Just LOVE this centre. Really professional. My 5 year old enjoys a lot learning ice skating from very professionally trained instructors. All have a fabulous attitude toward kids. I definitely recommend here to everyone who wants to learn, enjoy and grow in this field.

The actual seating in the rinks are not great. Wild Wings covers the whole top level and offer some decent views. Bar closes at 5 pm on Saturday.........but open late every other day.....

I recently enrolled my toddler in the parent/child skate sessions. The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and encouraging on and off the ice. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service. I spoke to Josh.W. who answered all my questions regarding skating and offered suggestions for my son. I really love this place for its kind, compassionate staff. As a new mom in the skating realm- it has been one of the best experiences yet. Thank you to all who have made this a great transition for my son.

So we love the arena. Lots of parking and easy to navigate for my 4 year olds learn to skate. The changerooms are warm. We have been going for about 2 months but today we finally decided to do the restaurant that overlooks the rinks and it was TERRIBLE SERVICE. It wasn't busy but today the server was not interested. She forgot our tea order. Food took forever and we have a hungry 4 year old. I thought this could become a ritual for the remainder of the season but nope. Avoid the wing spot upstairs.

Both my kids started with 3-5 year beginners class. Very friendly instructors. They don’t make kids play games, just teach skating - to the point.

Here is a picture of one of our players being punched in the handshake line up right in front of a referee. I actually have the full video which shows this happening numerous times. Canlan did nothing about this. Is this the type of league you would want your child or family member playing in?

Very poor service and horrible job skate sharpening. The kid working there only went over my blades twice, I was there and saw. I checked my skates and they were still very dull, I ask for him to make it sharper he said what do you mean. Please hire people that know the job.

First time using Canlan for our daughter's skating lessons - We can see her progress at every single session. Instructor Tyler is just AMAZING. He knows how to push the kids to excel and find their potential. Our daughter visibly enjoys her lessons with Tyler. She becomes particularly competitive and motivated every time she works with Tyler. Thanks Tyler for being such an outstanding coach! I highly recommend Canlan Oakville.

Been playing at this arena for 15+ years and I can say the the new management team there is not aligned with client expectations and has been a big disappointment. When you provide constructive feedback they are not willing to listen and instead suggest taking our business elsewhere if we don't like it. Customer satisfaction is not a priority and quite frankly they are unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and play in a different league that is willing to work with their clients to improve the quality for everyone.

Oakville Mens league horribly managed since the new conveners took over...cost of league continues to climb every season while league keeps getting worse!! I've played in ASHL for over 16 years and have never had issues until new management has come in!
