Bought a “JASPER”! Bracelet a few days ago from them. I don’t remove my jewelry before taking shower. Today I noticed that they are not crystal. The color on some beads faded. It’s such a shame to lie to customers on how expensive these Jasper stone are and give a lecture on the spiritual benefit of these “crystal bracelets”. Well! This place is amazing! I've been to a lot of rock & mineral stores all around Ontario, but this one has to be one of the best if not the best. Me and my wife spent maybe half an hour or more just looking before even deciding on what to get, because there are specimens of so many different things... I even saw things in this store that I only saw online before and never in real life! The quality of all the rocks/minerals are very, very good. There's also a lot of variety to choose from, even from the more uncommon minerals. If you also just like rocks that have pretty vibrant colors, this place covers the whole rainbow with how much variety there is. I'm definitely coming back here as much as I can whenever I can, because now I know of an amazing store where I can find more things for my own collection! I also took a picture of what I bought today, it's not the best quality picture because the 3 items look so much better in real life!

This store has a wonderful collection of amazing looking crystals. I bought a Lemurian Aquatine crystal bracelet and it looks amazing. Check out this place at Promenade mall if you are around the area.

This store is amazing! It was my first time visiting (all the way from Barrie) and it was worth the drive. It did not disappoint. Julie was so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely honest. She let me take my time, answered my questions and was not pushy at all. She definitely deserves a raise!! The prices are so reasonable. The pieces are decent sizes too. randomly went to this store to buy selenite tower. They had deal, 1 selenite for $10 or 3 crystals for $25. I bought 2 selenite wands ad a tower. recently showed them to a friend who has degree in Geology and Gems, he said they are satin spar. He showed me a real selenite, I'm shoked how they lied about something that you can easily prove them wrong. Didn't want to add review. came across this google review and noticed other people had the same experience. It's always good to inform future potential customers

Amazing hidden gem in Centerpoint mall. Fantastic selection of both tumbled and raw stones of all different shapes and colours. Good collection of both small pieces and large show pieces. So many amazing deals, and the jewelry selection is unbelievable. Very impressed, and I will definitely be visiting again!

Drove all the way from Oakville to check out this store. I’m glad I did, they have the biggest selection of stones I’ve seen. They have lots of hard to ring stones like moldavite. Person working there was very nice. I wish I live closer, as I would be there more often.

This store has the most extensive collection of gem stones I have ever seen. Much more than any museums I have been to around the world. It is a geologist's dream! I can spend an hour here.

My man Leo is amazing at what he does. We definitely need to get him a pay increase cause he deserves it. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my indecisive decision making. This place is an absolute gem! Pun intended! Absolutely gorgeous inventory of unique items that can make stylish and meaningful gifts, home decor and beautiful jewelry. I came looking for a meteorite for a birthday present and was helped by the kindest staff who gave me a full explanation of each item and where it came from. I ended with a little collection of meteorites from all over the world with cool stories to share about each one! On top of it all the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back for more awesome stuff soon.

Alittle pricey but it makes sense since their crystals are of the best quality. I bought my motivate from here and let me tell you it's the real deal, it's certified too. The place itself is alittle crowded but the staff are very kind and awalys willing to help, they're very patient too. If you're looking for raw crystals and jewerly, as well as moldavite, this is the place for you to go to!

If you are looking for a natural stone store look not further! This store has a fantastic selection of natural stones, bracelets, necklaces, earrings and much more! The store is well organized. You can find labels and stone benefits conveniently placed on the label or a separate print piece. The jewelry items are reasonably priced for the high quality stones. This will be my favorite go to store for crystals and natural stone jewelry.

I bought a LOT of jewellery at this store and, although there is a great selection, many of the items were not labelled with the price, which is not great. I did ask, though and the sales assistant was helpful, but customer service is extremely basic and the atmosphere inside a little unfriendly so, although I love stones and want to buy more, I'm not sure I'll go back here. I can buy the same stones online much cheaper.

This store has some of the most beautiful gems, stones and jewelry I have ever seen! I was blown away by the variety and knowledge of everyone that works there, makes sense as this is a family business since the 70’s. They know their stuff. Prices are more than reasonable and the quality is incredible.

It's a family owned company and the owners are very nice and very knowledgeable. They are all scientists! The energy in the store is amazing. I have been going to their other location at CenterPoint Mall and I am thoroughly impressed by their beautiful gems and jewelry. I have purchased some gifts from them for my colleagues last December. I also purchased some for myself. They are great quality. The only gripe was the ring I just bought today was cracked and I accidentally broke one there. I wanted to pay for the broken ring, but the clerk was kind enough to charge me for the one ring I wanted to buy for myself. I have yet to explore their services, but overall, I enjoyed my time shopping there.

This is the best crystal store in the city in my opinion. They have a great variety of minerals. I’ve gotten some of my favourite jewelry form here. The girls who work here are so sweet and so knowledgeable about the stones. Can not recommend this place enough

One of the best rock stores I have been too! They have so much selection of jewelry like rings, bracelets, earrings, and necklaces from inexpensive ($10-$20) to more pricey items. They have tumbled rock, raw rocks, slabs, crystal wands, charms, accessories, and paper sheets to know what each crystal is. If I can correct one thing, I would suggest that they organize their rocks and papers better. Sometimes the papers are not in the right place, stones have no papers, or rocks are mixed with others. Other than that, stop by! It is a great place to be.

This used to be called the Russian stone they Call it the global stone I am assuming due to the ongoing difficulties and war. I have shot before and after everything is sent the same if I order or going to the store I am more than happy this store is authentic crystals. I have always been extremely happy whether I order through the website or walking to the store they have many stones and they’re all authentic. I live in the neighbourhood, this store is absolutely magnificent!!! Such a spectacular variety of different gemstones. Very knowledgeable people, Viktoria, helped me multiple times, such a sweetheart and she knows about gems a lot…I was talking to Elena on the phone, when I was trying to find a very rare gem, she gave me so many details and also guided me to go to Facebook page “Global Stones”. Absolutely amazing atmosphere in the store, some people are gemologists and mineralogists! Will recommend to visit this lovely place to all the human being I know. Amazing work guys, keep it up!

This place is so super exciting. I wasn't able to get in here at first during opening phases of pandemic but was able to look inside store from mall. It looked awesome inside. Recently I was able to visit and I was not let down. The Russian Stone is filled with treasures of all kinds. I recently purchased an Ethiopian opal from here and it is definitely one of my favorite pieces. Pic below.

Aside from the beautiful jewelery, I loved the customer service at this store! As someone who is a bit socially anxious, I felt a little nervous going in by myself, but one of the employees, Suzy, was helpful & kind & I felt like I was talking to a friend! She was both super knowledgable and charismatic and made the experience a whole less stressful. Would definitely recommend this place just for the friendliness of the staff!
