I have been a frequent guest at this hotel for the past 6 years, and I must say that it has consistently exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is ideal, as it is conveniently situated close to all amenities. The recent renovation of the hotel rooms has further enhanced my experience. I am absolutely in love with the fresh and modern look - the ivory-colored furniture is particularly stunning, and the bar chairs add a touch of elegance. Thank you all for the renovation efforts, as it has truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Much appreciation to the entire team ❤️

The room was super clean and the bed was comfy. The grounds were very quiet and the staff incredibly helpful. The pool and hot tub was very clean and heated. Plus, free putt putt. =) We were able to walk to the historic Williamsburg area from our hotel and there were several places to eat within walking distance as well. It was a great place to stay and we would definitely be back if we are ever in the area.

Rooms are too thin.. You can hear everything from the other rooms. TVs playing/ people snoring, etc. They accept pets. If your dogs bark, you will get a call / complaint. Do not leave your dog and go eat at a restaurant.. That's when the call will come and complain about your dog.. Normally, I do not complain, but I had to post this one... Just do your homework before you come to this resort.....

This place was wonderful to stay at! Very accommodating, they even have a list of local recommended places to eat and visit at check in. The staff was charismatic and willing to help. They even called our room to check that we settled in well after getting to our room. The only negative thing about this place is there’s no breakfast option. Other than that, RAVE!

We have loved the coziness of this resort! The staff are amazing (especially Jenn)! Putt putt, biking, hiking, crafts, and tea! There is so much to love. It is not as big as the other resorts, but this is a much needed change of pace.

At first I was a little hesitant to come, because of a few bad reviews. When we arrived, staff was very friendly. Our room was one in the back. Not the main building. Our room had an ionizer on the floor, I assume to help with any odor that the room would have. Because the building is old, I think there may be a musty smell. Most likely more during the summer. I came in Oct. Bathroom a little dated and very low toilet. Room was very clean and very acceptable. Small frig, coffee maker microwave and nice size TV. Lots of space to store your clothes. Even though their website says there is a fee for internet, it is FREE. You can order room service. Thursday's they offer waffles & yogurt for $2. Staff sends text to be sure all is well and asked if you need anything, to let them know. I would say overall, nice place for the price.

The location was good as it is close to Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown, and more, however, the parking structure is a bit difficult to work with as sometimes there are long walks to get to your room, depending on where you are staying. The hotel has in-room kitchens for its villas, which is a plus and a minus. A plus because it broadens the choices you have as a guest, but the minus is the hallways have an unpleasant odor to them and, every time you enter the hallways, it just smells of other peoples' food and is not a nice experience. The elevators also are very small to get up and down floors. The rooms themselves, as far as the villas go, are very nice. They are large and spacious, with ample lighting and good utilities. I would recommend to the hotel to install a safety bar in the shower as it can get slippery in there and there is nothing to hold onto. In addition, the jetted tubs are nice but a bit dated. Our room we stayed in was VERY clean though, so that is a big plus. Do not expect daily cleaning, however, as it is not a typical hotel in that regard. They were very accommodating for any of our needs including taking trash any time. One small minus also is the "Netflix" button on the TV remotes does not work! That was a disappointment as being able to access our Netflix account would have been great -- work on getting that setup for guests. Overall, it was a good stay but if you are looking for a more traditional hotel stay, I would look elsewhere.

Unless you have a suite in the main building, you will be unimpressed. A double queen room was like Motel 6 with better furniture. The heater under the window was very noisy. Best feature was the heater in the bathroom that kept me comfortable during and after my shower. Staff are super nice. No daily service which is the norm now I guess.

Location is fantastic, close to great restaurants, clean room with washer and dryer and full kitchen! Beautiful view from my balcony! It’s December, I didn’t use the outdoor pool, but you sure can it is heated! Hot tub was great, fabulous gym and arcade on the lower level.
