When my husband had trouble finding the perfect ring they offered to customize the shape of the diamond into a heart (which was the perfect ring for me). Andrew and Albert helped me design, and custom build an engagement ring that me and my fiance could not be happier with. My husband and I are so lucky to have found this incredible Jewellery store. We recently got married and my husband got my engagement ring and wedding present (diamond earrings) from Saati Fine Jewellery and we also got our wedding rings from there. It is a family business and the owners are extremely welcoming, sincere and hospitable. Andrew and Albert helped my husband design the most beautiful engagement ring. It is absolutely stunning and everything I have ever wanted. These gentlemen have walked us through difficult decisions and have been very patient while we are making our selections. Albert and Andrew are wonderful to work with and a joy to talk to; they are people that feel like friends from the first moment you meet them. I showed them some designs I was interested in and they offered great advice on all areas, and were always available to help me through the process. They spent time with me looking for exactly the right gemstone and ring design, and then custom made the ring using a computer program. They sent me preview images before they started (which were fantastic), and did the whole process in a short time. They even encouraged me to come back to say "hi" or get the ring cleaned, and let me know that they stood behind their work, telling me to let them know if we needed adjustments or something happened to it. Needless to say, my fiancé was blown away by their work, and keeps saying "I can't stop looking at it!" I too was massively impressed by their professionalism, quality and personal touch. I am forever grateful for Albert and Andrew's relationship with me. I cannot express how much I would recommend their work, communication, and general desire to get to know the client. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. I am so happy to have gotten to know the both of you, and very much look forward to our next encounter!

I had the most wonderful experience dealing with Andrew and his father. They both are the most professional and upstanding gentleman in the industry. I cannot begin to say how they gave such a wonderful experience. They fixed and re stoned a very special ring for me and then we spoke to them about making a ring but they had one that was even better than I imagined. I am so thankful to have met and dealt with them both. They make you feel like royalty from the minute you open the door. I went to see Albert and Andrew for an engagement ring for my fiance. I knew very little about diamonds, but I had an idea about the design of the ring my finance wanted. Albert sat down with me in his office and explained the many characteristics of a diamond. He gave me his personal advice based on what I was looking for, which put me at ease in making the right choice for a diamond. Next, I sat with Andrew and using his comprehensive software tools he designed the custom band my fiance 'hinted' to me about. Albert and Andrew have many, many years of experience as certified Gemologists. This is their family business and they take their work very seriously to ensure your ring design is perfect. My fiance is ecstatic with her engagement ring. We are now working with Albert and Andrew on our wedding bands. When you arrive at their boutique, you will be greeted with a warm and gracious welcome. I highly recommend going to see Albert and Andrew.

I purchased the engagement ring for my wife, and the wedding bands as well from this store, and I cannot say enough about the service and quality of the product! From this experience I learned a lot about what all goes on in choosing a ring, customizing it, and the follow up. We really established a bond with Albert and Andrew from the store. We've returned for polishing and I even bought some diamond earrings afterwards. 100% recommended. The small jewellery shop offers pricing and intimate service that is invaluable

Albert has created beautiful pieces for me over the years. My Godmother worked with him to create a gorgeous opal ring that she gave to me for my high school graduation. After my husband proposed to me, we went to him to reset the precious heirloom stones I inherited. When my mother-in-law saw the final product she literally thought they were new, more sparkly diamonds that we had switched out for the old ones because the setting he chose displayed them so beautifully! He also shortened my string of pearls and made the extras into a cute little bracelet, and custom made my husbands wedding ring. In addition to Albert's flawless work, he and his family provide excellent service. They are all very kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and will work with you for as long as you need to help find or create your vision. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful family and their shop!

I've been going to Saati's Fine Jewellery for decades. We really like their designs, quality, and professionalism. And after seeing the jewellery that we've purchased from them, a number of family and friends also shop there now. It's a family run business that I like to support. Their prices are very reasonable, and they know their customers by name. I travel over an hour to get to this location, but I wouldn't trust my business with anyone else.
