Owner
would
not
take
back
a
bag
of
unopened
kibble
I
purchased
from
another
location
bc
he
would
be
“losing
money”
and
claimed
customers
are
deliberately
purchasing
items
from
other
GPF
locations
and
returning
them
at
his
store.
Contacted
head
office
and
they
said
GPF
corporate
return
policy
states
that
unopened
items
can
be
returned
at
ANY
location
so
I’m
not
sure
why
he
was
making
up
his
own
version
of
the
policy
and
accusing
customers
like
myself
of
such
behaviour.
Very
unprofessional
and
lack
of
customer
service
displayed.
The
only
saving
grace
is
I
appreciated
how
Head
Office
amended
the
situation
for
the
unconvenience
Jimmy
has
caused
-
kudos
to
head
office!
This
experience
has
left
a
bad
taste
in
my
mouth
for
ever
being
a
potential
shopper
at
this
location.
However,
I
will
continue
being
a
GPF
customer
but
not
at
this
specific
franchise.
