Service was quick. Front desk got us checked into our room fast. But if you’re thinking about staying here for a night, good luck. Our neighbors were likely on drugs screaming at the top of their lungs and slamming doors ALL night. I even banged on the wall in an attempt to try and let them acknowledge we were trying to sleep but it didn’t help at all

Very good price for two nights. Sadly sense COVID, no breakfast. Ended up with CA king bed in room, was said it was a queen bed! Bed was not comfortable enough. Size of room just fine. Room is need of some repairs. Bathroom door won't shut. Part of wall by bathtub shows signs of water damage. Has microwave and over size refrigerator. Service was great.

I found bed bugs at 1:30am. Called the manager but she wouldn't do anything until 7am. I waited in my truck until then. I have videos and pictures of bugs but she denied it. Payed for 2 nights and didn't get refunded. Bad business

Front desk is good. Bring protection. Neighbors belong on Cops episodes... Your now in the hood. The owner "refunded" 6 out of the 7 days we paid for and said he is remodeling. We are currently waiting for this refund. We should not have had to pay anything. Hopefully the place improves as planned. If the refund comes I will keep you all updated.

You know, for the price, I wasn't expecting much. But the room is nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the woman at the desk was very kind and told me if I needed anything, to just call. For not expecting much, I'm very pleased. If back in the area, I would choose here again.

There is no hot water in room 153. Very nasty MOTEL. There was a house party with huge speakers that have base playing until I finally called the cops AT MIDNIGHT. I tried to reach out to the front desk he was to scared to even go see what room it was in fear of confrontation. What kind of MOTEL is this. Never again will I stay here. Also pop machine is broke it just steals your money with no option of refund.

I was in town for a 4 day long certification class. Stayed 4 nights for $300. At that price I would have rather stayed in my car but given it was the first week of March it would have been too cold for that.

Good price rooms not bad.

This place is run down, dirty and disgusting. It was so bad that I left 2 hours after check in never to return. Avoid this place at all costs

Wow! Great staff and wonderful accommodations! Maybe a little outdated but my suite on the first floor has a private deck, jetted tub, European style refrigerator, new microwave and tons of closet space! Super duper affordable for my business trip. Lake/park across the street. So happy I booked this place again this year. Everything is clean and I feel comfortable. Thanks Lakeview!

I had a friend that was staying there. Room smelled like garbage and was not clean. But I guess it was a roof over her head

I have always had a good stay here. I have always arrived early, and checkedright in. The only thing missing are do not disturb signs to hang on the door. Norman,my dog and I have always had a good stay here.
