Love the upgrade. Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice restaurants in the hotel, and a nice pool area.

Very clean hotel room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, impressive breakfast (I expect the worst at complimentary hotel breakfast). Got stuck during the Christmas blizzard and they gave me 25% off my stay due to the weather. Was very very impressed!

I stayed here for about 3 weeks for work, checking in for 5 days & then out for my days off. The staff was always very accommodating to me, giving me my preferred room after asking for it. They were very friendly & helpful. Coffee & breakfast were both good each morning, during covid it was only a bag breakfast, but I understand why. The little gym area had 2 treadmills which was always enough that I never had to wait to do cardio in the morning.

Well, technically I didn’t stay overnight. My car broke down and I needed a place to hang for around 5 hours. I talked to the Manager Dave Feist, told him my predicament and he immediately invited me to just stay at the hotel….he even offered coffee, etc. Towards the end of my time there he offered to drive me back to the garage to get my car (it was starting to snow and about a 2 mile walk). He was very genuine and I appreciate his hospitality! Next time I stay overnight in Willmar it will be at this Best Western!!

The layout of the building is a bit off, and like most hotels, seems a bit dated. The building itself feels clean, and the room was what I would expect. Would stay again.

Terrible front desk management services! Our first room smelt so bad of cigarettes we had to ask to move because my wife is pregnant. We got here and seen how slow the service was on a very chilly day being one of the only guests here. The vending machines stole over 3 dollars from me when it dropped my Gatorade. Asked at the front desk for help or refund and was told that wasn’t possible! After I waited in line for over 10 min to mention it because my wife said I should try to get my money back! This place is a joke.

Staff was very nice, accommodating, and nice facilities. I left for a few days and returned, I was addressed by 1st name and made to feel welcomed. Book early, this facility does sell out on a regular basis, with caring staff as thus I can understand why.

Room by smoking area between 2 buildings. Can't keep blinds open even. Doors closing hard. Rock hard bed. Gave me handicap room. Inconvenient. My RV has better shower. Good breakfast and clean got it 2 stars.

Great place to stay! Friendly staff, clean room with great air conditioning, nice restaurants attached and AWESOME breakfast! They were super accommodating with the room when I arrived. My son has autism and the guy at the front desk was super nice and put us in the perfect room and made a note so that if my son got confused they knew to help him out. The room didn't actually need a key card but locked just fine from the inside. Some people would be very upset but this actually helped my son out a LOT! Thank you everyone for creating such a great experience for us! Next time I need a room this is definitely where I'm staying!

Did not actually get to book a room! Called and spoke with a Sam he was very rude and obviously did not want our business. Very poor customer service!

Walking distance to a few good places to eat and gas. Staff is very friendly and nice energy!

Banquet space was great. Staff was super friendly. Womens bathroom smelt like something rotting. Prices were inconsistent from 4 to 5 of same drink. Food from green mill was also inconsistent- same sandwich all 3 days.. one day would be missing half the bread, another missing condiments, and another sandwich super messy and all over the place in the box.

It's a 3.2 star let's be straight from the beginning. Ok hotel with alot of age, clean. One of the better local choices.

The rooms are connected to the pool so if it's loud no one wants to hear kids screaming from their room. The place is better but omg the WiFi is so bad used my phone service most the time.

Great experience! Nice beds and pool to accommodate our kiddos! Ball tourney which was great to be close to all fields and 2 great restaurants attached! Will go back again!

I love this place. Big supporters of community and breakfast is really good. Pool areas are clean. Only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of 5 is you currently can't eat out by the pool. It gets really cramped in a room when trying to have a gathering of any kind.
