    I was in the drive thru for almost an hour and my food is cold like it's just been sitting there. What make me even more mad is that nobody will answer the phone. they put old lettuce on my sandwich.

    The service was terrible. They mixed up orders, I waited 35 mins for a 2b simple combo. I was atin there waiting and watched as 8 people who came after me, get their orders before me. Then my order was removed from screen and I was told I have to reorder to get more food, and pay again. I work by here, but will never come to this place ever again. My advice, avoid this place and eat Taco Bell near by instead or Denny's.

    Worst experience ever, I went to McDonald’s with my little cousins and I asked for a Big Mac combo because I had a deal to get a 10 pieces of chicken nuggets for free if I let them used my code from the app, the girl pretended to put it on the screen and didn’t got my chicken nuggets, I didn’t wanted to argue over that because I thought it was something small, when I got home and saw my Big Mac I saw that it had no patty and I had to eat it like that because k didn’t wanted to go the next day.

    Customer service women were very rude to me. Felt like it was because I was a white women . I asked for extra sauce and she walked away and then came back and gave me a stare and I had to ask again. I felt uncomfortable.

    OMG, This is the worst McDonald's I've been to. It's in a weird qausi-gentrified part of town due to the face-lift the hospital received, but no love was shown to the shopping center. The customer service here is hit or miss, but mostly miss. The food is ok, but the customer service just needs a redo.

    Just driving through and was craving some fries. Placed a mobile order (double 🍔 ,🍟 and nuggets) and got online. Both lines were busy and it took a few minutes to get to the speaker. But once I reached the speaker, it was smooth sailing. So be patient, cause the food came out good. The 🍔 wasn't overdone, the nuggets was really hot and crispy, yet juicy inside. The fries were good but wasn't as hot as I like. Would've been a 4 🌟 if it was quicker and the 🍟 were hotter.

    This McDonald's location is very slow to service your food, and the area around it is very dirty. When you are done ordering, they do not get you the receipt. We waited about 30 minutes until we were to the order area where you ordered your food and said my order was already called, plus how am I supposed to know if they didn't give me my receipt? Really want to give this place a 0/10. 👎👎👎👎👎😡😡😡😠😠😠

    The cashier was to slow she keep checking her phone instead of helping the costumers and because of her long nails it was hard for her to tap the computer buttons it needs more cashiers my food was cold I order fries with no salt well I didn't get them and the fries were cold this is not only my opinion the other people in line were saying the same thing

    The food was great but the iced coffee was terrible... I ordered a caramel iced coffee and it was the worst thing I've ever tasted... I mean caramel is supposed to be sweet... this coffee was tasteless... bitter that's what it was...

    Horrible customer service from management and crew. Morning shift of 11/29/22 runs as if no management is present. Management pays 0 regard to dine in and take out orders and focus on nothing other than drive thru. Many customers asked for management and management would have their crew handle their customers issues. Orders are deleted from the screen like if they’re being given out. Orders screens were blank while 20+ customers are still waiting on their orders. Many customers were waiting 15+ minutes just for a coffee. I waited 20 minutes for my order even when it was placed in advance with the app. 5 minutes into waiting my order was deleted off the screen but yet no number was called. So I waiting 15 more minutes then told a crew member about my order then he started to bag it up. Funny thing is I get home and my order wasn’t even complete.

    Horrible horrible French fries were so hard and stale. They always seem to mess up the order. It’s their way or you can forget it. They get mad if you ask for sauce for the nuggets like I ain’t eating no fry nuggets. There’s always a huge line and guess people will be okay with horrible stale food. Rather go to another Macdonald’s than frequent a place where the food is not good. I don’t recommend this location. I never had an issue but recently this place just got bad.

    The people are so rude at this location and also almost throw the shake on my because I told the lady that 6 person that are after me are already serving and she told me of I don't like it to go another place and only cuz I was late for work can't talk with the manager

    This is one of the worst McDonalds I’ve seen. The atmosphere is terrible, the floors are sometimes sticky, the tables are dirty. The crackheads/homeless bothering you makes you feel unsafe. The service was okay I had a problem with my food and cashier seem to be helpful but took awhile for me to get my food back and it wasn’t even busy. The food is okay, theres a chance it could be cold which ruins it.

    Way too expensive for breakfast and they couldn’t tell me at the speaker how much a large was compared to a medium caramel frap then wait until u see how small the medium is for 6$it looks like a looks small drink Wow mc Donald’s has really went down hill!
