The food was much better than I thought. I guess you never know what to expect at an All-you-can-eat buffet but this was very good! I tried almost everything on the buffet and I was happy with everything I tried. Nothing was dry which can be a common problem with food that sits out under heat. The deserts were quite tasty as well. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience.

But... Where's the food? We heard such good things about this place... But it's 5:30 pm on a Friday in July and there is not much to choose from on the "buffet" and a majority of this place is already shut down. 😔 I think if you are going to shut two/thirds of the restaurant down, you should only charge half price. So check out the food selection before you pay as you will get a better value at another eatery around the park. We are disappointed in our experience and leaving hungry.

Really good food, very filling and reasonably priced...ok July 2022 adult buffet was $16.99, which included drink...selection was good and the food was fresh and hot. Definitely the best bang for the buck if visiting the Ark Encounter. Dining room is big and seating was ample.

A very well done buffet. Considering you're a captive audience at the Ark Encounter they could have skimped on the buffet. However, the facility was large , clean, and well run. The decor was beautiful and we had a great view of The Ark. The food was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Two days earlier I ate at The Golden Corral, paid a few dollars less, and could barely find anything edible. This was one of the best buffets I've been to.

Great buffet! While you are at the Ark Encounter, even though it is a large restaurant, and on the Ark property, it offers a great buffet! Quality food, and very tasty. From pot roast, fried chicken, ham, Bbq meatballs, to baked fish. Salad and many different vegetables, all very nicely done very good. There was chocolate cake, puddings, and blackberry cobbler for dessert. If you can't find something good to eat here, then you must have a very serious diet, and it may not be for you.

My family and I visited Emzara's Kitchen today for the first time ever today and had a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and personable, and the food was incredible! My favorites from the buffet were the barbecue meatballs, breadsticks, green beans, parsley potatoes, and baked ziti. Everything tasted amazing! I took a picture of the black olives section of the salad bar to show how each food item was labeled. The allergens were very clearly displayed for each food item or dish, which was very helpful for me in deciding what I wanted to eat. I also took a picture of my knife before I used it to show how each utensil was plastic wrapped. This made me feel great about my utensils being clean as opposed to other restaurants. The drink selection included the basic coke products. I also enjoyed the yellow cake with pineapple frosting...it was very, very delicious! Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with Emzara's Kitchen and would love to come back!

It was Mother's day weekend so it was busy. The food was pretty good for a buffet but the choices were pretty limited in the salad and dessert bars.

One of the BEST buffets I've ever been to! Perfect in every way! The atmosphere is great. The ribs are some of the best! The Blueberry donut holes are to die for!

This place is an affordable all you can eat restaurant. Age of 4 and under are free of charge. And adult is 16.99 salads are good and foods are not that much salty which I liked. Better than expected.

Friendly service, clean eatery, comfortable atmosphere! We ate after the lunch rush (recommended) and were able to get a table upstairs. They even have nice covered seating outside above the main entrance, which has a great view. I especially appreciate that the buffet menu items were labeled with allergen information, and there was a good mix of options (salads, veggies, meats, deserts). The price and service are exceptional - in similar places, you could easily pay double and never encounter helpful staff, let alone smiling & kind staff, like we did here. After walking through the 3 levels of the Ark, Emzara’s is a great option when famished.

It was pretty crowded but the 2nd floor had a lot less people and the view from the out door seating up there was beautiful

We chose this buffet as it was the nearest restaurant around the Ark Encounter. The prices were reasonable, especially given the location. The food overall was good, but the standout dish was definitely the fried chicken. It was incredibly crispy, moist, and absolutely delicious. The rest of the items were pretty standard. Additionally, the price of the buffet included soft drinks, which was a nice touch.

Pictured are the ceiling cassettes for Mitsubishi mini splits. They are fantastic with how easily you can install them in places where putting ductwork would be impractical. They come equipped with a built in condensate pump so you have no worries about getting rid of water. Interestingly enough, whoever installed these it looks like they put in a boca vent in the drain line. I never considered putting one I'm here. Not sure if it makes a difference but something note worthy. Also the food is good. 👍

Reasonably priced and food was amazing! My favorites were brussel sprouts and fried chicken. This is conveniently located just at the exit of the Ark.

