Always a pleasure to shop here. The staff are friendly and professional. They have a very wide selection of jewelry and watches. One of the few places that offer custom rings made to order, and a choice of 14k or 18k gold.

I’m writing this review to discuss their lack of professionalism and expertise as jewellers. My fiancée got my engagement ring from here and they refused to do any custom work on the ring, even a simple customization to just change the main stone. They said it wasn’t possible. I knew they were lying just because they didn’t want to do the job. Any experienced jeweller would be able to open the prongs of the ring’s setting and source another stone to fit that setting. Whenever we inquired about doing custom work (Sent several emails and several phone calls) they always said “we’ll get back to you” and they never did. They sold us a $3,000 ring that wasn’t even a real diamond. SCAMMERS. I ended up having to take my ring to another jeweller who did a phenomenal job on fixing my ring (Classic Creations) and was able to source a new stone and put it in the setting in less than 2 weeks! Don’t call yourselves jewellers when you can’t do simple standard changes to an engagement ring. They caused us so much stress, I wish we never gave them our business.

Customer service was horrible, i stayed in the second part of the opening for 10 minutes no one recognized me or even said anythinģ i even rang the doorbell twice. I only got in when someone was leaving. Once i was in no one came to help me, i left and bought a ring way cheaper than i wanted..it was an emergency...they lost out on huge purchase because their people are useless.

I walked in to check if two of my rings were real because I was told by another jeweler that both were “synthetic diamonds”. Tom assured me that you can’t tell Lab diamonds without a specific machine. He took a look at both and originally mistaken one as a CZ. After another look and test, he confirm both were diamonds and apologized for his error. I was so grateful for his honesty and the time he took to explain diamond testing to me. I was so distressed thinking my rings were fake but he really put me at ease. Update: I got my engagement ring reset with Tom’s help and suggestion. They were able to take my diamond + mount and place it on a band I liked better. They were also able to save the original band and make it a seperate ring. I love that I got to update my engagement ring but still keep the sentimental value. Great pricing and a pretty quick turnaround compared to other jewelers. 10/10 would return but specifically for Tom’s expertise.

Went to get my gold chain fixed, yea they fixed it but the also shaved off some gold from my chain never going back and I recommend you find a different jewelr

This is a great jeweler in every way! I went in to have a watch hand tightened, and since they were able to fix it so quickly and easily I went back later that same day to have the alarm feature repaired on my analogue Mondaine watch. They were able to repair that very quickly too, but it was the other aspects of their service that really impressed me. When I went in the second time they were helping an elderly gentleman adjust his watch for daylight savings (of course free of charge). They were very friendly and patient with him, and were very pleasant and helpful with me as well. I found their service to be exceptional and their prices to be very fair, and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I will definitely be returning over and over again! The pricing is honest, the staff are dedicated and caring, conscientious. I did a piercing and purchased a pair of earrings, it’s affordable, and clean! Highly, HIGHLY, recommend!

They do battery changes on all sorts of watches. If anyone is interested in that service. They also have so much beautiful jewelry for all ages, genders, and price points.

Dave Jr. and team are simply the best! I came in to purchase a timepiece from Dave, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted professionally and with care. I was very impressed with Dave's knowledge of watches, the history of the brands, and ultimately the specs of various mechanical movements - it almost sounds like art when we speaks about them. One thing I will also note, is that Dave and his team are very efficient which I also appreciated, while we were talking about one thing, he would have his team support with another behind the scenes (fitting the links, finding another model, etc.), which I thought was fantastic. I gave my wife a Nordgreen watch with a 5 link band for Christmas and had it sized at a mall kiosk.  All of the adjustable links were removed and the band was still too big for my wifes wrist (she is petite and has child like wrists).  I contacted the manufacturer who said that nothing could be done except to purchase a mesh strap with larger range of adjustability.  I wasn't satisfied with this response so I set out to find a jeweler who would undertake the task of removing the non-adjustable links.  After visiting several jewelers on North York, all of whom said it was impossible to modify the band, I found myself at Emilian Jewellry. A young man named Tommy greeted me and I explained the situation.  He was willing to try and modify the band and was good to disclose that the process may render the band damaged.  At this point the band was already unusable so I conceded.  He called me later that day and said that he was successful and I was totally surprised and elated.  Picked up the band the next day and Tommy's father, Tom, did the final assembly and adjustment and charged me a very fair price. I recommend this store and will continue to give them my business.  Very please to see family owned businesses doing so well and providing such quality care and attention to their customers.  Keep up the great work!

I came here with a special Very fragile ring that had been torn apart by a 70 pound dog by accident, they did an amazing job fixing it I had lost hope that it would be put together again!!!! They are amazing at what they do, great customer service and highly recommend them for your jewelry

Brought in a gold ring to have a diamond placed in the center and also have it sized.. The owner (man) gave me a price and a receipt with the amount to pay and approximate date for Pickup.. Upon arrival on pick up day,the woman ,i believe her name is. "Elena"abruptly told me I had to pay more money. I explained that I had an agreement with Emilio,with the amount owing on the bill. She became agitated and rude!! I explained I brought cash ,the exact amount on my receipt... She just said something like they take debit for the extra $$ I owed her. Not good business practice!!

When I first found Emilian Jewellery, I was looking to have a two custom rings made. I was nervous about it at first, but Tom was so reassuring and the jeweller made the most stunning rings. One is a five stone shared prong open gallery setting. The diamonds are GIA Laser Inscribed. I have 5 individual GIA certificates. The ring is 1.57ct SI1 Clarity Color F Cut - Excellent. I just adore this ring!! Tom helped me to find a chain for my son. A really beautiful 14k yellow gold rope chain. My son loves it!! Tom never ever rushes me to decide. He takes his time to always answer my questions. Tom is always patient. I brought in a watch that needed a new battery. This was my son's watch. Tom changed the battery and returned the watch to me in flawless condition. Not a mark or scratch was left on it. Completely immaculate. For my mom's birthday, I bought her a very pretty sterling silver heart toggle bracelet. Tom engraved it for me and it looked perfect! My mother wears it every day! . I had an engagement ring that I had purchased in late 2015, but I wasn't happy with the clarity of the diamond and the tiffany "style" was a little too thick. I also felt that the wedding band didn't match. At Emilian Jewellery, I upgraded my diamond and the jeweller made a stunning setting for my new diamond and a perfect matching wedding band. The engagement ring is 2mm and the matching wedding band is 3mm. They are so beautiful. I truly treasure them. My new diamond is 1.22ct Color - D Cut - Excellent Clarity SI1 So very happy with my engagement ring and wedding band!! I custom ordered a 14k Rose Gold Star of David. The jeweller did such incredible job that I had him make one in 14k Yellow Gold too. The jeweller is truly a master at his craft. The detail on these pendants is amazing. I also custom ordered a Sapphire and Diamond 5 stone ring in a shared prong open gallery setting. Tom picked the best Sapphires for me. Stunning!! The jeweller did a fantastic job! Tom has always been kind and willing to go above and beyond. Prices and very reasonable. Tom's customer service skills are phenomenal. This is my go to jewellery store. They are extraordinary.
