I love mucho burrito but this location needs serious improvement. The service is mediocre. No friendliness. They look unorganized. The food temperature is ok. The portions are smaller compared to other locations and with the rising price of everything it makes me question if I should come back.

Good and service were top notch. Best Mucho Burrito franchise I’ve been to yet! Gotta try the devils tongue hot sauce !

Picked up Mucho Burrito for dinner tonight, nor husband or I were too impressed if I'm honest. The girl who helped us was extremely friendly and good at rolling the burritos up considering they were large, and the place was spotless but the food was a let down especially for the price. The ingredients were really lacking flavor. Considering I had rice, beans, chicken, guac, fajita mix, squash (which was a mistake on my end, not the tastiest burrito ingredient) coleslaw, cilantro, sour cream and burrito sauce, the only flavors that occasionally stood out were cilantro and the charbroiled taste of some well done chicken pieces. I even had massive wedges of poorly cut green peppers throughout mine. Our 2 mucho burritos came to $32.... They were large, but I wouldn't say worth it in terms of taste. The guac was a thinner pasty texture that also made me question if it was fresh or bagged. It's a shame because I was hoping to find a new gem close to home, but we probably wouldn't go back after tonight. We've been eating at Burrito Boyz for years now and I have to say that considering they have a smaller simpler selection of ingredients to choose from, they do indeed make a better quality tasting burrito.

I have been coming here for lunch for some time. The food is very good and always fresh. But most of all, the service level here is impeccable. I strongly recommend coming here for lunch if you can.

Need to cook the rice properly, they are crunchy (not cooked) normally I enjoy their burritos but definitely not today. The toppings should be mixed more thoroughly

I will make sure to post this on several applications to let everyone know how terrible your service is. Awful service. I ordered through Skip The Dishes the Taco Trio. They just threw a whole bunch of sour cream, no peppers, and barely any chicken in 1 of the 3 tacos. They also gave me a cookie that was stale and rock hard. I will never order a thing from you ever.

Burrito bowl was awful, cold meat and toppings didn't taste good at all.

I won't come back in this restaurant because all of the vegetables swimming in the liquid, that spreads the wrap... the meat is so dry and looks not fresh, the vegetable bowls looks durty and my wrap got burned and the taste was not the best. I am not recommending this restaurant except if you like to eat messy

Had a regular size chorizo burrito, and it was honestly hugeee!! It was definitely very filling and delicious. All the ingredients tasted fresh and absolutely delicious. The lady who served me at the counter was absolutely nice very friendly and kind. Definitely would recommend this place as I have been to many burrito places and this one is by far the best.

Had an amazing experience at mucho burrito. The nachos was okay ,I love to have nachos from Hamilton mucho burrito because their presentation is way much better than this one. The food is decent. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The place is kept clean. Hygiene standards are maintained to a reasonable level.

NOT it. Everytime I go here, there is something negative...skimpy portions (compared to other locations), slow service/barely any staff working, and VERY OFTEN run out of key ingredients (by 4pm, latest)..most recent "no white wraps, sour cream or barbacoa." Major improvement needed.

Food was absolutely horrible, nothing was up to temperature, even when they put it in the toaster thing it the inside was still cold (cold rice, cold chicken, cold beans). I paid $18.39 for a burrito that tasted extremely bad plus I tipped the staff but I really shouldn’t have. I couldn’t even hear the staff when they asked me questions, I had to ask them to repeat themselves 3 times, plus they seemed so bothered to serve me. Anything else would be better than this place in that plaza.

This Mucho Burrito location is literally the best. The service is unmatched, with the workers having a welcoming personality. The food tastes amazingly well, and the churros are a must get. Overall, it was an enjoyable dine in experience.

I came here for lunch with coworkers, and it was my first time trying Mucho Burrito. A nice thing about this place is that you get to choose your custom toppings for wraps and bowls, and they are quick enough at preparing orders (good for grabbing a quick bite, but there's a bit of a lunch rush after 12:30pm). There's also a good amount of seating and lots of windows for natural lighting. I got a large burrito bowl with barbacoa beef (premium protein, extra fee) and cookies (chocolate chip, the only cookie choice) for dessert. The burrito bowl was ok, I found it pretty bland overall - and wasn't crazy about the burrito sauce; the barbacoa beef also lacked flavour and was dry; and the rice was also served cold (which is just what some places do, but I strongly prefer hot rice). The wrap probably would have been a better option for me since they use the press to heat it up. The cookies were extremely sweet and mostly crunchy, and tasted like cheap premade generic cookies. At $2.50/cookie the value just wasn't there especially being a smaller standard size. I'd suggest trying the churros instead - and ordering this first before your burrito, so it's being prepared as you order (since it takes 5mins to prepare). Overall an ok experience.

Injured my tooth because there was a piece of METAL in the food. The owner called me. They did offer to pay for the dentist. Apparently I was going to receive a gift card and my money back, that was Oct 2022. It's now Feb 2023, havent received anything. Not even a follow up.

I visited this restaurant recently and it was a great experience. This food tastes great and hospitality was fairly nice. All and all its a must visit place. I will highly recommend this restaurant as a perfect go to place for you.
