Dude. Y'all need open your ears and listen to what your customers order instead of standing around a giggling to each other. My order always get messed up. It's so simple. So many mistakes everytime.

As my past reviews have not been the greatest, I wanted to edit from today's visit. While the crew in the kitchen obviously did the sloppiest job of prepping the order, the drive thru attendant was at least friendly and smiling. It was nice to see that. Now, just get your kitchen staff together!!!

Worst experience ever bad attitude employees and rude and need moree training i will be calling cooperate because the way we were treated is not correct

They messed up my friends order. The cinmon desert thing used to tast alot better.

Their small and unclean atmosphere doesn't even begin to compare to the attitudes of the employees, who seem as if they'd rather be anywhere but there. The last thing on their minds is customer service when the first things off their tongue is something like, "what do you want?...(followed by a dumfounded stare)." The quality of the food is not even adequate let alone mediocre.

Wasn't a fan of there breakfast potatoes where cold and I don't know if they change there potatoes but they where smaller than usual. What bother me was repeating my order like 4 times of what I wanted and there wasn't no one in there

For the HUNDREDTH time this isn’t a grilled chipotle burrito! Every other Taco Bell in the state can get it correct. Food is always watery, yes watery. Rude staff 80% of the time. I guess I just don’t understand how or why this Taco Bell is so different from all the rest, and not at all in a good way.

The restaurant never seems to open on time. Quite a few times I've come through the drive thru fifteen minutes after open to have their auto greeter say that they're closed. It's pretty common for them to not have any lighting on in the morning - as if they're hiding from you, hoping you don't come in. This is the most depressing sad Taco Bell I've even had the displeasure of going to. Someone higher up needs to step in because this location needs some serious attention.

Food's always delicious hot and fresh. The workers always seem to be in a friendly spirit. Always enjoy a visit to this taco bell.

The drive through workers so far have always been friendly and helpful. I have recieved the food in quick timing and always hot. Because I hate soggy fries I ask for the nacho fries to be extra crispy, and they were! I appreciate their extra effort!

I fell the workers at Taco Bell do their best to help you with anything they can . The only down side to it is there really isn't a lot of room for customers to set . If there is some way to add more setting area to it I feel you would get a lot more customers that would come . The food the workers were outstanding . I will come back to Taco Bell this year for the great food.

We went through the Drive Thru. They didn't hear the first thing we ordered so we had to go around again to reorder it. We asked for water with the value meal expecting bottled water but received water in a cup that I didn't drink until we were out of town. I thought the water had a bad taste to it. We had softshells, they were good. Service could use a bit of help.

Today was awful, there was hardly anything in the tacos. They were so empty they were completely flat. So empty I truly feel like this was a joke by the employees. The chalupa was cold, chewy and hard. Tasted oily like old county fair food. No straws for the drinks. Good thing I asked if the salsa I ordered was in the box because it wasn't. Grabbed that from the counter. I want a manager to reach out to me. If it wasn't all way across town and I would have drove it back and got a refund. Also employees parking in the front row right next to the door is just rude. That should be customer parking. The brown color in my taco in the photo is salsa and not meat. And apparently they're aware the food is awful because they've removed the survey code on the receipt.

Definitely one of the better ones we visited. Everything is kiosk order at this one. No issues there, however several folks that came in after were having trouble navigating and one of the very pleasant residence behind the counter did not hesitate to assist them. She beat us to give them a hand.

They need a visit from border foods. I ordered my meal with a Pepsi they gave me a root beer no ice? Also no napkins in my bag. Is that good customer service? No

It's Taco Bell, so the food is alright. I just like it cuz its the cheapest fast food option these days. Also, the team members are usually pretty cool

Chips were all of the crumbles from the bottom of the bag. Who serves that??? No acknowledgement that we were even there until our food was ready. Come on people, you can do better.

I pull into the drive through at about 7:28. I get up to the speaker and all I get is what sounded like welcome to Taco Bell and that’s it. I responded with hello and that was it. I sat there with no response until 7:36 before just driving away. I didn’t get an order when you’re ready, how can I help you, or anything

Ordered the cheesy Gordita crunch deluxe box and the cheesy Gordita was definitely the highlight, I was a bit skeptical looking at it but it tasted really good, the burrito and dorito taco were alright but nothing compared to the gordita, obviously had to get a Baja blast as good as normal, overall good.

Stopped here for something quick to eat. Didn't have to wait long. They didn't give us any of our cups or drinks, so we had to go and ask for them. I had ordered a large freeze and didn't get a large or the flavor I had ordered, but I just took what I got. My friend had ordered a medium drink and got a large. The food was good, but most of the employees just didn't seem to care.

We ordered chalupa meals on our way out of town. Had we been in town we would have taken them back. They are supposed to be flaky and soft. Ours were ice cold and so hard that we threw them away. I couldn't even break the edges on them.They had to have been sitting there for hours. Live and learn. Lots of other choices to eat at that would serve fresh, hot food.

Solid spot, friendly service, the self ordering is nice

Was the first in line and everyone behind us were getting their food before us. Had simple order of nachos and cheese, soft shell tacos and beef 5 layer burrito. Said the person preparing part of our order is behind. Been over 20 minutes now.

Service and food depends on who is working... night is probably not the best time for a stop by eat with kids.

I like Taco Bell but the last 3 times I've gone, my order was wrong. Disappointing
