Dr. Anney went above and beyond to treat my plantar warts. I felt very comfortable during each treatment as she is very knowledgeable and clearly communicates what she is about to do. Would not hesitate to recommend her for all your foot care needs!

My mom's first visit here. The foot care services were good. There was no rush, the chiropodist /podiatrist took her time and we were pleased with the results. Already have 2nd appointment scheduled

Chiropodist Anney was professional and kind. The explanation of her diagnosis was very easy to understand and also provided me a list of recommendations to do. She was able to help me figure out the source of my knee pain. I enjoyed the overall the process as it was quick and easy. And recommend anyone to come see her.

Based off initial inquiries on the phone I would not recommend this clinic. Their receptionist with whom I spoke with, Heda was extremely rude and condescending. Please re-educate your employees who are the first point of contact with new customers regarding etiquette

Having my ingrown toenail operated by Anney was the very pleasant and smooth experience. She is easily one of the best doctors I’ve met. She is friendly, very careful, positive and knowledgeable. I had this infection from years and I’m thankful that I found this place with such great people. Even the staff was very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.

The receptionist is very friendly and the clinic is really clean. There is a lot of free parking. I have been to a few Chiropodists in the past and I’m so glad that I visited this clinic because Anney is amazing! She took so much care and answered questions. Anney really knows what she is doing and you can tell that she cares about her patients. I’m referring family and friends here

I first saw William about 7 years ago when I still lived in Scarborough. He was terrific, caring and knowledgeable. I now live in Barrie and had an ingrown toe nail. I saw someone in Barrie, who was good, and recommended surgery, but I wanted to see William again, based on my previous great experience. A little bit of pain and 10s and the spike was gone. And so was my pain. I won’t hesitate before seeing William again and highly recommend him. BTW, the reception staff is terrific as well!

My doctor told me that I needed to start seeing a foot doctor. As I'm a diabetic and foot care is very important. So I called this place and booked my appointment with Grace and I seen Dr. Will who is great and has offered me a lot of good advice for my feet. If you live in the port union or Scarborough area. I would recommend them for foot care. There very caring and the staff is great.

Excellent service. The staff are very courteous and come across as genuine. Reasonably priced and based on other positive reviews, I'd say this place seems to know how to get its job done well!

Great foot clinic. Dr. William is polite, extremely knowledgeable and does attempt to sell you on procedures or products that you don’t need. The cost of a visit is extremely fair for the service you receive. The receptionists are friendly and greet you when you enter and the office is well maintained. Overall if you have a foot issue I highly recommend giving them a try.

I had a plantar wart that was not responding to freezing treatments or cantharidin treatment from a different podiatrist at a different foot clinic. I decided to try InStep Foot Clinic and Dr. William Jacob suggested trying cantharidin again. It took several treatments but it finally worked. If anyone has a plantar wart I suggest seeing Dr. Jacob. He's extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Thanks again for your expertise!

I came here after receiving foot treatments from another clinic in Oshawa that were unsuccessful. Within a few months, my issue was clear after years of discomfort and pain. Anney was so wonderful at not only educating me on what procedures were being done and why, but was very honest and upfront of what her goal was.
