I come here regularly for sugaring and you always feel very comfortable in Ms. Schindler's presence. Her friendly and calming manner is very pleasant.

We spontaneously got an appointment for a pedicure during our short vacation and knew from the first moment why this place is called a wellness oasis. The welcome was warm, there was delicious rose tea and special coffee and the pedicure was a real highlight for my partner and I. We would be happy to come back if we come here again. Thanks!

The trip to Bad Saarow to see Ms. Schindler is definitely worth it. The cosmetic treatments, pedicures, etc. are unparalleled in terms of the quality of their execution. My skin felt like new after the Ionto treatment, I had no blemishes for a long time afterwards and the feeling that it glowed for a long time. Only recommended!

Eine sehr gute Adresse, um sich in Sachen Schönheit, verwöhnen zu lassen! Frau Schindler hat ein sehr gutes Fachwissen und praktiziert dieses auch. Ihre Mitarbeiterin ist sehr gewissenhaft und weiß was sie macht. Ich habe mich immer sehr gut bei einer Behandlung von ihr gefühlt und war danach Tiefenentspannt, keine sinnlosen Gespräche, nur Fragen zur Behandlung, Produktinformationen und RUHE ...alles was ich von einem guten Institut erwarte! Die Räumlichkeiten befinden sich im Erdgeschoss einer alten Villa, mit Blick auf den Kurpark und auf den Scharmützelsee. Im Sommer kann man die kleine Terrasse nutzen und diesen schönen Ausblick von dort genießen, natürlich auch aus den angrenzenden Behandlungsräumen. Die Behandlungsräume sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es gibt nichts, auch an technischem Equipment, was fehlt. Hier hat sich jemand richtig Mühe gegeben! Frau Schindler bietet eine große Produktpallette an, für jedes Hautbild sowieso, aber auch verschiedene Produktlinien. Hervor zu heben sind für mich, die Ayurvedabehandlungen, einfach phantastisch! Ich komme immer gern zu Ihnen !

The facial was very relaxing and soothing. The beautician was very nice and competent. You definitely have to try the water lounger! We will be back!!

My experiences in the “feel-good oasis” (and yes, I put the word in quotation marks because it doesn’t correspond to the intention) were consistently disappointing. During our vacation I tried to book myself and my mother in for a pedicure including Shellac varnish on our feet. An employee who spoke poor German answered the phone and was not familiar with our issue and first had to clarify with her "boss" whether Shellac was even possible for the toes. While she was still on the phone she asked her boss, who answered bluntly - "Yes, somehow it will work, but the fact that they come at the same time means you can take off your make-up". So 3 days later we got our planned pedicure with Shellac one after the other (as it was advertised in the flyer)! I was greeted again by the employee who spoke poor German and had to prepare in her room for 10 minutes - but as a consolation she offered me tea! In the treatment room I was allowed to sit on the couch and "Olga" began treating my feet very timidly and clumsily. A little filing here, a little nail polish removal there and that's it!!!! I was outraged: no pedicure with foot bath etc.!!! After 10 minutes the lady was finished treating my nails! But it gets even better: during her treatment she gave exactly 3 Shellac colors to choose from for her toes - three!!!! She rounded off my shock by saying that they were just trying out the shell nail polishes and didn't know which one they would choose. And for that 36€??? I have never experienced something like that! Her very unfriendly boss also repeatedly suddenly jumped into the treatment (because the storage room was in the next room) and lectured her about the way she was sitting, etc. I felt very, very uncomfortable and not well treated the whole time. Their flyer also promises more than the REALITY! The rooms or studio are small, dark and resemble an apartment! Really not recommended and not even remotely professional! Sandra
