Outstanding oysters in a unique setting. Very reasonable prices including beer. Very limited menu so be aware of that but what the do they do exceedingly well!

Fantastic! They have figured out how to make seafood perfect, fresh, and simple. Cash our waiter was the best, what an experience! We will make plans to continue traveling all the way from Michigan to NC just to come back!

We love going to Sunny Side Oyster Bar. It is definitely an experience to remember. We come several times a year and every year on our Anniversary. The place definitely gets packed and you absolutely must get there early and stand in line to be one of the first to get seated since there are only about 20ish seats. This year we tried the crab legs and they were phenomenal and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend to anyone who loves the rustic, out-of-the-way, off-the-beaten-path type of "experience restaurants"!!!

Sunny Side Oyster Bar is always a great idea. Amazing staff and even better food. The crab legs crack with minimal effort! I never have to fight with my food.

Travel by Williamston often. Read about this place a long-time ago and have been meaning to stop. Sure glad we did! This is a great place when you are looking for oysters, shrimp and scallops. The staff is super friendly and the food is good with no pretense. Simple good food at a place that has been around since the 1930's. We ordered a 1/2 peck of oysters and a pound of steamed shrimp. It was all good and well worth the stop.

we love this place! every time. friendly - and oyster shucking mad men. who knew this small town of williamston could have such a great oyster bar. a must if you are in the area.

Long wait!!!! Not a very organized waiting experience..stand up waiting for almost 2 hours. Loud place..not much of a waiting area..been there a few times and noticed food wasn't as good as a few years back..something has changed! This place needs some competition with a bigger building and a fire pit! They don't serve oyster Rockefeller..loss for them. Not worth the wait..I won't be back!
