Nice place to throw axe and release your stress. I went on Thursday so it is not that crowded. They also have pizza and beer. I think the cost is $30 plus taxes per person. You have an instructor too. Worth trying!

THIS PLACE! My siblings and I came here and had such an epic blast! Amanda was/is so very accommodating and kind. She made sure the entire time we were here that we were well taken care of. Amanda made a family outing super exciting for all of us! I highly recommend this establishment and I WILL be back!

This was the coolest experience I have ever taken part in! Came here for some of my bday celebrations and it was the best decision I ever made. All of my friends had a fantastic time and it was one for the history books. I didn't make a reservation I was able to just walk in and grab a lane, it was pretty quiet just our group at first and then it picked up after we were there for about 20 mins. The coach was super thorough in her explanation and we were pros in no time! I'd recommend this spot for anyone looking for a unique time out!

Amazing first time axe throwing. Our coaches Angel and Maddie are the reason we had such a great experience; their contagious positive energy and helpfulness made it an enjoyable night out with coworkers. Highly recommend.

My partner and I came here for our date night and we will absolutely be coming again!! Our coach Kate was absolutely amazing and so sweet - and not hesitant to give tips so we could throw properly and have a good time!! Definitely a good spot for a good night out!!

We took our team to BATL Axe Throwing on Sunday and had an absolute blast! We didn't really know what to expect, and our coach, Kate, took us expertly through all the safety and throwing instructions. I'm glad we booked 2 hours for 6 people -- we were just getting the hang of things at the 1 hour mark, so the second hour was all fun. We also appreciated being able to bring in our own snacks, and had lots of room to hang out in between throws. As we head into a busy holiday season for our business, throwing axes released some stress and we had tons of fun. We're also planning to bring our adult kids for a throwing session over the holidays. Thank you Kate and the BATL team for a great afternoon.

What a great team building experience!! Our charity team hasn't gotten together like this for so long due to COVID and we missed team building activity so much! It absolutely exceeded our expectations! Big thanks to Mark and CJ who made our first axe throwing experience so much fun and engaging! Also, they sell beer!!! Big bonus! 🍻

AWESOME!!! Our little group all had an amazing time and vowed to come back again! Ask for "Mark" to be your trainer/coach. He was just amazing and what a customer service person should be. Drinks were very reasonably priced. Don't just think about going, just do it!! You won't regret it!!

First visit and our Coach was great, atmosphere was awesome. The coach was so outgoing and made us feel like we belong there...so that was super. Equipment is solid and quality, the cages were well kept. Def coming back again will even check out other BATL Axe locations..such a positive experience.

Ask for Jared as your coach!! Great place, get the pink-tini if you’re looking for a sweet mock tail, apparently goes well with vodka too ;) went for my birthday celebration with a small group and everyone was super accommodating, we could get our own food delivered which was amazing and Jared was very flexible with our competition even though some of us were late 😂 he made it fun!

Had a blast with my co workers, Angel was a really great coach and made our experience fun! She facilitated our tournament with such positivity and enthusiasm! Our experience was so great thanks to her!

My experience at BATL Vaughan was nothing but amazing, all thanks to management member Rob !! From the second I walked in, my boyfriend and I felt welcome, enthusiasm and warm energy. Rob ensured our night was filled with laughter and fun from coaching us through the activity, to suggesting drinks, explaining games, and allowing us to stay a little later past our slot time. My boyfriend enjoyed the service so much, we inquired about hosting work events and leisure parties in the future. It was a great way to celebrate an anniversary and we will definitely be back. I've been to BATL a few times now, and that last time was just the best! Our coaches Kim & Kate continued to help me correct my form so I could catch up to my partner in our game. It was his first time axe throwing and with the amazing service, a fun time and canned waters (hehe).. we're definitely coming back!

Such friendly staff, and a fun activity for any day, or a special group event. Drinks are sold on site but food (pizza) is through partnership with Pizzaville so you can either order through them or separate.

Had an amazing date night experience. Our coach was funny, friendly and patient - we had lots of fun and enjoyed our stay. There is also a bar and they allow group reservations and catering, which makes it a great spot to come back with friends. Awesome idea for a fun night out!

Ok so I didn’t know how I would feel about axe throwing, but…I’m hooked. As soon as you walk in, you feel super welcome, and the staff really take time to explain everything to each person in your party, making sure you know what to do. I do not have a hidden axe throwing talent, sadly, but it was a great time and I’d definitely go again

Wow! First time axe throwing and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our coach CJ was great. Walked us through the basics and gave some great tips throughout the game. Mel was a delight as well. Would definitely recommend! We will be back.

Had a blast last night at BATL Vaughan!! Didn't really know what to expect but was not disappointed. Turns out its a lot harder than it looked but with some great coaching by Mark I went from second last place to top 3!! Mark was amazing, he had great energy and patience, definitely could see his passion for the sport. Definitely will do this again!!

Recently held a team outing at BATL Vaughan. It was the team's first in person event post COVID. With some new team members we were looking for a activity that nobody had done before. What a blast. Booking online was very easy, the prep training by the staff was very helpful & once we got into a good rhythm everyone had a great time. A lot of laughing and fun with the team. I highly encourage anybody looking for a great outing either work or family to visit BATL, you won't be disappointed.

Fun place for a team building event. It's fast to pick up but there's enough skill involved to make it challenging. The energy inside was fantastic, all the groups playing that day (a Wednesday) were having lots of fun The instructors are very helpful and really made the experience exceptional. The food is a little bit on the pricey side but the drinks were ok priced!

Had a birthday surprise and we had a great time management was very helpful and Cindy our coach took the time to make us better axe throwers. Its tougher than you would think with many throws at the beginning bouncing everywhere and not sticking. However with the coaching from Cindy and our determination we managed to get the swing of things (no pun intended 😉) when we hit the bullize.. we all said we love this sport. If you're looking for a fun and unique experience, BATL Axe Throwing is the perfect place for you. The axes are also really well-balanced and easy to throw, so even if you've never done it before, you'll be hitting the target in no time. Mark and Katie were both very welcoming and made sure our group had a great time. Overall, I had an amazing time at BATL Axe Throwing and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun activity.

We were there today to celebrate my birthday with family. Rob and Amanda made sure everyone had a great time, including my parents who’re in their 60s and were hesitant at first. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great time! ☺️

Our family had a good time here. Service was good, staff was friendly. Pricing was a little too high. Additionally, upon payment, the machine asks if we want to tip, which honestly makes it feel like it's necessary to tip. We appreciated the staff letting us know that we still had some play time left when we thought we were done.

Great experience. The place is well maintained and the training session was great (a bit short, but sufficient to get started I guess). Also I feel the price is a bit steep (came to about 35$ a person after taxes) for an hour of experience. We were 5 people, so had to share two throwing spots/axes. But definitely worth trying once.

BATL is the best hatchet-throwing place I’ve ever been to and I’ve thrown hatchets as far as Australia. Everyone is super helpful, the environment is unbeatable, and the experience will make you want to come back all the time. Roberto is one of the best so seek him out!
