We had a good experience at this clinic for my son’s circumcision. The clinic is quick and efficient; we were in and out within 30min. Loved that they have Saturday appointments available. My only area of improvement would be there is no consultation prior to the procedure, but an online video & guide to consult to prepare. We really appreciated that the dr. Gives an emergency contact number to send pictures after the procedure.

Dr. Kanu and his staff made us feel very comfortable and provided us with all necessary info for after care. The procedure took less than 5 mins!! I was nervous as to what my son’s reaction would be but he did not cry at all! Would highly recommend Dr. Kanu.

I’m very happy and satisfied with their circumcision procedure. Everything was fast and done professionally. I really liked how much they cared and would reply anytime you messaged that includes Sundays and after work hours. I strongly recommend them.

Staff was very nice! Nurse was awesome and informative. Pre and post care was clear. Doctor was fast in and out and our baby is healing great. Doctor was very responsive as well when we reached out asking questions.

Great experience with Gentle Procedures Hamilton. The staff were thorough, courteous and the procedure was performed on time, in a clean, sterile environment and with excellent care for my newborn son. Follow up and communication was great both with staff and Dr. Kanu himself.

Everyone at the Clinic was very friendly and nice. They answer all questions and help with whatever you need. My son was 4 months old at the time of the proceedure and cried a bit but only the first day. The doctor explained everything before the proceedure, told me how my son will react the first day and also followed up the second and fourth day to make sure everything is healing well. The proceedure took maybe 10 minutes and the nurse makes sure you know how to take care after yout baby after. I was concerned about the whole process but would highly recommend Dr. Kaanu and his team as they take such good care of your baby and you as a parent.
