Horrible
customer
service
from
management
and
crew.
Morning
shift
of
11/29/22
runs
as
if
no
management
is
present.
Management
pays
0
regard
to
dine
in
and
take
out
orders
and
focus
on
nothing
other
than
drive
thru.
Many
customers
asked
for
management
and
management
would
have
their
crew
handle
their
customers
issues.
Orders
are
deleted
from
the
screen
like
if
they’re
being
given
out.
Orders
screens
were
blank
while
20+
customers
are
still
waiting
on
their
orders.
Many
customers
were
waiting
15+
minutes
just
for
a
coffee.
I
waited
20
minutes
for
my
order
even
when
it
was
placed
in
advance
with
the
app.
5
minutes
into
waiting
my
order
was
deleted
off
the
screen
but
yet
no
number
was
called.
So
I
waiting
15
more
minutes
then
told
a
crew
member
about
my
order
then
he
started
to
bag
it
up.
Funny
thing
is
I
get
home
and
my
order
wasn’t
even
complete.
