We were browsing the stores at Yorkdale without any plan to buy any exercising machines and ended up with getting a new bike plus very comfortable shoes. Miguel Martins provided us with a very professional presentation and detailed explanations. Thumbs up to Miguel!

Nicely maintained store, great staff and very helpful. We were attended by Daniel and he was really good in helping us buy our Peleton bike. He explained the features in detail, helped us try it out and recommend good accessories. Overall, it was a smooth process and we are a Peleton family now.

Calvin was super helpful by explaining to me how the product works and able to answer all my questions. Thank you for helping me make my purchase and for amazing customer service. I recommend everyone just to go in and try the products In-Person before you make up your mind.

After having been a user of the Peleton app since May 2020 I went into the Peleton store at Yorkdale today to have a look at the new Tread and I was treated very poorly. When I asked the sales person if could stand on the Tread to see to have a look at it (because I am a short person) he said 'no' I needed to sign a waiver first. I would have no issue signing a waiver if I was going to turn on any of the motorized features or touch anything. But I just wanted to see it from a 360 degree perspective and I needed to get on top of the Tread platform to be able to do that. I honestly would not have touched a thing. Had he let me on top I would have engaged with him more and I probably would have made the purchase because I am a Peleton enthusiast to begin with. He lost the sale then and there. I walked out of the store.

This is review is in reference to Justin Nguyen, assistant showroom manager at Yorkdale. I contacted Justin to secure a Peloton Tread and he went above and beyond to facilitate my purchase. I was truly impressed with his efforts and i would recommend anyone in search of top customer service and top products to work with him. I do not think I would have purchased the item without his guidance and i think he is an exemplary representative of the company / brand. Thank you.

This review is strictly based on the store’s customer service, my bike plus is going to be delivered tomorrow so I can’t review that yet. I was at the Yorkdale store 2 weeks ago and finally had someone attend to me and it was an excellent service. He was patient and allowed me to explore the equipments and make up my mind. I ordered the bike + that day. I gave 3 stars because this is my 3rd time going to the store over the last 2 years and I was never even attended to the first 2 times. The second time I visited, there were 2 staffs assisting one client and I waited 10 minutes, non of them even acknowledged me. I am glad I gave them a 3rd chance as that was an opportunity to eventually purchase. Peloton, please train your sales people.

Recently visited the Peloton Yorkdale store to purchase a bike and was referred to Miguel Martins, Sales Specialist. Miguel went above and beyond my expectations. He put my Husband and I in a private training room to test out the bike (1st timers!!) and went over all the details and aspects of the bike and benefits of the membership. Miguel explained all the details of purchasing and current benefits of the sale that is going on. I even had questions after the purchase, and he immediately got back to me with the answers. If you are looking to purchase a Peloton, Yorkdale is the location and Miguel is the guy!!!!

The team at Peloton were great and answered all of my question. Very knowledgeable staff and not pushy at all. Delivery and setup service was awesome. I would highly recommend the Peloton!

I have a friend of mine who owns a Peloton Bike and highly recommend me to see Calvin at Peloton Yorkdale as he provided excellent service to my friend. When I arrived there, I asked for Calvin and luckily he's there to help me out. He greeted me nicely, briefly introduce me to the Peloton Bike and gave me simple yet enough information that I should know. I was surprised and delighted about his passion and energy about what he's selling that convenienced me to order the Peloton Bike at the spot! As I choose to finance the Peloton Bike and I was worried about if it's a nightmare to do that, but it turns out Calvin magically made the process very easy and straightforward yet inform me about every critical details in regards to the financing and delivery arrangement. Moreover, it only took about 20 minutes from walking into the store to completing my Peloton Bike financing order. That is truly impressive! I got my Peloton Bike delivered today ! My whole family loves it and surprisingly, Calvin called me to check if everything goes well with the delivery. I'm truly impressed by his passion and dedication with that detailed level of customer service which results me to write this review on Google. Overall, the Peloton Bike changed my life and I'm thankful that Calvin provided such an excellent Peloton experience. If you're going to purchase a Peloton Bike, I highly recommend to go ask for Calvin as he's one of the best customer service person I've ever met in my life.

I was really considering coming in into Yorkdale store, but so many reviews are saying the same thing about in-store sales... pressure, condescending, on padestal, ... wow! No way i'm going to try.

Amazing product, and fantastic experience buying from the showroom. I had the totally opposite experience of the poster below. Michelle was incredibly helpful during the sales process, and now that the bike has arrived, she has followed up to ensure we are satisfied. I would definitely recommend buying from the showroom, and particularly Michelle - very knowledgeable, very helpful, and generally very awesome! Thank you.

Awesome product. Awful experience with the sales person (Michelle Stork). Just found out that what she sold us over the phone is not what is in the order. She promised the bike + free shoes + $125 coupon (which would be used to buy a mat and a pair of weights). Now, talking to the customer service (since she does not answer or e-mails or does not even share the copy of the receipt of what she processed in their system), I found out that the coupon was applied to the shoes (and charged the balance of $40) and the mat and the weights will never come. Awful and very upsetting experience. NEVER EVER buy anything with them over the phone. Never buy anything from her.

hello guys I just wanted to share this with everyone so today peloton screw me over and I'm very unhappy and mad from peloton this is the story they are such liers they do everything just to sale something 2 months ago we purchased pike and 2 per of shoes one for me and one for my wife but my wife she was pregnant and he foot wear swollen and the sales man told her when her foot are normal after birth if not not feet they will exchange them guess what we went to store and they said it pass 30 days of buying them so the didn't exchange them and we call support they told us exactly the same and the manager told me to sale them online and he will not exchange them what the shame peloton it's really disappointing we spent alot money on them and bike and this is they way they treat us and please be aware of these people and what they tell you

This was my worst in store experience ever. Never buying a Peloton. The worst customer greeting by a sales rep I've ever experienced. Extremely Rude and condescending.

Staff is friendly but after about 10 minutes they come off as somewhat condescending like you're wasting their time: akin to how frustrated you get when you're explaining technology to your parents/grandparents.

Had one of the best experiences I've had in any store! The staff was not pushy at all and really catered to what I needed vs trying just to sell me! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Courtney was amazing!! I went in to look at the bikes and her service level exceeded expectations. She was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and never ever pushy!!! We purchase a tread from Aoiffe at Peleton Yorkdale in October. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. More importantly, we noticed a black Friday discount on the tread a few weeks later. When we called into support to try and obtain the discount (as we were still in our return window) we were bounced around and, essentiall, refused. After some frustration we just gave up. We happened to be in Yorkdale last week and stopped by the Peleton store. We saw Aoiffe and mentioned what happened - she took it upon herself to call in directly and deal with matters and got us the discount (even though by that point we were out of our return window). Her willingness to help and go above an beyond was very much appreciated. Highly recommend her and the store in general.