Amazing food, if you go there you have to try the meatballs in BBQ sauce for sure! But I would suggest to try a little of everything yourself to decide!

High quality food at a reasonable price! You won’t believe the quality you get at this buffet. Also, there’s a nice lady who works in the dining room. Her name is Linda. She’s a very hard worker and she keeps the restaurant exceptionally clean. Linda is also a sweet, and kind lady. It was a privilege to meet and speak with Linda. Linda, you are a fantastic representative of this restaurant! I highly recommend this restaurant, and meeting Linda if you have the time.

Delicious and quick. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They honor most dietary restrictions very readily. The food includes so many options, and just about all of them are good. I ate so much I felt I was pregnant.😆 The price is definitely reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. The price also includes the drink with unlimited refills. The atmosphere is mostly relaxed if you sit upstairs. The tables downstairs are smaller and everyone sits down there so it's super crowded and loud. If you want a quieter and more relaxed dining experience, just go up the stairs.

Delicious food! Our family completed our visit to the Ark Encounter here two nights in a row. It was the perfect ending to a long day of fun filled activity. We all loved the food. It was like having a home cooked meal. The chili, ribs, fried fish, pasta salad, fried chicken, rolls, and cake were some of the best of its kind I have had. I literally cleaned both of my plates and had seconds of the dessert. 😋😋

** Kind Service ** ** Clean ** ** Convenient ** With enormous amounts of people and huge group numbers, a buffet is a no brainer. The line to get in wrapped around the building but it kept moving. The options were not the greatest but I can say the fried chicken was very tasty. Also try their pudding, it was fantastic! My only gripe would be the styrofoam plates, not great for the environment and was not great for carrying food. It may be that these were not their normal plates because I saw a few different varieties brought out. There are tons of employees working here and that was very cool to see. The place was spotless except for the drinks section, that was chaos. Our experience was good all and all.

It was a nice buffet with drinks included. Lots of seating although you may have to go upstairs or outside to find a table. Upstairs may be an issue for the mobility impaired if there is not an additional elevator bring the one that was out of service when I was there. They have sturdy paper plates and wrapped plasticware for sanitation. There are employees working among the many guests to keep the areas clean. There is enough for and beverage selection that almost everyone will find something to enjoy. I was surprised and pleased with the fish nuggets, seasoned red potatoes, and green beans. There was fried chicken strips, french fries, and macaroni and cheese for the kids. My companions liked the BBQ ribs and fried chicken with a salad, mashed potatoes, and gravy.

If I could go back and start over, I would get 2-3 pieces of chicken!!! It is absolutely wonderful & moist!! Avoid the chicken nuggets…very dry! I also really liked the pot roast. The mac-n-cheese is also good! There’s a great selection of salad, sides, meats, & desserts! Go for the apple cobbler or the chocolate cake!!!

I’m not hard to please usually. I just don’t understand all of the 5 star reviews about this place though, and I want to leave one that gives people some realistic expectations for attending this place. It is mediocre at best. Not terrible, but definitely not great. It’s also more expensive than a Golden Corral, and That would be a far better experience. Limited options, and low-mid grade food on the buffet, and it was barely warm, not hot. Bread was room temp. It has a ton of potential though. If they would hire a good cook, and use better quality food, then charge a more reasonable price, it would be pretty great. I also don’t like being expected to patronize a place because I’m kind of trapped while visiting the ark.

This is the only climate controlled food venue at the Ark Encounter, aside from snack vendors and coffee shops in multiple locations throughout the park. This is a buffet style restaurant and offers something for nearly everyone. It is by no means a destination for a “foodie,” but you will get plenty to fill you up & keep you going. The food can sit out for a while & may not be the freshest. The chicken, tenders, fries, etc were not crisp or fresh. The baked ziti was probably my favorite. Lots of room, adequate restrooms.

The restaurant Emzara’s Kitchen is popular too. It’s a buffet /seat yourself style They have chicken, pasta, beef stations with salads and pasta options. Meal includes Fountain drinks and the dessert stand. The chicken fingers and dark meat fried chicken were delicious. The salads were fresh and Greek pasta salad was a great option for us. Totally worth checking out if you have time. They have way more planned for this location (new buildings and biblical history) and we intend to come back as time allows. Absolutely worth coming a second time. Great job Team!!! See ya next time.
