Half the order was not delivered, the few items that did make it was packaged so bad I am still not sure if it was packaged that way or opened on the way. No drinks, No chips, no sauce and absolutely no care. Called to advise was told to call Uber nothing McDonald's Willetton can do? Just a shrug of the shoulder and told to move on. Service had been declining over the last year definitely not ordering from here again.

Food is acceptable but the toilets need to be cleaned more often. I came in last week for a meal, and my burger and chips were hot, fresh and delicious. However when I went to use the disabled toilets there was a fresh white stain on the floor, accompanied by a horrific stench. I am wheelchair bound and despite the off-putting nature of these toilets I had no choice but to use it. I get that it's a Maccas toilet and you can't expect the Ritz but staff should at least maintain a 'usable' condition. Surely they learnt their lesson after Engadine? At least the Ritz cleans each room after every root I guess I gotta appreciate Maccas for their inclusiveness - customers get to eat their choice of meal, their way.

I ordered a McFlurry just a few minutes ago and a received a half amply cup of nothingness. Do not come here if you are on your period and craving ice cream, they do not deliver!

an absolute killa served me at roughly 9:45pm. fries fries and a couple of perfectly constructed big macs. willo you are killing it! Update: to the man with the glasses always there at around 2am, thank you for the midnight services for all my time throughout uni, your food is always so perfectly created and fresh af. absolutely great service and really boosted my mood during those countless midnight studies Update again: pic 2. 1:58am currently. perfect gaymer food. fantastic portions. tysm man

The fillet o fish is absolutely class, I buy 3-4 a day consistently never experienced a better fillet o fish in my life

Super clean! Like a hospital! Smells like fresh flowers. Not a speck of dirt in sight! The waiters smiled at me and it made me happy. I think I'm going to live there. The waiter Maria won my heart and I think shes my soulmate. I love you Maria. I will come back for you <3

Whole order was cold. 24 nuggets, quarter pounder meal and double beef n bacon meal.. everything was cold including the nuggets and chips.. not a pleasant meal and have no time to take it back as we were rushing elsewhere.

This is one of the worst McDonalds to buy from. There is only one lane in the already very narrow drive thru. Their fries are usually limp and hard from sitting in the warmer too long. They need to seriously have some quality control and make sure that any unsold fries are thrown out rather than palming them off to whomever orders next. You can do better than this Willetton!

I get they are busy with orders and are minimum wage..but if i pay for extras i expect extras.. so many times i have paid for extra lettuce and so mamy times i have been DISAPPOINTED!!! with mo lettuce on my berger. Ples Fix Tnanks

Once again, ripped off by this place. We took the time to go into the store and wait, glanced at the order bag, get home and find entire meals from the order missing. What a ripoff joke

This maccas is closer but not worth it i would rather travel to the riverton maccas just to be served by this beautiful young lady called olivia who makes the best latte’s ever. The managers at willetton are just rude and don’t try and help you out

Yo goober, where's the salt!? the chips are flavourless sticks of cardboard even if they are hot and fresh. The rest of the meal was on point though. Iced latte always hits the spot

Bought grilled chicken caesar wrap yesterday the chicken was warm n rubbery, very less caesar dressing. Today I bought a Deluxe crispy chicken burger with chips with no salt, was waiting for quite some time as the girl serving me said she is waiting for the chips to be ready when they were ready she put salt on them hence I had to wait for another batch. She put my chips at the bottom of the bag with the box of burger on it n no tissues. The staff preparing the meals behind I was watching them it is more of a race to finish the orders. I understand it is fast food but not at the cost of quality. Many Manager's/ Assistant Manager's but do not keep an eye on what is happening around. I have had some very good staff b Manager's who love what they do at the same place but some are just not meant to lead or are lethargic. Disappointed.

Just did uber eats from there. Half the order is missing. Called the store and was told to contact uber eats not their problem. Order that got delivered was also not correct instead of milk shakes all coke was delivered...

Food is absolutely terrible …. I should have eaten the cardboard container and binned the food!!. The burger was cold, had almost no spread over it and as a result was tasteless. The chips were cold and way over cooked so all in all a nothing meal. It strikes me that no one is taking any sort of responsibility for the food quality they are they are dishing out … I most certainly will not go back.

Me and my husband like going to Mcdonalds after our grocery shopping it is near the shopping center and the people are friendly. There was one time, they forgot to give us one of our orders, the lady apologized and gave us additional item as a compliment.

It's McDonald's but bad. I've never ordered anything from this store and gone that was great... Go to the fish and chip shop next door, do yourself a favour! Heck jesters at Southlands 10x better!!

Basically, I ordered a bacon and egg WITHOUT egg, they gave me egg. i went back to my table and my hot chocolate was thrown away. Then i ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream. they ended up not giving me any whip cream. Then the lady was kicking people out if they werent ordering. i just think its disrespectful !!!

Great spacious McDonald's restaurant where you can enjoy all your Macca favourites. The Coffee was excellent and well made. Table service was amazing by the young lady on duty tonight @8pm 26/10/21. The young lady was very friendly and polite. Thank you!! This is one of my favourite McDonald's.

I came to have lunch with a friend and the staff and management are so friendly, the food was fantastic, and very clean store, one of my favourite McDonald s store now to have and enjoy lunch and other food s. I will be back always and bring a friend.

Excellent service. The service was much faster than other macdonalds I have been to. The manager was very patient and heard my dietary requirements correctly. Definitely coming back again.

Last visit through Drive-thru on a Thursday evening was very disappointing. Ordered a cheeseburger for my son. When he opened the wrapper he discovered there was no burger patty. Very upsetting for a hungry boy!

They gave me a burger with one bun and a drink that was half full. They even forgot my chips, disgraceful work, extremely disappointed with how they scammed me and got away with fraud.

I had salt and pepper on my quarters border and I didn't request it . That's is not good and my burger was salty. That's is bad . Will never come back

We bought 4 burgers tonight. All of them are extremely salty. Seriously, extremely salty. Including 2 cheese burgers from happy meals. Need to buy something else for dinner tonight. Very frustrating.

I was in the drive through today with my sister. I got my iced chai and it tasted like pure milk, no flavour. Asked the guy if he could just add a bit more flavouring so I could actually taste it. He offered to remake and was happy to add more flavour and gave excellent service. Tall guy red hair maybe slight mullet. Absolute lad. This was midday Sunday. Thanks mate!
