The
location
was
good
as
it
is
close
to
Busch
Gardens,
Colonial
Williamsburg
and
Jamestown,
and
more,
however,
the
parking
structure
is
a
bit
difficult
to
work
with
as
sometimes
there
are
long
walks
to
get
to
your
room,
depending
on
where
you
are
staying.
The
hotel
has
in-room
kitchens
for
its
villas,
which
is
a
plus
and
a
minus.
A
plus
because
it
broadens
the
choices
you
have
as
a
guest,
but
the
minus
is
the
hallways
have
an
unpleasant
odor
to
them
and,
every
time
you
enter
the
hallways,
it
just
smells
of
other
peoples'
food
and
is
not
a
nice
experience.
The
elevators
also
are
very
small
to
get
up
and
down
floors.
The
rooms
themselves,
as
far
as
the
villas
go,
are
very
nice.
They
are
large
and
spacious,
with
ample
lighting
and
good
utilities.
I
would
recommend
to
the
hotel
to
install
a
safety
bar
in
the
shower
as
it
can
get
slippery
in
there
and
there
is
nothing
to
hold
onto.
In
addition,
the
jetted
tubs
are
nice
but
a
bit
dated.
Our
room
we
stayed
in
was
VERY
clean
though,
so
that
is
a
big
plus.
Do
not
expect
daily
cleaning,
however,
as
it
is
not
a
typical
hotel
in
that
regard.
They
were
very
accommodating
for
any
of
our
needs
including
taking
trash
any
time.
One
small
minus
also
is
the
"Netflix"
button
on
the
TV
remotes
does
not
work!
That
was
a
disappointment
as
being
able
to
access
our
Netflix
account
would
have
been
great
--
work
on
getting
that
setup
for
guests.
Overall,
it
was
a
good
stay
but
if
you
are
looking
for
a
more
traditional
hotel
stay,
I
would
look
elsewhere.
