One of the greatest, hidden gems in Waterloo. The owner is super nice and the food is value - you can get fouralls ice cream here (for cheaper than fouralls)!!! Also the samosas are massive and quite good. They got boardgames to play, printing services and a section into the back to buy stationeries - honestly you can literally get anything here. Come through!

Best café in the area and probably in Waterloo. The coffee is always good and the prices are reasonable. The ambience is cozy and welcoming, and the wifi is stable and fast. Great place to study or work, or just have a coffee break with friends. Tasty pastries from around the world. Last but not least, the owners and staff are lovely, couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. I will definitely come back when in Waterloo. Thank you very much!

Place has everything!! party stuff, cafe , shipping stuff, sandwiches, board games and more. Owner is really friendly and nice. It was empty, we tried the sweets, they were stale. Cake was probably few days old. Teabag tea was good. Inexpensive, not a good place to sit in. Maybe grab something on the go. Idk

Great place. They have all day breakfast. Very good service the workers are very kind and polite. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. I had toast with butter and egg and cheese. It was very good I could taste the love.

Owner could be more polite over the phone. Your response continues to be an attack on my work and a display of your misunderstanding and unforgiveness to anyone who attempts to contact you for anything. I feel sorry for you and your customers. My apologies especially at this busy time of the year.

Worst customer service I had in my life the manager there older man, takes his life issues out on his clients which is not fair, I know there is no choice for people but if possible ttry your best to avoid this place when you are there for a package and there is a wait he tries to make you buy from his cafe, he charges 1 dollar for a strip of tape it’s horrible how the takes advantage instead of helping this is a bad look on all the shipping companies

Love it — great fresh juice, ice cream, and I can always find what I need in the printing section
