Never have problems with the store, but today when I went to try on clothes the fitting room associate was extremely rude and made the over all experience uncomfortable. At first she ignored me, then when I asked for a room she condescendingly took my clothes and put them on the return rack to count them while reciting policy- I understand having the rules, but acting as if a customer should just know them and getting upset when they don’t is another thing. After I tried the clothes on I returned four items. As I was walking away she shouted across the store at me that they didn’t fit because they were men’s shorts, which I personally prefer for a more conservative fit while I work out, as if I did not know which section I got them from. It felt very uncomfortable that she shared what I was trying on in front of other shoppers.

woman TRACY S said that she would not take a broken razor back, because no original box. I had a receipt from the store. Indeed, for $20, I ran around department stores and looked for the same broken razor to make money? 🙄😬🤭.

A bit unorganized. Haven't been in a Marshall's in a while so it could have been that I am not use to it. Shoe selection was good but expected more clothing.

I usually go for the home decor and makeup/skincare items, and they have a great selection for a great price! I will say that the one time i did go to try on clothes, the people running the fitting rooms were not the friendliest, but i’m sure they have seen lots of shoplifting and just want to prevent that. Overall though, i love Marshalls and try to go regularly!

Took way too long to check out even with all the registers open. Over 30 minutes for check out, almost left. Makes me think twice about coming back to this location

They had these amazing AA pieces and the photos do not do them any justice. They are beautiful in person.
