Did a girls night with Heather at her studio and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Not only was it such a fun experience, Heathers' instructions and overall personality fit with our group wonderfully. Heather explains everything well, and shows you when you're doing your moves. I highly recommend and will recommend her to anyone going forward! If you're looking for a fun night out with your girls or just want to experience a new fitness class this is your spot!

This is my second time attending an introductory pole fitness class with a different group of friends. Both times I have been, Heather has been remarkable! I at first did not know what to expect. The workshop is meticulously tidy and inviting. It is very intimate, not whatsoever overwhelming. She gives alot of one on one attention to make sure you're doing the routine right. She is infectious (in a great way). I love her. Her atmosphere is amazing, this is a no judgment zone, people of all ages/sizes are welcome with open arms. This is legit a workout y'all! Make sure to check this place out!!! If I could give Heather a 10 star 🌟 I totally would!! WELL WORTH IT! I for sure will be back!

This studio is the absolute best. I signed up for Heather's 6 week pole fitness beginners course and never have I felt so good and had so much fun! Her prices are more than fair. She makes class interesting and makes sure every one is on the same page and feeling confident. The atmosphere is like no other and the classes are not too big and very intimate so you get to build a great bond with your instructor and your classmates. I am so excited to continue my fitness journey at this studio. If anyone is ever thinking about a pole or hoop class this is the studio to go to! Thank you Heather and the Body Language team !!

Had my birthday party with Heather and she was able to accommodate and come to our location! Wonderful teacher! Wants to see you have fun while really making sure you understand how to move your body! Made us feel comfortable and was constantly making us laugh! Must do experience! May consider taking lessons

We had Heather come for a private chair dance lesson for a bachelorette party and had a wonderful time! She is incredibly talented and professional. She made us all laugh and feel sexy with her choreographed dance and story routine. Thanks Heather!

I had such a fun experience with body language studio. My wonderful friend alana had booked a private class ! It was amazing. We learned a routine and I felt confident with the guidance of our teacher. It was also a great work out lol I can’t wait to join another class !

I had the privilege of visiting Body Language during their first showcase with my wife who attends Hoop class at this studio. My wife has been an instructor in the pole community for years so I have visited lots of studios. I was extremely impressed with what Heather has done with her space and will say it looks absolutely amazing. I love how she has her poles set to easily detach so she can teach her hoop students. I had my first aerial hoop class tonight with Heather and had a great time. Heather was so welcoming and makes you feel right at home. I’m excited for my next 5 classes and will definitely be signing up for more in the future!

Heather is great! We took a pole dancing and aerial hoop class for a Bachelorette and she was lots of fun and very informative. She made a point to learn and remember each of our names and even gave us a performance of some choreography she had created. Would definitely recommend!

Our group came for a bachelorette party and had the best time! Heather brought so much energy. We were all beginners and left semi pros !
