My brother-in-law, who is a dentist practicing in a different state, recommended Dr. Mantis after I moved to Chicago. He knows Dr. Mantis through an advanced dental program where they both regularly advance their skills. I'm so glad to have gotten this recommendation. Originally I had begun seeing a dentist who was closer to where I live, but I was disappointed with the quality of care. (The dentist regularly missed some tooth wear that my brother-in-law had pointed out to me). So I switched to Dr. Mantis and am impressed by the quality of the care. He has invested a lot in terms of advanced technology and methods. I had my first crown installed recently, and it was done in two hours. Dr. Mantis has a 3D scanner and a machine that makes crowns on site, without having to use a temporary crown and wait for the permanent crown to be created elsewhere. Very impressed with this dental practice!

I just had my first appt, and let me tell you...WOW! I am SO IMPRESSED! After being terrified of dental procedures years ago, this was the first time a dentist made me feel at ease. Even my first conversation with Deb when I booked the appointment was amazing! Truth be told, I have several appointments that I will need to get back on track dental health wise. I am not nearly as scared as I was. Also, the technology in this office! It was like being in an episode of The Jetsons! I am actually now almost (emphasis on the ALMOST lol) excited to start the dental work so that I once again have a bright and confident smile! Thank you again to Dr. Mantis and Deb especially! Everyone here is great, highly recommend! UPDATE Well, today I had to have my tooth extracted after it finally broke yesterday. Dr. Mantis was absolutely awesome, as was his assistant and Deb! I was so nervous, as I've never been awake for an extraction, and they were patient and so kind. Best part? It didn't hurt for a solid 8 hours afterwards! I'm not saying it was a fun experience lol, however, if you have a dental issue going on, I can't think of a better dental team to get you through it! Thank you!

The staff at Mantis Dentistry make me love going to the dentist. Deb is always so helpful and accommodating. She also follows up when she promises to do so. Melissa is the best hygienist I've ever had. She makes the entire process easy and pleasant. I'm so happy to have found this crew!

Dr. Mantis is a pros pro. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and articulate. The whole staff is equally impressive. The office is crystal clean and whole practice is top notch. I was particular impressed by Dr. Mantis passion for my health and understanding. I will never go to another Dentist as long as I live on the north shore.

Love Dr. Mantis Dentistry! Every time My family and I walk into the office everyone is super nice, friendly, and helpful. They all take the time to answer questions, and make you feel comfortable. The practice is an hour away from where we live, but we wouldn’t go anywhere else. When we go in for our family check ups it’s like getting together with good friends. Makes dental visits much less stressful and something to look forward too.
