what
are
obvious
reasons
now)
will
demonstrate
above
and
beyond
the
worst
side
of
“hospitality”.
Including
telling
guests
the
hotel
card
reader
does
not
work,
they
will
need
to
run
an
ATM
and
use
cash
and
charged
$60
above
the
rate
provided
online.
Additional,
he
then
made
unauthorized
charges
to
the
card
that
was
provided
when
inquiring
about
additional
nights.
He
sent
a
card
authorization
form
with
no
rate
listed.
When
ask
about
the
rate
he
did
not
respond
to
the
email.
He
was
then
told
in
person
that
he
wasn’t
responding
to
email
regarding
the
rate
and
that
we
would
get
a
room
elsewhere.
I
then
replied
again
to
the
email
stating
I
do
not
authorize
any
charges
to
this
card.
He
then
charged
my
card.
When
approach
about
removing
these
charges
he
mocked
the
way
I
spoke.
Refused
to
assist
in
any
way
and
laughed
about
it.
“Don’t
you
have
anything
better
to
do
than
bother
me?”
Unbelievable!
If
you’re
looking
for
someone
to
steal
from
you.
This
is
the
place
to
go.
Best
Western
was
lovely
and
took
great
care
of
us.
