and his staff are very friendly and there is a great selection. There are many other shops as well including Gilbert's and Bakers delight to name a couple as well as a number of coffee shops. You also can go to the movies here as Hoyts is just upstairs. A great local shopping centre.

Going to Hoyts to see 'Little Mermaid ' with my 12 year old daughter. My elderly pop fell back on the steep upwards escalator and it ate me...

Not the biggest but very convenient, you have Coles, Aldi and Woolies under one roof. Plus oriental shops, butcher and fishmonger.

Love the shops but I can't stand the fish stench throughout at least one third of this shopping centre. What is the management don't about this? I perservered for longer than I wanted to because it's my closest shopping centre. Went can't extra extraction fans be fitted to drag that stench out?

Used to love the fish and chips here but british fish and chips have gone down the past few months. Won't make the effort to go back there again. 😫

Good place to shop but the toilets are unkept. Not cleaned well. The cleaners do not seem to care about cleaning them well. The supervisor never checks. They gather in a group n chat. I work and even shop at the same place.

Woolworths store size was quite impressive, scored some unique bathroom accessories that didn't hurt the hip pocket.

Good to see that Christmas decorations are finally up in the shopping centre but they look tired....using the "same ole same ole decorations" from previous years. The Riverton & Bullcreek shopping centres certainly looks more festive with its beautiful and colorful Xmas decorations. Surely the Southlands shopping centre can do more to lift their game

Love shopping there! I like the fushion of Asian grocers, two large supermarket chains with a third to come and other shops in the centre. Great place to shop!

Enjoying this shopping centre a lot. Having Woolworths, Coles and soon Aldi, it's just wow. Boost Juice, bubble tea, cha time, utopia, all my sweet tooth need is covered. Plenty of restaurants to try, Tyson, Happy Meal Cafe,Cafe 22, and other fast food like MacDonald, Subway, Zambreros. Plenty of carpark. There're also 2 asian groceries and one big fresh veggies and fruit shop. Don't forget upstairs has hoyts cinema with recliner seating and next to it there's japanese restaurant and ribs restaurant. Yesterday the centre was having a cooking lesson mainly for kids where they made their own mooncakes. The guy who's doing the teaching was very passionate and funny that all of the kids enjoyed interacting with him. I was having a good laugh too. One thing I can suggest is having more sitting down area. Overall, this shopping centre has lots of variety that will suite many people needs.

Handy with the Coles and Woolies, Hotys etc. and still a pretty good selection of specialty shops. A number have been closing down, making way for the new Aldi. I hope that renowned job killing behemoth doesn't force any more out. Everyone likes cheap prices but it's also nice having jobs for people.

For anything Asian (food), this is a good place to go to, with few Asian groceries and eating outlets. Apart from that, it has the usual Coles, Woolies, cafes and small shops. Don't forget the cinema too. Ample of free parking space as well. Good basic mall. Love the exprience.

Southlands Boulevarde is one of most friendly place to do your household shopping. The atmosphere is good and it is not crowded. The shoppers are very friendly. It had got quite a good varieties of stores including a second hand “Save the Children” bookshop with heaps of books like new. Woolies and Coles close to each other and Aidi to be opened. Great shopping experience or eating place.
