Plenty of parking out front of the store so you wont have to worry about finding a spot. The store was clean and smelled fantastic. I bought some butter tarts and some cookies. They look fantastic and it will be hard waiting to try them. Staff was friendly and helpful and I hope to try many more of their food options. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality and homemade flavours. This is a must for baked goods!!

Nasty baked goods. Their boston cream had almost zero filling. Their peanut butter cookies were by far the worst I have ever had in my life. Their cinnamon twists are trash! Avoid at all costs. They are also giving away free food for reviews so be cautious of positive reviews.

Turkey meat pie was dry, tasteless and the crust was too soft and almost soggy. Never again....after at least 30 years. Their pies used to be so good. What a shame.

Delicious pies and baked goods. Sandwiches are made on their own baked bread and everything is served very quickly.

The scones were probably the most delicious we’ve ever had! Everything is great and you really can’t go wrong with ordering anything! Highly recommend!

How can you not have fresh soft bread and buns at 10:30am? I could not find one soft, fresh loaf or bun out of the entire selection. Take some tips from other established bakeries in your area...LPB being one I can think of. It is so sad. I hope the management figures out the issue before they close like so many other bakeries.

This little place is just lovely. If you are looking for a great baked treat or a tasty lunch, this is the place to come. They have lots of delicious baked goods to choose from. My favorite are the peacan butter tarts! They remind me of the ones my Grandma used to make. I have also had their meat pies and they are fantastic. A real hidden gem in East London!

This is our FAVOURITE place to get cakes for birthdays, baptisms and more! We had an issue once with a cake and the customer service was incredible. They also have amazing desserts, I’ve ordered several pies, cookies and brownies here and we are always happy! Everyone always asks where we get our goodies from! I highly recommend!

I am so happy I found this bakery, wonderful selection of baked goods and meat pies. Their short breads are amazing and the staff are very helpful and friendly. This will be my go to from now on!

I have been to this bakery a few times to purchase bread mainly. I have found the staff (not the Asian lady at the cash register. She was actually nice and pleasant.) to be unfriendly and certain products are stale. I purchased a single cinnamon roll at the cash register today. At home, as soon as I unwrapped it, it was so stale that a few piece of it fell apart (Mind you, a cinnamon roll is supposed to be soft and moist). I tried to heat it up in the oven to soften it a little bit, but it was still hard and tasted stale, so I just threw it in the garbage. I'm sure they have freshly-baked products in the store, but why keep and sell stale products to your customers that may never to shop at your business again?

Fantastic customer service, Sydney was amazing and very knowledgeable! It is a lovely shop and we will be back. Not only was the service and selection great, but we've now booked a day to go back and have High Tea there!

Small, cozy and cute - great Scottish food to eat in, take out, or order for the gang to eat at home. Staff are friendly ad helpful. We will go again.

Best Christmas gift for my parents! I am out of town and easily ordered from the website. Staff was friendly and helpful and even put a big bow on the box of sweet and savoury goods I ordered. They also threw in a few special extras. My parents were thrilled and say everything they have tried so far is delicious. Big thanks to Scotian Isle for helping make this Christmas a little better since I couldn't be with my parents in person.
