    Maintenance guy Chris is all this apartment complex has good going for them. Rude, overpriced, dirty air filters, incredibly clogged old piping system, amenities listed on website (tennis courts) are torn up and never replaced and much more. Almost like they gave up on the care of their residents or the deep feel of this place— focusing on what looks good from the outside for their business.. flowers, new mulch only by office (none spread for residents) and terrible tree/bush trimming service.

    Since moving in I have had issues with the amount if insects. If I could give Zero stars I would. From my bathtub being rough and peeling, to the the amount of roaches, ants, spiders, gnats and other unknown bugs that are on my stove top, my bedding and bathtub. The floors are not finished properly, there are so many holes and gaps along the flooring it paves an easy entry point for any bug. The air filters are extremely dirty my air is has been on 68 all summer and the thermostat states that it is 78 degrees in my home. I am here all day because I work from home. And lets not forget the door handle coming off and I couldn't get into the apartment at all. I have made several complaints and several maintenance requests to have these issues resolved and I am so over it I want out of this lease. The office staff is rude, and lacks care and compassion. I am tired.

    Initially, the staff is welcoming, but upon signing the lease and moving in, their demeanor undergoes a dramatic shift. The area is plagued by problems, including red ants 🐜 and sewer issues. The pool emits a strong urine odor, and the management displays apathy. Despite the exorbitant living costs, the value provided is inadequate. Rent is substantial, and there's an additional $500 for utility expenses, insurance, HOA fees, utilities, laundry, and other necessities. The monthly expense for a single-bedroom apartment surpasses $2,500. Even walking to the tennis court or kids' park becomes unpleasant due to pervasive duck waste on the sidewalks and grass. This waste sticks to shoes, including those of children, and is unwittingly carried inside. The management prioritizes ducks over cleanliness. The state of the location's decline is disconcerting, intensifying the eagerness to relocate. Furthermore, yearly rent hikes of $500 exacerbate the situation. After committing to the lease, the office's attitude transforms significantly, dismissing appointment requests from current residents. Their focus shifts to manipulating new tenants, showcasing a pristine property different from what they'll actually occupy. This manipulation continues until the lease is signed, displaying a lack of concern for existing residents the moment they're locked into the agreement. Save your money and yourself I wish I knew this before I moved it I’m moving out very very soon and I can’t wait 😅😅

    Upon moving out, communication fell off dramatically. They don't seem to care about us at all. They took our security deposit for something that was wrong with the blinds, but didn't tell us what the damage was (the maintenance team wrote '78" vertical' as if that means something) or what needed to be fixed, which is required by law when keeping the security deposit. I called multiple times and only was responded to by email after I called 3 times. When I responded to their email, I never got answered (it's been 2 weeks). Good thing my security deposit was only $100 or I'm sure they would've come up with a reason to keep even more of our money.

    For more than four years, I've called this place home, raising my two little ones who thoroughly enjoy living here. The pool transforms into an adult party zone each summer, providing us with endless enjoyment summer days to night. This gated community pool is perfect for the kids, and the maintenance team is fantastic, complemented by excellent management. Grateful to TGM for contributing to the joy and well-being of my wonderful little family with all the fantastic amenities you provide.

    I had a great experience visiting the Community. The Community Director was very welcoming and thorough. She showed me all the amenities and her models. The apartments were very nice and I loved their 1 bedroom floor plan. It was very spacious . Their amenities are amazing including a very nice gym. I highly recommend this community.

    I have been here for almost a year and am extremely happy! The staff is extremely attentive, always pleasant when I have a question or a repair ticket request. I especially appreciate the cleanliness of the fitness center. This area is spotless and cleaned thoroughly daily - thank you to the maintenance team and office staff for all that you do!
