    I typically love this store but Can someone please explain to me why does my dog have a rabies tag if it doesn't count as proof of vaccination? Also why in the world would you send me home to get the paperwork just to reschedule anyways and make me make 2 trips to the store? All while saying it's my fault because you thought you told me in the message when you did not and it was my responsibility to know otherwise. All because I wanted to get Bee groomed. Thanks Esther you're great...I love having a dog stressed out from waiting and a crying fiance because she feels she should have magically known.

    This is what Esther the “Groomer” at the Petco in Willowbrook did to my Maltipoo who is 6 months old. He went in for a bath and puppy trim. She butchered my fur baby and had the nerve to say he was the problem and we’d have to take him to a Veterinarian to finish your botched job!!! She doesn’t deserve to be a Groomer. You don’t shave a 6 month old puppy. She was told not to cut his hair, only trim it. Do not patronize this location. I wish I had never taken him there. I will never, ever go to this location again 🤬😡

    Went to the grooming facility in petco. Excellent customer service and was able to fit me in on last minute. Great price for a dog wash. Lots of stores around to shop at while you wait for the dog wash to be finished. Took a couple hours but good service and great parking.

    Their staff is extremely helpful!! I had a few questions that not only got answered but the woman called over another employee that was able to give me a lot of information on trimming my puppy's nails. They made me feel like they actually cared and that goes a long way!!

    Always good. Needs more tous that our Bernadoodle can't destroy. Wasted about $30 today on toys opened by the dog on day one.

    Kimberly and Shannon were extremely helpful! I placed an online order for a pet stroller and went in early to pick it up Kimberly stopped what she was doing to get my order ready early and helped me to put it together . I then went to purchase another item in which Shannon helped get me the lowest price for my item. These two were very kind and willing to help. It’s nice to have customer service like this

    Have been trying to get my dog into classes here for 2 months they keep saying they will call me within “two weeks when classes start” and never calls. I have wasted so much time waiting I will take my dog else where.

    Where do I begin? Let me first say that the Store Manager (name removed) made the experience absolutely awful! Petco called me to say that my dog was finished with his grooming, so I went to pick him up and was in the store in less than 13 minutes. When I arrived a blond girl was helping another customer and once finished he greeted me with a smile and took my information. She then had a perplexed look on her face and said she would be right back. After 10 minutes the cashier noticed I was wondering around the front aimlessly and asked if I needed anything I said I was there to pick up my dog and she said she would go look for someone. This is when the friendly blond woman and the store manager finally came back and started typing on the computer. After about 30 seconds of no acknowledgement of my existence I asked where my do, Lucky, was. The store manager then told me that there was only one dog to be picked up and that he already had been. She said who called me, this is when I looked and gave her the store phone number but that I didn't pay attention to a name. Keep in mind I am holding my leash and collar and he store manager then said "Are you even at the correct store sir?" REALLY, like I didn't just drop my dog off 2 hours ago, how freaking stupid do you think I am!? I not got very angry and said show me the dogs you have in there. She said no and asked what kind of dog I have. I said a Havaneese and she said they only have a shiatzu. I asked for her to bring out my dog. They did and it was Lucky. She then said great you have your dog, here is your receipt, there is the register go pay. This whole experience was, again, awful and stressful. I understand that the groomer was on lunch but that is not my fault nor should you ever talk to a customer the way she did to me. I will also be posting this on Google for everyone to see. Finally, the hair cut was not awesome, different lengths on his body and I had to trim around one of his eyes.

    The groomers do a great job, but it seems like the company doesn’t pay workers enough because they keep leaving. It’s hard to get a ‘walk-in’ because they’re so busy whenever the grooming shop is open. The rest of the staff seems bored and uninterested in helping.

    I’ve been going here for the past three years. It was great when Steph was a groomer here. I made an appointment for a wash and cut over a month ago… they turned me down today because my dog is 12 years old and has a tiny heart murmur (common in little dogs)… instead of accommodating us, the manager turned us away and Esther told us to go see our vet instead smh… ONE DAY BEFORE MOTHER’S DAY… good thing we didn’t leave our dog with her as our dog has had ear infections from Esther not stuffing our pet’s ears before washing her in the past. Petco should TELL us that you can’t accommodate us instead of making us wait until the day of the appointment smh you KNOW how old she already is from her records…

    I drove from far away in Illinois to this location and I bought two turtles. I was very please with the service from the sales associates. Susana being a fellow turtle owner was able to give well knowledgable advice on these animals and set us up for success. Jackie was also another sales associate who helped us and was very kind and helpful to locate all products we needed and answered all questions as well with a great smile and attitude. I will most definitely be shopping here again and recomend them two for any future purchases you may have.

    Yesterday I had my dog for grooming at 1 pm and they told me ok and when I call 2 h after my appointment to see if they finished grooming my dog they told me not even started. So unprofessional. I made appointment 7 days ago and they are telling me they don’t know when they are gonna finish her because they have so many dogs ahead. Not my problem. Thats why we make appointments. Thats why it’s acceptable to be done in 2,3 h not whole day . Not coming back .

    Rude and over the top groomer who complains about everyone at the store in front of customers…. I should have walked out when I heard her talk but instead I left my dogo and she absolutely butchered the cut…. Blaming it on the dog when she’s been groomed many times with no complaints. Save your time and money unless you want to listen to an unskilled groomer gossip about every person who works or worked at that store.
