This review is specifically for Calina, the assistant manager/manager at this location. Extremely rude, bully and even racist. As a loyal costumer, I shouldn't be treated like that. While told her what my budget was, including the taxes, she asked ' How many years do you have in Canada?', and was making a show in the store with her attitude. I don't understand what's the connections between my time in Canada and the question I asked. I bought what I wanted at Fairview Mall and Christina, the store manager there was amazing. Never dealing with this location anymore.

The manager (long hair short lady) here is super rude. I was talking with a nice associate (the only reason I gave it 1 more star) and just made a comment that I was looking for better lighting to see how the jewelry looked on me but the manager said "the lighting is the same anywhere" with the most snooty voice. I wasnt even a customer of hers so why did she feel the need to address me like that? Even to her own customer she was checking the price of something and was like its "cheap enough already". She is completely unprofessional and I quickly left.

Wanted to browse and was absoloutely hounded like crazy from sales lady. Yes i get it you want to make a sale.....but..o..m..g....she literally chased me put of the store with so many questions

WORST customer service ever! the manager is never there. I went 3 times already. Gave them my engagement and wedding ring to repair 1 month ago and didnt have news back! nobody is helping me or calling me back...

I will never ever go to this store anymore I got the worst customer service very rude and awful ATTITUDE from a sales person her name Salina, pushed me too far to buy with many personal questions which made me feel uncomfortable to buy. If you are feeling burned out and desperate to bully and/or rob customers its better in the long run to leave because customers will run away from the store.

I have been trying to return something for over 3 weeks now. Apparently, due to the price of the item (which, considering the cost of things in this shop - isn't huge) a manager has to do it. I have visited the shop 4 times now and this manager is NEVER there. It's ridiculous. It is fortunate I live only minutes away - so can easily go home - would not be happy if I had to travel to be told they can't do it. It's a ridiculous policy designed to force you to keep things you don't want.

We called twice, someone picked up and hung up right away. This was done on February 17, 2023 - timestamp 4:27PM EST. Please fire whoever was working that day.

Absolutely can't be more pleased with the staff at this location. Started with a few small pieces for my then gf and nieces and nephew. When it came to my 'big ring' purchase, they couldn't have been more a) helpful and b) assuring (warranty, services). She said yes and have already been back since. Thanks team!

I do not recommend this location. The woman that assisted me (Maria) had very little knowledge of the gold earrings and necklaces that I wanted to purchase. She explained she was a gemologist. I purchased earring that were exactly the same (two pairs) with completely different price tags. I asked her why they weren’t same and she told me she didn’t know. In the end she received help to figure out they were exactly the same and a lot of their jewlery is incorrectly priced. Please be careful and always check before purchasing at this store. The service was extremely slow, poorly marked product and the staff I’ll prepared.

My interaction with the staff member on hand was atrocious. She was blonde, short and thick. When a piece was out of stock and I asked for something else she curtly said there was nothing else to suggest. A sales person of this calibre wouldn't even be worthy of the jewelry dept at Giant Tiger.

Very bad experience. Very rude staff and rude manager. Very low quality diamonds, never go there again. I was very surprised with their bad service😣😣😣😣😣

I always go to this location when i need a gift for someone and Neda always help me pick the right gift. She always make sure all box are checked and will make sure it will be liked by the person. I’m always help by her so i can’t speak for the other associate. But I’m sure the are as nice. If you have a occasion an in need of a gift 🎁 Give them a visit.

I had such an incredible buying experience with Maria at the Yonge-Eglinton store in Toronto. My wife gave birth to our amazing daughter 3 months ago. I've been shopping around for a 'push present' ring for a few months. Getting frustrated with the process and visiting countless stores, I popped in the store at Yonge-Eglinton. My wife gave me some inspiration pictures and general themes, but I could never put the pieces together to find the right ring. Maria greeted me and walked me through the many options she had in her store. She looked at my inspiration pictures and helped me find the perfect ring. She showed me many different styles, cuts, etc and took an active interested in what style my wife likes and what other rings she typically wears. My wife loves the ring and wears it everyday with her engagement ring and wedding band. What an excellent experience. I will definitely be going back and pick something up for my daughter's first birthday.

My husband-to-be purchased his wedding band here today. It was quite busy because of a sale, but one associate in particular immediately let us know she would help us ASAP and was incredibly attentive to everyone who walked into the store. I believe her name was Sarina? She was very helpful and friendly, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. I've always liked shopping at Michael Hill, and I'm glad that trend seems to be continuing at this location.

The employees put on a big smile and are very cordial. I wish their customer service was a tiny bit quicker, but overall the purchasing experience was very decent.

They fixed the problem I was having so I'm satisfied . Friendly people, there but their customer service skills aren't that great . First Michael hill location I've been to where I wasn't completely happy .

I received fantastic service from a lovely lady named Maria. She really went above and beyond for me, she bugged her manager, she bugged her regional manager and she helped me out a great deal. Cannot recommend visiting the store and seeing her enough.
