    A very interesting Starbucks in that the interior design doesn’t look like other Starbucks. It looks a lot more personal with ropes hanging from the ceiling and a cool fireplace at the far end. There is decent seating on the inside and there looks to be outdoor seating when the weather is nice. There is meter parking on the street where they are located.

    Great customer service from one of the supervisors! I don't normally go to star bucks so I wasn't really sure what I wanted. Taylor (who I assume was a supervisors, from the way she interacted with co-workers, answering their questions) was very patient and even made suggestions. Thanks, your patients was much appreciated!

    unprofessional staff, no pre made sandwich available and most of the sandwiches in the back were supposedly out of stock of as well. They didn’t even bother to check in the back. They kept laughing and joking around with each other while blasting music on their phone. The most rachet Starbucks i’ve ever been to. Will definitely not be returning.

    Small but mighty staff, good location, beautiful ceiling decorations and cool wall mural in the back. Coffee was done quick and right and delivered with a smile and a kind word. Me shipmates and I will definitely go back.

    Starbucks' usual great atmosphere! The only thing is that air conditioning makes the place very cold... :(( But the decor and the service is perfect although four or five times the barista and the cashier were talking to each other a little bit too much right in the middle of my ordering process.. no biggie maybe it was a training of a new employee but it was distracting and was slowing things up..

    This is a really good and consistent Starbucks. I go to this location each morning before work. The drinks are always made great, however you should place your mobile order early because they get slammed in the morning rush with tons of mobile orders. The location is always clean and has a very nice aesthetic. The only con is I believe this one is independent to the other franchise locations because they cannot accept star rewards to pay for food/drinks or merchandise in store. You can use your stats for mobile preorders though.

    A phenomenal waste of time. Stopped in for a coffee and pastry, forgetting that for some reason this happens to be the only Starbucks where you can't pay through the app. Then this time, my card isn't working. Google pay didn't work either. So, instead of figuring out what's going on and fixing the issues so that I can get my products, she decides to cancel my drink. I stood there for about 10 minutes thinking that they're going to fix the issue until I got the hint that she has decided to cancel the order.

    Every time I come here the staff is just ratchet. Today 1.5 hours before closing they said their ovens were off?? Not Nielsen just off? Several minutes at the counter with employees conversing before being acknowledged, drinks place don counter with no label.

    Walk in and the two young employees continued their conversation until I said " "excuse me, I would like to order". As I was leaving, I kindly suggested they should acknowledge their customers upon entering and cease w/ the talking. One of the young men agreed and the other behaved like a little obstinate toddler

    They turned up the music too loud. They staff were too loud. When I sat down, they sat at my table because the staff were sitting next to me were full. They place their stuff on the tables and they sat on the counter at the register facing toward the staff.

    Visited this particular location on 6/3/23 around 11am, received poor customer service from lady employee and the manager. I informed the manager the floors was very dirty and she snapped back at me...we are trying!!!

    Quiet Location for Studying. I can definitely say my experience there the Staff has always been Professional when serving customers Taylor always keeps the place well kept, deep cleaning and always sanitizing, and make Great caramel ribbon crunch. Always nice and professional. Chrissy Love her customer service and personality/ professionalism. They take their time making your orders in a timely manner. Appreciate it! Respectfully!

    Great music as a backdrop to the ambience in a cloistered section of downtown Wilmington.Standard Starbucks fare in a busy store with great seating. Highly recommend.

    This Starbucks location, located near the Wilmington Riverfront has convenient hours and a friendly staff. The only thing I purchased was a bottle of water, as I don’t drink coffee or tea, nor do I eat their type of food, but they are welcoming and it’s a nice place to relax and stop if you are in the area.

    They gave me the wrong drink and sandwich, then had an attitude when I wanted my correct order. But gets a group of black ties (9people) order perfect. I look very normal, I’m not dressed for work. So idk if that has something to do with the treatment. And then when it’s remade, it’s STILL WRONG and missing tons of things, I got charged for! Literally watching them give great customer service to a select group, and we all know what I mean. Never again!

    Traveled to Delaware from Montana and was collecting the state cups. 3/4 Starbucks were closed in Wilmington so this was my only chance to get the state cup. They had one left mug in the store but it was being used as a stopper holder. I asked the manager/supervisor kindly if I could purchase that cup as it’s my only opportunity to get Delaware. Without hesitation she said no, it’s not for sale. I asked if there was any chance she could put the stoppers in another holder and she said no and walked away. It’s one thing if I could purchase the mugs online but since that’s not an option I was really trying. I’m very frustrated and disappointed in her unwillingness to help.

    This is the loudest starbucks I have ever been in. The staff were screaming the entire time and did not have any regard for customers trying to enjoy a quiet afternoon by reading a book or getting work done. The music was loud (and seemingly picked by the staff) and the staff had guests come in that they were socializing with the entire time, rather than working.
