Horrible customer service and products. I ordered a smoothie here and the first sip I took was filled with plastic. I complained to the guy and he said they keep their ingredients in plastic bags and that it must’ve blended with the fruit. Ok so what? Why am I ingesting plastic SIP AFTER SIP. I contacted customer service her name is Raquel, she answered me saying she can’t do anything about it and then I have never heard back from her again. Do not go to this place if you are looking for quality products and customer service.

I have been coming to Revitasize for years. I used to visit the Bay/Adelaide store daily, but after the pandemic, I started coming here. I was so happy to see some familiar faces from downtown (Maria etc). Lately, I come in a couple of times a week for the bulletproof coffee and Cece and Ivan have been so wonderful and patient. Yes, their prices are high ($5.95 for a bulletproof coffee), but I think the quality makes it worth it. Update: I come here almost everyday and the customer service is excellent. Samia, Ivan and Sydney are always so helpful.

Can’t believe I haven’t tried this place until now. Really fresh & great quality. I already consider myself a regular after my first order. A great pick me up when being stuck inside for most of the day. Thank you !

I ordered 4 muffins, they were completely raw and had this awful spoiled smell and taste to it. I’ve ordered them before so I know what they should taste like. I spent $45 as I ordered two coffees and the new avocado toast that was honestly a sad attempt at an avocado toast. I wrote an email as I was very disappointed in the quality we received and nothing was eaten just thrown away. The muffins were obviously spoiled and should not have been served. Very upset they did not respond to the email either. Will not be returning.

I buy juices here once in a while and they're really healthy and tasty. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Best smoothies ever. My favourite is maca power and their matcha lattes. Every baked good / salad / wrap is unreal too. If you’re looking for super clean, healthy, delicious products Revitasize is the best 10/10

From my visit on Oct 3/23 - I've never had a bad experience at Revitasize especially this location but this time was different. First off, the young girl taking orders was very timid & barely greeted customers. More importantly, the young blond guy making the food in the back handed me my acai 'ultimate bowl' that I always get. I went out to my car to open it & it was all liquidy & the goji berries were missing. I immediately went back in the store & the same employee who made it said "oh yeah I forgot the goji berries" I said "yes not only that the smoothy base is wrong. I get this all the time & its not suppose to look like this. Please make me a new bowl" (keep in mind this bowl is $20) he rolled his eyes at me in annoyance when I asked if there was a manager around. He said no there isn't but I'll make you a new one. PLEASE management, don't leave these young employees on their own. They need supervison!

Best smoothie ever, the blueberry Açaí bowl was the best. Maria was so friendly and kind, the smoothies were great and the service was even better.

I decided to go to Revitasize today to get some breakfast. As soon as I entered, there was an employe (I believe who's name began with a T) that completed shifted me mood. I went from having a mediocre day to smiling on the way out. I believe it is crucial to have a great spirit while working, making customers happy which, this employe did a great job doing! Great customer service, I will definitely be coming here more often in the future.

I love Revitasize! Their Bulletproof Coffee is my go-to every morning w/ a yummy Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffin :) They have new Gluten Free Wraps that are DELICIOUS which I like to grab for lunch too. Everything is great about it - service, food, juices are all 10/10! Love coming here!

Good stuff and Terrible customer service, I shopped there 3 times and every time they are cold disrespectful to the point that they do not even answer your greetings and roll an eye on you for saying Hi and giving that creepy smile!!!! They do not even have the basic manner forget about customer service attitude, I won’t go back.

Great healthy food & drink options. My personal favourites are the maca power smoothie & the warrior salad with lemon vinaigrette dressing. Also shout out to the amazing staff!! They are always friendly.

The most delicious food . always.best smoothies, açai bowls and other breakfast bowls. Best vegan zucchini chocolate chip muffins, the hulk smoothie and the chai ! It’s all so good it really is so hard to choose! Oh and the sweet potato noodle, omg A TOTAL MUST TRY YOU GUYS!!

This is my go-to place when I want a healthy treat. Their smoothies are incredible. The staff is always friendly and the service is great.

I ordered this one day cleanse package (5 juices, 1 water and a booster) for $70 yesterday vis Uber eats. I wasn’t allowed to choose which juices to get but I thought it might be ok since I have been drinking their juice for the past year and they are generally fresh. But when I tried their juice yesterday, 2 out 5 of the juices were definitely wayyy expired. It tastes like mold was growing in there and it was absolutely disgusting to me that they have become so unprofessional! I am currently pregnant and it made me puke right away. I get that owning business is hard during the Pandemic but you can’t just give your clients molded juices!!! Horrible experience!

If you want the worst customer experience then this is your place to be. Clearly the manager doesn’t care about their customers for hiring staff that lack basic respect and manners. We’ve been left waiting for 30 mins to get a slice of avocado toast because they did the order wrong the first time. To then be told “they can’t make it anymore”. Followed by one of the female staff that worked on Saturday feb the 18th at 4pm rolling her eyes at us and walking away without trying to resolve our issue. If you don’t know the basics of how to deal with customers then go work in other fields, instead of coming in with a nasty attitude towards people for no reason.
