Elevators frequently not working. Fire alarm goes off once or twice a week (usually around midnight) Bad drivers in underground parking. Only half the electrical sockets in condo work. Garbage shut occasionally blocks up.

Always have problem with elevator reservation even for small packages. The property manager have a wired policy that residents should book the elevator with an exact time and date at least 3 days in advance whereas many delivery companies cannot provide this information!!! I am really frustrated with this policy.

As a renter I will never consider buying this place. I started living here since the building was ready, people have thrown concrete down the garbage that the whole system has to be replaced/ There had been cockroach problems / The elevator is broken all the time/ Management team has been changed couple times with no improvements / Lots students renters / Lots of fire alarms in the middle of night......

Horrible security and management!! Very disrespectful and rude!! Apparently they don’t know there only responsibility is to help the residents! Awful! They are the worst people you will ever encounter in your life!! Which is weird how they still continue to work here. Just look at all the reviews from the rest of the tenants!

Everything is awesome but elevators! Do something please! Other than that, I love this building. For sure will stay with Menkes in future. In 2 minutes walking distance to Mel Lastman Square, Lablaws, Public Swimming pool, Cineplex, TD, RBC, CIBC, Good Life, Fit4Less, what else, Boston Pizza, Jack Astors, Moxies, Best Buy, Wendy’s, Subway and so on! Paul in Security is the best! 🙂

Who is stupid enough to pay such crazy maintenance fees? All of the positive reviews are left by the real estate agents, let me tell you from my experience living here, you’ll pay through the roof for horrible service and a small pen house chicken size apartment with paper walls and so much noise around

The security guy is very very rude and disrespectful. There was an issue about an item delivery which was completely out of my control, He made too much trouble for me and He hurt my leg even! Is he suppose to be helpful or a trouble maker? I cannot believe how the management let him work in such a nice building. Please please do something about him.
