Dining room closed over lunch hour? That's ridiculous!

The sandwich was so messy and so poorly put together I couldn't even pick it up to eat it...plus our bag ripped and they acted like they didn't even care they just wanted to get us out of there. I think they need some retraining on their service and putting together their food. I love Arby's but I will definitely not be back to this one!!!

Ordered a Spicy Roast Beef and added tomato and bacon from Door Dash. Sandwich came with bacon and tomato, but without Roast Beef. Guess I got a Spicy BLT instead. 😤👎

We have not had a bad meal there yet.

Tons of signage for mobile app discounts with membership. Then almost impossible to use the coupons once they get all of your personal information off you. Employees were no help at all. Completely out of control pricing for fast food. You can eat at a sit down restaurant for less Arby's 😢

Shift Manager on a power trip ... Visited this Arby's for lunch on 11/25/23 and tried to use free combo card. The shift manager refused to take them because it was "bad for them" and then canceled our entire order and said we had to reorder. So is poor customer service. He also accused us of stealing them. Hope he doesn't treat the workers and other customers like that. Definitely won't be back.

Arbys is always good except we have been noticing alot lately dine In is closed thats very frustrating

My roast beef sandwich was very cold and there was so much Arby's sauce on it that the wrapper was drenched.

The food was delicious. The order got messed up and had to drive around the corner of the building. The order got done right then.

The inside was closed and the drive thru was long.Not there fault..they were short staffed. We love Arby's.🤟💯

After waiting behind 5 other cars in drive thru, I was told to leave the window and go behind the last car, because of my deafness, they refused to take my order.

Little pricey, but it's usually decent. My thoughts on the amount of cheese on the roast beef generally differs from theirs lol.

Ordered a Lg smokehouse brisket meal both the fries and drink I received were medium and the sandwich had 3slices of meat and looked like it was thrown across a room to the cashier... I was the only person waiting in line with nobody behind me and this has happened the past 3 times I've went to this location.

Service and food we're both excellent on 7/26. They were polite, competent, and fast. Haven't been impressed by a fast food restaurant in a long time. This crew do a great job during the lunch rush.

Arby's at Wilmar is the best of such brand so far. There was this staff that's ready to go the extra mile. In my opinion, he should be make a manager!

Food is always good. Serve and atmosphere better than McDonald's!

Good old Arby's, the never old roast beef sandwich is always good, and it comes with fast service at this location

I was upset, I got over cooked, and some how still cold curly fries, and both the lamb gyros I ordered had no tomato or onions in it, as well as the mozzarella sticks being well done. at least it was done fast, probably too fast. don't remember ever being this disappointed in Arby's before.

I always order the traditional gyro sandwich. It's delicious and has great flavor, and priced fairly.

My son and I enjoyed our dinner at Arby's for his 40th birthday. Good and drink delicious as usual and service was great.

Love the new bathrooms and layout! Great new fresh color and decor. Frontline people need more confidence and I feel no one likes the workplace enough to smile.
