Culver's is always nice food is always great. We went with some gluten free kids and if you get a hamburger they give you the meat separate from a plastic wrapped bun and you put it together yourself. that's interesting.

I've been a regular for 2 years, food is always served hot and fresh. I'll receive half melted custard sparingly, but their machine is never broken. Recent employees have been especially helpful and positive to be around, glad to see the owners have maintained such a great atmosphere for the majority of times I have came here.

The evening crew has been the worst lately. Customer service and food quality wise. Today they undercooked the burgers and didn't get our order right. This should be fixed.

The food is worth the wait at Culver's. I've never had an incorrect order at this location.

Food and service are always incredible for fast food. It's a fast food place so the atmosphere is left wanting, but we typically do drive through and eat at home.

Absolutely love the service I get from Culvers so nice to see smiles everytime! Deffinitly a team thats like a family. Always attentive to the customers needs and wants. Oh and my shih tzu obviously loves the pup cups!!

Culver's is our family favorite. The food is always so good. The service is friendly and quick. The atmosphere is homey and comfortable. We love our family meals there. Love that we have one in Willmar!

We ordered 2 pork tenderloin sandwiches. One was fine other was to have lettuce, tomatoe, pickles and mayo. We got Red

I have yet to have a Butter Burger because I LOVE the cod! From New England and the cod and the batter are the same. I am so grateful I can get the fish I miss.

Drive thru line was 6 cars long and we still had our food within 10 mins. Service with a smile AND the food was mostly amazing. Only downfall, onion rings were over fried.

Good and fresh hot food. The cashier was really friendly. It was really busy when we were there. Had to wait a while for food but it was ok.

Their food is great. Their staff is great. Their prices are misleading by over a dollar sometimes. Bring a few extra bucks for what's displayed on the drive thru sign. Yes. They know about it, too. It's been brought to their attention multiple times and their employees have mentioned which food items are the most off.

Food was good. Cashier got order mixed up. Only received partial order to start with. Live the burgers. Restrooms are disgusting whenever we are there. Very dirty and smelly.

Most often, Culver's is decent but for some reason this Thursday night there were huge delays. I think we ordered and sat for about 30 minutes before getting our food. I should have checked before leaving but never had issues with them before, but we ended up short an entire chicken strip basket and missing items on the other meal, which is surprising considering it was only two meals. Overall they are usually really good about service and accuracy but tonight was a big shocker. I called back to see if we could swing back to pickup the missing items but three calls over 5 minutes and no answers.

The young man who waited on us was very friendly i believe his name was Mitchell and even suggested i try tge rubin and i did it was very good all the staff was friendly and always willing to help

Employee at the drive through didn't know the menu, then must've entered the order incorrectly, didn't give me a receipt and didn't get any of the sauces that were supposed to come with it. Ineptitude at it's peak.

Freddie's Custard is far better Custard ice cream than Culver's. The service was very good and facility was very nice.

Are usually have a good experience there. But not today. Waited over 10 minutes for a couple concrete mixers. Finally had to go in and they had missed them and we're sitting in the freezer.

The food was good but sometimes the burgers can be a bit dry to me. Actually, just the mushroom & swiss has been dry. And i ask for fried onions and I usually get like 1 tiny onion. However, the last time I ate there, OMG!!! Whoever made my families burgers and mine knocked it out of the park. Wow!!! Loved it and they piled on the onions. I was very happy.

I had a craving for cheese curds and a burger. The deep fried curds were just okay (not as good as the local DQ!), and the burger was a disappointment--tasteless except for the fried onions. But the good thing was at least the upcharge for having cheese curds instead of fries was reasonable (like the difference in the price of the products individually, which DQ does not do--they almost charge full price), and the workers were friendly.

We love their food and visit almost once a week. Because of COVID we have used the drive-thru for the last 2 1/2 years. The problem is that they frequently get our order wrong. Today they brought us out a concrete mixer with nothing in it, but thankfully we caught the mistake and they fixed it. On the other hand, the grilled chicken sandwich was supposed to have swiss on it but we didn't know until we got home that they forgot that. Both of these were correct on the receipt. We were charged for the cheese but didn't receive it. Perhaps next time we'll have the delivery person wait at the car until we check everything we ordered, including opening up all sandwiches.

Culver's always taste good no matter what part of the country you go.

Feel it's the best left in fast food with service to match. Fast food places are changing rapidly but Culvers is still refillable drinks, condiments, and best environment left in my family's opinion.

Usually a great place with good quality of product. Recently there are some differences I've noticed, if they're interested in details they'll let me know.. But still top of my list.

Very friendly staff that make customers feel welcome. Always smiling and happy. Great atmosphere. Great food! Love their coupon deals here and there too.

Food was good service could have been better. I asked for a bacon deluxe burger and all I got was just the deluxe, no bacon. She never repeated our order back to us and I didn't get to see the receipt until the food arrived so I wasn't aware that she didn't put in the right burger.
