Tried this place out for the first time. the food was amazing, and very much authentic! Folks there are really nice , and prices are reasonable. My wife and I loved it , and will definitely be coming back

Enjoyed my experience at Contigo! Good prices and large portions. The Tex-Mex flavors were delightful, and the salsas were a highlight. If the salt level could be toned down a bit, it would enhance the overall balance of the meat in the dishes. However, I noticed that the avocados were missing from my bowl, contrary to what I saw in the Instagram video. Despite this, I appreciate the tasty cuisine and friendly atmosphere. Looking forward to my next visit!

Stumbled upon this place on a road trip thanks to it's great rating and it certainly did not disappoint. Had some horchata that was so refreshing and the tacos were so flavourful. Everything was also super affordable. Met the owner who was very friendly and approachable. If this place wasn't an hour drive away, I'd definitely be a regular.

Lemme tell you my friends put mE ON THISSS. It was late, and they recommended this place. Relatively small, but also relatively empty. But man the atmosphere was so nice. The guy who worked there was so nice! He dapped everyone up, basically knew my friends, and answered all our questions SO smoothly. He said they’re opening a new location in Mississauga soon, so look forward to that ;) I got some empanadas, tried some quesadillas, and my friends also got a huge glizzy and a burrito! All equally good and very affordable. It was decorated so nice too- the walls are so cool I actually admire it. It’s out of the way for me without a car but I’ll definitely try to be back!

This is a family run restaurant that was started by a young gentleman who really knows what he’s doing ! This restaurant puts a twist on Mexican food. It’s so good just remove all the other restaurants like “chipotle”, burrito boyz”, “fat bastard” from your roster of Mexican restaurants….they don’t even compare to Contigo. I visit this place at least like once a week! My go to is the Quesorito , which is a burrito wrapped in caramelized cheese 😍. Top tier burrito! 👌🏼The quesadillas and empanadas are also very good! That’s all I’ve tried but they have a vast array of different meals , and you can pretty much customize anything. 1000% would recommend this place! The only downside is they are walk in only and they don’t have a phone number to pre order.

The owner is the most nicest caring person I’ve ever met! He Makes sure you are well taken care, he even offered me a drink while I wait for my tacos to be made and hey MAKE SURE you ask about his dessert menu and tres leches cake it is mouth watering! Every bite is a step closer to heaven! My go to spot when I have the “munchies”🤤

Service was friendly and patient in assisting what to order. Food tasted fresh and the fish tacos tasted better than the beef tacos. The horchata drink was delicious. During my visit, there was music playing outside that added to the ambience of being there.

10/10 experience, the quality of food here is unmatched and the owner is so polite! I repeat, quality of food IS EXCEPTIONAL. They don’t restrict amount of sauce they give you either. 12.99 for 4 tacos, good proportion. Came here on my friends birthday and they didn’t offer margaritas, but the owner made one for her anyways (plus they played a birthday song for her and even gave her 1 taco, 1 drink and some churros all for free!) quality of service is unmatched and this is definitely a hidden pick to try out here in Toronto. You won’t regret it!:)

Contigo is an absolute gem! I recently ordered a ground beef burrito and a ground beef quesadilla for my wife through their chat on Google maps, and it was an extraordinary experience. The flavor in the burrito was delightful; I couldn't get enough of it! When I picked up the food the server was incredibly friendly and even informed me about an upcoming taco eating contest on July 24. My wife and I are thrilled to witness the participants showcase their eating talents – it sounds like an exciting event! Overall, Contigo has won our hearts with its Tex-Mex offerings and excellent customer service. We can't wait to return for more delicious meals and to be a part of the upcoming festivities. Highly recommended! 🌮🎉

Food was tasty, pleasant staff. It's located in a dated plaza and the parking blocks visibility. But once you're inside, it feels more warm and inviting. The drink menu is not fancy but serviceable. Very casual, we asked for plates and tableware. It's a lively little hidden gem in this part of town.

WOW, I will definitely be coming back here. The food was unreal, and at such a good price. Everything on the menu is around $10-$15 and the portion size is amazing. You literally can't eat at this price and this quality anywhere else. Staff is friend, place is clean, and service is quick. I had the bbq pulled pork quesadilla and my gf had the veggie quesadilla, and they were both iconic. Will definitely be coming back here. Shout out to the owner, they know what they are doing.

Was in the area around midnight and saw this place was still open so gave it a try. Ordered some jerk chicken tacos and pulled pork tacos, as well as their empanadas. The tacos were outstanding and blew my expectations. The jerk chicken was probably my fav of the two cause was salted enough and went super well with the other ingredients. The pulled pork was excellent too, had a bit of nice char flavor too which didn’t expect but totally worked. At price of $12 for 4 tacos the value is outstanding too. The empanadas was about what I expected of one, pretty standard and well done, next time probably buy some for takeout. The restaurant has an interesting vibe too, it’s like a bar/some tables for sit in dining, feels like a mom and pop shop. 5 stars for sure and can’t wait to come back again with friends next time

We happened to stumble on Contigo when looking for a late night eat. Great food and one of the friendliest owners I’ve met in Toronto. Definitely would recommend!

Was hungry and craving tacos late at night and this happened to be the nearest place still open. Wasn't sure what to expect because the description says it's cafe style and counter service, but we were delightfully surprised with table service and a pretty good food menu. Atmosphere was cool, especially since we like reggaeton. The server was super kind and welcoming, and the food was great! It's hard to come across some actual good-tasting tacos and quesadillas at a reasonable price these days -- so we're happy we stumbled across this place!

Absolutely loved this place! Our party of 10 had a great time here. It was cozy, music was great and overall, just nice chill vibes. Our group ordered tacos, quesadillas, empanadas, the quesa-tacos, taquitos and fries. It was all made fresh and tasted amazing! It did take some time for the food to be made but thats understandable with a group our size. Prices were amazing and super affordable. Shout out to the owner for being so accomodating and letting us dine in with a larger group. He helped make our experience great. He was super friendly, and kept checking in on our group to make sure we were doing alright. Thank you so much for everything, we had a great time and will DEFINITELY be coming back soon. 10/10 would recommend!

Tacos here are amazing. And the Owner is the most hospitable guy I’ve ever met, so down to earth and kind. Tried to tip him but he wouldn’t let me no matter how hard I tried. Will be coming back here all the time.
