Purchased 2 rings sold to be in gold for 700 $. Both quickly had scratches very easily and one broke after few months. Went to another jeweller for repair who confirmed it was low quality gold. Overall disappointed by the quality and value for money.

Raymond is a really nice professional worker, however i have to give it 1 star because 1- I brought in an expensive watch to have it fixed. The person who fixed my watch called me to discuss the price which is fine and i agreed after explaining how he would fix it. 2-When i came to pick up my watch i noticed the work that was done was very sloppy and not clean the glue used to seal the glass casing was all over the backsplash of my watch which is black so it was noticeable right away 3- I pointed it out to Raymond and he agreed to lower the price, however 4 weeks after i picked up my watch the whole watch fell apart, the glass casing that was replaced completely fell out, the dials to tell the time fell out and i called to explain this, Raymond told me no problem bring it in and we will look over it. Unfortunately i never brought it in as it was a 1500$ Gucci watch and i am not comfortable with coming back after paying money to have it fixed for it to break after i pointed out how sloppy the work was. I understand it is a tough time for all businesses and i am very saddened to have to write this review during a hard time for all.

After I lost an earring that my mom passed down to me, a gift from my father who left us in 2003, I knew Raymond would take great care in transforming the remaining diamond earring into a pendant necklace. I've had a tennis bracelet for many years and recently decided it didn't have the sparkle I needed anymore. I have purchased many things from this store before and always been very satisfied .Recently I went into Moshe's Fine Jewellery and was looking around and Romy showed me a diamond bracelet in the window I really liked. Keeping that bracelet in mind I came in to Moshe's one day and I worked with Raymond to see if we could come up with an idea for my diamonds that I would really love. Raymond was beyond patient with me as I am a very visual person, and we did come up with an amazing design. Well this was the first time I had actually had Raymond design something for me, so I was a little anxious. OMG I came in today to pick up my newly designed diamond bracelet and I cannot even express my unbelievable surprise when I saw my bracelet. It was far beyond anything I could have anticipated. It actually took my breath away. This bracelet has the most professional detail I have ever seen. The design was far beyond expectation. The time, patience and endless questions that Raymond, Romy and his staff answered and attention that everyone gave me was so amazing. Raymond managed to produce a magnificently beautiful piece of jewellery for me that I will be wearing every day and really can't thank Raymond enough for making me his beautiful piece.
