I received a hand made rainbow moonstone engagement ring but it didn’t fit the first half of the days. I asked the jeweler who made the ring if she’d resize it but she told me since it was a little upsize to take it to a local jewelry store who does custom pieces and repairs. The lady who helped me was very polite and knowledgeable and even offered to have it reshaped so the ring would fit better. I found Lumina Gems online and by reading their reviews made the decision to take my ring there. I couldn’t be happier with how quickly the resize took- maybe a couple hours. I also sold some broken gold pieces and ended up using it towards the repair. The jeweler did a fantastic job resizing and reshaping my ring. Thank you Lumina Gems!

What an awesome experience. Exceptionally pleasant staff. The owner ( Mr. Bass) is on site with warm welcome and with knowledge on "all things jewelry". No pressure yet helpful guidance. The Gemologists are on site as well, making the full service very helpful. I'd recommend hopping in there and starting a wish list for your loved ones to peruse, or simply shop during one of their community benefits. Wow! I’m thrilled with my new custom ring from Lumina Gem. My mother passed away last September and I wanted to create a ring in her memory. I used three diamonds from one of her rings and added a blue tourmaline which is both of our favorite color. Working on the design with custom jeweler Elliott was so easy from the sketches to the CAD drawing to the wax prototype. I’ll think of my sweet mama everyday wearing this ring. My husband and I went to Lumina Gem looking for a 25th anniversary ring. We wanted something that would compliment but not replace the first ring. After looking at many many rings online and in stores, we decided we would try designing a ring. My husband was excited because it gave him a chance to really create something with me that represented such a special time in our marriage. The toughest thing for us was just thinking of the type of ring we wanted, but once we figured that out the rest was pleasantly easy. I ended up finding 2 different ring designs that I liked but wanted to combine them. Elliott was phenomenal in his interpretation of what we envisioned. He was patient and very responsive during the creation time. He also created a 3D version so that I could actually try on for size, that was a really neat thing too. I was able to choose my stones which were a mix of white and teal diamonds. The combination was just beautiful. It actually looked very grand, I like to think of it as my 'Princess' ring, though I am now in my 50s. It is the most georgeous ring I have ever seen. Turn around time was very quick as well, about 4 weeks after we finalized the ring. Thank you Geri for you help and Elliott for creating such a georgeous piece of work. PS: they also did an appraisal for the piece.
