Literally so sad it’s gone so downhill. Between some of the girls always in a bad mood to getting a disgusting zinger no matter what flavor with or without cream literally tastes like flavor and straight club soda. Oh and the fact it always takes around 15-20mins for one drink. If your reading reviews literally go to ANY other coffee shop. They have good food here but get the drinks somewhere else.update > 1 year later I take back what I said about food I just love getting cold food ever time I order it hot.

I went back and forth on writing this but people should know. Please keep track of your charges. When I got my receipt I scratched the tip part out and gave a dollar tip in cash. Thankfully my card notifies me of all charges including adjusted ones. My 2nd notification was 2 dollars more. Found out someone took it upon themselves to add more tip. This is completely illegal! I did talk to someone who claimed the girls are new. She will refund my 2 bucks (hasn't) and have a talk with them. Any person new or not should know this is theft!! Should be immediate termination. She honestly didn't seem to care much. I would be mortified if I found out my people were taking money from customers who keep my business open.

I had placed an online order and I came there tonight after they closed and the lady with short blonde hair that greeted me at the door was so nice about it. I thought they closed at 8, but she did not act irritated at me, which made me feel better because I showed up after they had closed. Honestly, that girl deserves a raise. I do go here all the time and all the girls are very nice in general. There’s only a few coffee places in town that I get good customer service at, and this is one of them.

Seems to go down hill More every year . Used to be my favorite spot . Now Service, quality , and consistency of product is spotty .

I would rather go to mcdonalds then go back here. Today I ordered 2 hot mocha lattes and 2 hot ham and turkey croissants with cheese. I got my 2 coffees and 1 croissants and then I told her it was supposed to be 2. She brought them and they were both cold and turkey and cheese only. This place really has went downhill since the first time I went there

Pretty spendy for the quality, and definitely don't come if you're in a rush- no matter how many cars are in the drive thru you're waiting at least 15 minutes. Unless you're the only car, then it's typically 8-10?

Omg these ladies are a power house they know just what I like! They know my order and they take their job so serious. So grateful! Literally so fast with there service. ❤️

I got 2 lotus and lemonade and it taste like water. Had them add flavoring and still my daughter and I could not stand the taste. $wasted.

I’m new to this town and it’s my new favorite spot. Down side is that every time I order mobile, the dude doesn’t add whip cream to my custom order. If I’m paying extra for cream, it should never be missed.

Drove in from Missouri for a couple of days and was bummed thinking about not getting my normal drink from my local coffee house. My husband swung in through here and bought me a iced white mocha and was 10/10 the best I've ever had. Would love for y'all to put a location in Springfield MO. Y'all would put the competition here to shame hands down.
