I've
been
a
long
time
customer
of
this
restaurant
and
delivery
order
on
a
weekly
basis
for
my
elderly
mother.
Tonight,
I
go
in
the
restaurant
to
place
an
order.
The
guy
that
was
at
the
register
was
a
new
person
and
I
had
to
continually
repeat
the
order
to
him
and
he
confirmed
it
at
the
end
when
I
paid
for
the
order.
I
thought
it
was
a
little
less
than
what
I
normally
pay
and
I
confirmed
that
it
was
for
2
large
salads.
He
confirmed
my
order
and
I
waited.
When
I
received
my
order,
I
checked
my
order
when
I
got
to
my
car.
I
checked
my
order
and
it
was
for
one
salad
instead
of
two
salads.
I
walked
back
in
the
restaurant
and
said
to
him
that
I
only
have
one
salad
and
not
two
salads.
He
apologized
and
told
the
person
to
make
another
salad.
Meanwhile,
the
lady
walked
over
to
discuss
my
concern.
I
explained
to
her
that
I
ordered
two
salads
not
one
and
she
tried
to
tell
me
that
$13.85
is
the
price
for
one
salad
with
extra
dressing.
I
said
to
her
that
I
did
not
order
extra
dressing
and
the
reason
why
there
are
two
DIFFERENT
dressings
is
because
it's
for
two
salads
and
not
one.
She
continued
to
try
to
tell
me
that
that
is
the
correct
price
for
one
salad
with
chicken.
I
told
her
that
I
order
from
here
on
a
weekly
basis
and
normally
have
my
orders
delivered
so
please
look
up
my
telephone
number
in
the
computer
to
confirm
what
I
normally
alway
pay.
She
found
my
orders
in
the
system
and
showed
them
to
me
and
I
said
correct.
I
said
to
her
see,
I
am
correct
you're
looking
at
the
price
right
there
from
my
last
order.
She
tried
to
tell
me
that
is
not
correct.
Apparently
she
does
not
know
how
to
do
math
if
the
system
is
confirming
what
I
just
stated
to
her
what
I
normally
pay
for
two
salads
and
she's
telling
me
something
different.
She
did
not
want
me
to
pay
the
difference
of
the
second
salad
but
instead
wanted
me
to
pay
more.
Very
aggravated,
I
said
to
her
to
just
refund
me
my
money
and
I
will
go
somewhere
else.
Her
unprofessional
smart
remark
to
me,
"She
said
that's
fine".
I
said
to
her,
"I
will
never
order
from
here
again".
She
said
to
me
"We
have
many
customers.
I
don't
care
one
customer
will
not
make
a
difference".
Very
poor
customer
experience
with
this
new
management
that
has
taken
over.
Never
again!!!!
