We forgot to book our pool closing this year and their schedule was full up. Yet the owner stepped up to the plate and came out to close our pool with a senior tech. Thanks Brad and Neil. Incredible service. I wouldn't do business with anyone else.

I ordered a new pool liner last August thinking it may be about two years out. They were able to get the one we wanted this spring and just finished the install. To say we are pleased is a gross understatement. The liner fit perfectly but probably more importantly was the care in preparing the pool for installation that Neal, Jordan and the other young chap (whose name escapes me) did, even to the point of feeling all around the walls for rubble. They were meticulous in ensuring nothing was under the liner that could cause damage. On top of that , and refreshingly, they were very personable, polite and very clear on their instructions to me without talking down to me. I shouldn't be surprised as all of my dealing with all the team at R&S have been very positive. I would highly recommend R&S at any time

He was amazing! Fixed my hot tub very quickly, filled it up as well! I couldn't figure out the problem for months! Thanks again for coming by, you're a miracle worker! Store staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable

This was my first time visiting this pool store. I needed a water test done. They were very helpful with that and helping us correct our pool chemistry. They have a huge show room with pool accessories and options of new equipment. There were ppl handy offering to answer any questions. They do have chlorine jugs. You just trade in your old jug and take another one. Overall I really liked going here.

We were new pool owners when we bought a new house. The staff at R and S have always been very supportive and patient with questions as we learned how to take care of it. Patrick has saved me a couple of service calls by helping me troubleshoot one or two issues as well.

Avoid this place, prices are marked up over other places for the same product and customer service isn't great.
